😠 Been parking here every few days for a few months at the rate of £13.50 for a 4-24hrs stay. I was only there just two days ago and paid the usual £13.50 for my 12hr stay. Today I parked and when I went to pay at the machine the bill was £25.95. I'm shocked that there was no attempt at the pay machin... People often mention park,

Been parking here every few days for a few months at the rate of £13.50 for a 4-24hrs stay. I was only there just two days ago and paid the usual £13.50 for my 12hr stay. Today I parked and when I went to pay at the machine the bill was £25.95. I'm shocked that there was no attempt at the pay machine or any additional signs to forewarn you days in advance of any tariff changes. I feel robbed and had to pay. I will vote with my wallet and will never park at another NCP again. It will forever be tarnished with me. I will ride my bike in to work as I use too and on extreme weather days take a train in for £10. NCP have lost a life customer.

Suddenly almost doubled the prices, no signs, no warnings. Last time I paid, around 13 pounds as this was the price for 24h stay, and was shocked to pay 25 today for the same amount of time. Such a shame, not to respect the customers and just rip them off like that.

Parked here overnight while I was saying up the road in Spitalfields as this area looked much more secure. Nice safe, clean, well lit car park with great barrier free entry/exit that just worked from your registration plate. You could even pay online after you'd left. And all at a pretty good price for London.

Excellent location just outside of Congestion zone near Tower Bridge. Easy to find ( if you use Google Maps or similar). Good web page and easy to pay.

Good booking system, no need to queue upon arrival, no waiting at parking barrier but a lack of Blue Badge spaces. Would be useful if Blue Badge booking space could be guaranteed via online booking, as had to eventually park in a tight space after driving around floor for what seemed like forever.

Rip-off Britain - £3.95 for a motorcycle to park for an hour (I parked for about 10 minutes), they should create a bay solely for motorcycles (which takes up less room than a car), and charge a reduced rate. Doesn’t take cash, but you can pay later online if you forget to pay whilst leaving (there are no barriers or tickets). Those on powered two-wheels should just park on the road around the corner.

Good just outside congestion charge zone. A bit dirty but ok quality. Prices went up last year - it was much better value last year!

Walk, ride, catch the bus. All better options.

Dont park here! We pre booked this at a too good to be true price only to be slapped with a £100 fine to say we didnt park here!!!! Even after an appeal which was rejected we had to pay £100. Unfortunately we like to visit this place often. Just a shame that this place is a scam!

Tried booking online, told me it was full and overbooked. Went there instead and it was dead quiet - literally 4 cars in the whole car park. So confused. Price is relatively cheap and location is okay - About a 10 minute walk to the nearest tube station. And you have to walk through the car ramp when entering and leaving the car park avoiding the barriers.

One of the best car parks out there. I get to use the staff part so we have showers, toilets, a plethora of bike racks. Using the staff car park I imagine is the feeling as flying in First Class. I have used the 'commoners car park' and whilst it lacks toilets, an early morning breakfast buffet and showers it is still a solid concrete car park perfect for cars, bikes, motorbikes etc.

Always spaces when I've had to use it, the only real issue I had was with the payment machine as it doesn't Always work and have to pay online...and if you forget there will be a PCN coming your way. You've been warned ⚠️

Can work out cheaper than "on street parking". Lots of space even when tube train on strike!

Very competitively priced for longer stays, prebooking is available, and just outside the congestion charging zone which is incredibly handy. Only downside was some damp and large puddles lingering in a few spots.

Great way of parking in central London for a more than acceptable rate. I have founded especially useful when assisting to a conference in the tower hotel. Highly recommended.

Brilliant way to access London, good price and automated payment through ANR

Great car park, but beware if using Autopay via the ParkPass app as it sometimes doesn’t work and they send you a PCN, then say you can’t use the app at this car park when you appeal! (Have been for weeks!)

The pay machine didn't work after myself and another person tried to pay multiple times and now I received a PCN of £100. Make it make sense. Hopefully there were cameras to show me attempting to pay SEVERAL times AND looking for another machine to pay but there was only one on that floor.

Great price of £4 per day (bre-book). just far away enough from the busy streets, close enough to walk to from tube station.
