One week in advance of returning to the UK I booked a Test and Release Package to be delivered to my home address on day 5 of isolation. One day in advance I email and called - apparently all fine. The next morning as nothing arrived I called - apparently all fine but asked to call back lunchtime if nothing arrived. I called back at lunchtime and they said they had a problem with delivery .... they concluded that they couldn't fill their commitment. I asked for a refund - which they committed to provide. I checked a few days later - no refund. They then claimed it would take up to 7 days. I checked after 10 days - still no refund. When I email them they ask for the order number which is already included within the email chain. They claim they have issued the refund but not received. I really wouldn't trust this firm. Giving them 2 days before I take legal action to recover my payment.

Not professional enough. We booked a Day-2 test and when we arrived the reception was unstaffed. A doctor in a next door office stepped in to carry out our PCR test and promised results within 2 days. After 3 days my wife had hers but there was no sign of mine until I chased them. They need to do better than this given how important timeliness is for testing.

Booked the test to release package including day 5 test to be able to leave my place earlier. After 10 days still no results from the day 5 test. Company changed their name from Quick Clinics to 1Rapid clinics. Choose a different provider if you need to book a test kit.

I give 1 star because I can´t give 0. I booked a day 2 covid test with this company before I came back to London. I had to receive and do this test 3 days ago, but no test has been delivered. I emailed then a few times everyday but no help and also called then and no answer. I asked for a refund and no answer. Of course to take 90 pounds for this "test" from my bank account they were much faster. Even if I receive the test in the future, I don´t want it now. I had to do a day 2 test, not a day 7 test. I feel stolen. Look for another company if you have to do your test when coming back to the UK.

Booked the Day 5 test to release and I wanted to be able to visit a clinic in central London to get the result out as soon as possible instead of the mail service which would have prolonged the isolation process for a few days. Very smooth process at the clinic - easy online appointment booking by day and time and good service when I arrived. They also use the new swabs that are less uncomfortable than the usual ones. Results emailed in around 30 hours. Would strongly recommend.

Definitely do not recommend. We booked day 2 test which hasn't arrived yet and is expected to arrive with 3 days delay. I paid 2x vs others on my flight (gbp 84 vs. gbp 40) and they all got it on time despite being a bank holiday. Deliveries do not stop because of bank holiday. Also, it is 4th day today and I still hasn't received the test.

Day 2 and 8 tests. Chose to go to the clinic , not do the post thing, which gave us opportunity to leave the flat. Everything was as quick and easy as it should be. Day 2 test results in 38 hours and day 8 results in 26. No criticisms. would have given a fifth star if they had got the result to me in 24 hours (I know they don't promise too but service over and above what's promised is always nice). I would certainly use them again, although, heaven knows, I hope I never have to.

Kit arrived on time +ve. Kit contained NO SWAB. Had to find one of my own. Not great when you pay 80 odd quid for a test and they forget 50% of the required equipment......Testing went fine apart from this.

Thanks MEHROSE! I have been a loyal customer of 1 Rapid Clinics for about one year and a half and I left another review via another account already. This time is dedicated to MEHROSE :) I booked my Day 2 Test as a procedure for coming back from Italy: I was served earlier than expected, very quickly, and I received my result during the morning of the next day. Very efficient ;)

I had to call for an issue with a reference number on a Saturday evening and got quick help by Tyb, so this service works perfectly.

Terrible service. Misleading website. They refuse to provide me the code for the locator form and were very rude at the phone. I asked refunding due to my dissatisfaction and they did it only after they saw my comment on Google. Still they continue telling me that I was the one doing wrong. They called me pretending to change my review and I give them 2 stars just because they were quick with refunding.

Need to book the right test depending on if it is for a green or amber list country otherwise the automated system will not send out the required reference code. Issue was resolved quickly over the phone however.

Great customer service by Tyb. I accidentally chose the wrong time slot for my appointment and he was very kind and fixed it for me in just a few minutes.

Experience shows that they can provide results within a few hours, which is very helpful. However twice recently I taken tests with my wife and her result has been quick but I have had to chase for mine which for the one just done took more than 48 hours. When I did chase it was dealt with quickly.

I had my Test Day 2 & Day 8 Booked, It was a reasonable price And the service was very flexible and good. The Staff Members were good as well I got the results very quick within 24 hours even though the eta was from 24 hours to 48 hours!
