Dr ismail is excellent, I have been with the doctor for all my treatments for 5 years and I am still coming to see him. I had a fertility treatment and it was successful all thanks to him! I would definitely advise other people to come and see him!

Dot go to this clinic. It's scam. Rude people, they just want to trick you. On the phone they say one thing and when I arrived its completely different. Maked me to spend lot of money and in the end they didn't solve nothing, they send me to another clinic. What abuse. My girlfriend was pregnant and they say were doing abortion and plus they could give a pill for abortion. In the end they just did scan nothing much and send me to another clinic to take pills from there that it's belong to queen's clinic. I went to that clinic and they said they are not connected with Queens. So it's scam. They trick you for money. Don't go there.

Queens clinic is a great place. The DR, staff and facilities are world class. They take great care and time to explain everything and they are always accessible. My wife and I feel at ease coming here and knowing we’re receiving the best care possible.

Dr Ismail is the best doctor I have ever come across. It has been 4 years since I have been seeing him and every single time he has delivered excellent care. I had a coil put in through him and my period hasn’t changed, I don’t have any pain and I am able to live my life fully normally. Perfect service from the dr and the clinic!

I have been in Dr Ismail’s care for the past two years and very happy with the results of my treatment. Dr Ismail is very professional and knowledgeable and his gentle and caring nature instantly puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. I would also like to acknowledge his lovely team of nurses and admin staff who are always very attentive and friendly.

Dr is proficient and experienced in his treatment but any post-service follow ups were negligible. Its been a a few weeks post my request for a breakdown of my medicine invoice to support an insurance claim and have gotten zero support.

Dr Ismail was very caring and supportive. I came in very anxious but he always kept me at ease and reassured me that everything will be okay. The surgery went smooth and he made sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel a pain. The nurses were excellent too ensuring I was okay and supported. Absolutely disgraceful 😡😡 I was called in for an interview 3pm today. I arrived 10 minutes before and was repeatedly told that I wil be seen within 30 minutes, this was said multiple times. After waiting for two hours I informed the receptionist that I could not wait longer. When I started my way home I was called by the director Doctor Ismael who said I have to understand this is not a shop and I should come back. I explained I could not come back and his response came off as rude. "oh are you coming back or not ". He came across as very condescending and did not even ask for it to be rescheduled. This is not acceptable as I took time out of my day expecting to be seen at the allocated time. I can understand a 20-30 minute delay but even then if the time of an interview can not be met then it should not be arranged. Please understand that if someone comes in for an interview they should be treated with common decency. Keeping appointment/ interview times is important for any workplace. It would not have been fair of me to be late so I made sure I planned my time effectively to make sure I was well on time so I expect the same for those who are interviewing me. This is something I believe you should look at for future prospects. Never work in this company trust me I dodged a bullet if I was to get the job.
