I came to Midland Health for the new Rhinolight treatment, it consisted of 6 treatments over the course of two weeks (1 treatment every other day). The treatment itself was quick and painless, it has massively helped my allergies since my visits to the clinic. The staff at Midland Health were welcoming and very accommodating during my visits, the staff who performed my treatment were very professional and courteous at all times. All in all a great experience and I would recommend the Rhinolight treatment and Midland health!

My wife and I have both attended appointments at Midland Health. Overall, we can't fault the service offered. Why? Ease of obtaining appointments, the time and attention to detail given by the practitioners, plus the real benefit of quick access to tests and Investigations, as well as referral to consultans, that might be necessary to arrive at a diagnosis. The premises is clean, and all staff are very professional. It's fair to mention that there is a lack of car parking space dedicated to the practice but there's a public car park located immediately next door so that's not an issue. The helpful and sympathetic approach taken by the doctor at Midland Health, was instrumental in helping my wife receive a prompt diagnosis and treatment for COPD.

Dissatisfied and disappointed! The reason that I made an appointment with Dr Rupa Parmar was that she had an interest in Gynaecology and because I have dealing for some years with a painful pernineum I was not sure what type of MRI shall I do the pelvic or perineum one? She assured me I needed the pelvic one, which I did.The pelvic MRI did not provide any details about the perineum being a low resolution scan. It proved I needed a dedicated high resolution one and I booked a 2nd appointment for the right referral. I expected her to refer me on the spot. She said it will take some time until she finds the best radiologist for this and ask the Gynocolgist opinion, too. Since 22nd Dec, I have never heard from her and still waiting for the right MRI referral. It was a waste of time and money because I was not referred for the proper scan for the first time!

Attended the Leicester Clinic for a Covid-19 PCR test, which was professionally done by pleasant, caring staff, and we received our results within 24 hours. Well beyond expectation. Will definitely recommend you to everyone we know.

I would give this 0 stars but can’t choose that here. I had a waste of appointment. They didn’t deal with me well. It was a worse service than my NHS GP which I unfortunately paid for. I have been private before many times but have not had this bad service. I wish I’d gone with one of the usual places I go to instead of here. Waste of money too. Don’t recommend it as you’ll have to spend more money than expected!

I would not recommend this clinic. It was an unprofessional, painful and anxious experience for me. I went for a 360 health assessment which was being charged at £345. They actually use Radox health testing services, which is much cheaper, going through them directly. I was expecting to be seen by a nurse, with some medical knowledge about the tests and more experience and confidence taking bloods. They had to take x6 blood samples which proved to be too difficult for the staff and was actually painful and resulted in me feeling faint, sick and anxious. I was sent home after over an hour wasted and no health assessment being completed because they could only take 3 blood samples. I have never had issues with any blood samples being taken previously and I'm not a squeamish person. But the experience at Midlands Health has put me off getting a health assessment now and having bloods taken.

Outstanding From the moment I sent the first email with our enquiry to the moment we left our appointment. The staff we have dealt with have been super efficient and very professional We are very impressed with this clinic and would highly recommend. Emails are dealt with promptly and communication is second to none Definitely worth the 1.5 hour drive

I found Midland Health to be first class. I was able to get an appointment very quickly for an ECG and then a competent GP to explain it to me. Altogether I was delighted with the service and would recommend to anyone

My experience has been exceptional where Dr Christos Kasparis has been professional, courteous and competent with his diagnosis & prescription of medication to use, furthermore always an email away with any advise post consultation. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend Midland Health. I had not used them previously but my friend has used them for a PCR test to travel. I needed a supervised Antigen test so booked an appointment for 3pm. We were seen on time and the service was very professional. We received an emailed certificate by 5pm the same day. I would certainly use them again if required

Wonderful and clean environment and the experience was excellent throughout my visit. I attended for a GP consultation and spoke with Dr Stendall who was friendly, professional and informative. During my visit, I considered having blood tests, as it had been a while since my last ones, and they were able to accommodate me after my appointment, without any fuss. Staff was great as well, making this an easy recommendation for anyone looking for an efficient GP service that respects their schedule.

if anyone is suffering with any metal health issues that need urgent attention, avoid this place at all costs. I have never in my life been treated so poorly from another company, especially one who claims to specialise in this field, and the worse part is, I paid for it! Do not be fooled by the high price and believe you are going receive exceptional service.I can guarantee you now, it couldn't be further from the truth. I am super glad to finally be diagnosed, but the stress I have had to deal with from this company is absolutely disgraceful, and quite frankly, my dog gets treated better by his vet. To all the staff who have treated me like nothing but an inconvenience, I hope that your children never have to seek professional help, and if they do, make sure they don't attend your work place, they'll come out feeling worse than when they went in. 1 star is generous

I've used Midland Health for my mother who was ill over Christmas and recently for myself. I really can't recommend them enough. Everyone I have met have been extremely efficient, professional and caring. The surgery is extremely well run and spacious. You are made to feel very welcome and there is no over crowding. The Dr's take their time, are very understanding to your needs and you are not rushed. My thanks to everyone who works there as it is a team effort - thank you all.

I made an appointment after the waiting times with my NHS GP were unreasonable . I had been recommended to this clinic by multiple friends and family members and I'm glad I listened. I initially had a video consultation and following this I was advised to attend in person. The reception team were very friendly and made me instantly feel at ease. The Dr I saw was also very friendly, knowledgeable about my issue. My appointment didn't feel rushed and I felt all of my quieres had been answered. I was given multiple options with pros and cons clearly explained. I am extremely grateful for the service the clinic has provided and would definitely use again!

I was impressed with the professionalism. The staff (could be the doctors) walking around had a friendly smile, which made me feel good. Doctor was also very professional. However, the only thing I dislike about this clinic is that I tried ringing it because I was running late because of the massive traffic on the M6, but I could not get hold of it. The ring keeps on going but no answer.

Attended the clinic, Was assisted by a lady called Verona, she was gracious and amazing! She collected my blood and showed competence and professionalism throughout. Engaged in conversation and was a good listener as well. She was so warm and all smiles. Even gave attention to my restless toddler whom she brought a warm drink - outside the building at the car park! An extra mile!! Impressed by all the effort. Highly recommended.!!

Happy to share a positive review of my experience at Midland Health in Edgbaston. From the ease of being able to book an initial appointment with a consultant, then to be able to book a swift procedure with minimal delay, the whole process was seamless from start to finish. The premises are light, bright and spacious, and there is a warm welcome from the reception staff, before a short wait in the comfortable waiting room. Tea and coffee are available if needed. The consulting rooms are, again, light, bright, spacious and well equipped. The consultant dermatologist I saw was clear, concise and absolutely professional. I felt in safe hands, and was happy to return for a surgical procedure at the clinic. I would have no hesitation in returning in the future, if the need arises.

I came here because I needed some blood tests and vaccinations at short notice. Making an appointment was very quick and easy. The practice is very beautiful and relaxing. The doctors and HCAs here are professional and good at their jobs. Very quality service but the price is on the higher side. Make sure you view their prices online before you book an appointment.

Happy with my appointment here with a respiratory physio she was very knowledgeable and gave good quality advice much more so that respiratory consultant. Was given exercises to do and a respiratory band to use. I felt the therapist was actually listening to me and her examination both verbal and physical was thorough. I was seen on time and had a full hour. Th clinic was easy to find. Ive knocked one star off for the following reasons; 1. I sent a CT scan in fo 4th therapist to review prior to my appointment. It was not reviewed before my appointment although in the end i did nto feel lien it ate into my time. 2. the clinic cancelled my initial appointment at very short notice but these things do happen. 3. the information i was sent did not include information about parking. When i arrived, i tied to telephone from the car park to ask for fear of getting a ticket but the phone either did not connect or rang out. When i went into reception the 2 staff did not appear to have been doing anything that prevented them answering calls.

I had a lovely experience during my ecg at this clinic, the staff were very professional and helpful in any queries I had. There was absolutely no delay either, I walked in the clinic, spend around 40 minutes from the ecg to consultation, and I had the full report& results the next morning. The process was very quick but extremly thorough. Absolutely fantastic, I am very happy, I would recommend Midland Health Clinic to anyone, in a heartbeat !

It's not even an exaggeration when I say how incredible this clinic is. The staff are so incredibly friendly, their services are fab, and they make you feel really welcome. And they answer their emails quickly. Like, come on!

Attended the Edgebaston Clinic for my little boys measles vaccine. Easy to book, got an appointment very fast! Louise did his jab, she was amazing he didn’t even flinch let alone cry and I’m sure it was down to Louise she made us both feel very at ease, put his favourite programme on the screen as she did it and it was over and done with in a mili second. I’d worked myself up for nothing. Honestly such a lovely women she is a credit to the organisation. And the reception staff there that day were very welcoming and lovely with my little boy, gave him stickers and so friendly. Highly recommend this place. Especially as I didn’t want him having MMR combined vaccine the cost of this single vaccine was also very reasonable compared to other places.

I've used midland health over the past few months and I honestly can't fault them at all. It's been a nightmare to try to sort things through the NHS, but midland health always come through for me. Queries are answered within hours not weeks and appointments are always easy to come by. I've had a great experience with administration staff as well as Miguel who was an excellent practitioner and fabulous at blood tests. I can't rate Dr Wright highly enough. Her genuine care really shows. I've been going around in circles with my registered GP for years but Dr Wright always has a new plan. Thank you so much to the entire team.

I’ve had a copper coil fitted, coil check up and a blood test to see if I have the blood clotting gene that runs in my family. Every time I have been the staff have been friendly and very clear on what was happening. I am an anxious person and they put me at ease which is great. Price can be a little expensive but for the service you get, I don’t have anything to complain about. I have now booked in for my son to get an allergy testing done. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to pay private and be happy with the results

As a general rule, doctors tend to make very bad patients and I am no exception. But my recent experience at Midland Health in Birmingham, was really first-class. Briefly, I had developed a small lesion – rather like an insect bite - on my left shoulder. However, it was still present after a few months, so I made an appointment to see Dr Christos Kasparis, Consultant Dermatologist. Obviously, my concern was that this was an early form of skin cancer. Making the appointment was easy and I received excellent communication from the clinic. I was seen on time (ahead of time actually) and Dr Kasparis was excellent; both knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He agreed that the lesion was highly suspicious and recommended that we should proceed to an excision/biopsy. This procedure was duly performed - and almost entirely painless. The pathology results confirmed that it was indeed an early cancer and that Dr Kasparis’s excision had entirely removed the lesion. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Kasparis and Midland Health.

I went to see Dr Christos Kasparis about a couple of ongoing skin issues to which had been treated by NHS before but had sadly relapsed, and waiting times were over a year. Here, I was seen within 3 weeks of my booking. The consultation was more personal and thorough than with the NHS, and his belief that, although one correct treatment was given previously on NHS, it may well have been misdiagnosed so therefore mismanaged (the pandemic had also interrupted previous treatment). His wealth of knowledge and experience was outstanding and there wasn’t a question I asked that he could not answer. And with each answer it just made more and more sense. A few weeks into both treatments and both issues are showing huge signs of improvement and as a result has also given me an improved mental state. I would give my visit the highest rating on the highest scale… you do have to get lucky with the street parking however, so allow yourself time to find a spot as you may find yourself circling around a few times waiting for one to open up if you’re driving.

Very easy to organise PCR test for my daughter before travelling. The service from start to finish was professional, helpful and customer - focused. I would highly recommend Midland Health and would use again in future.

Paid for a private consult with the ENT for my toddler due to speech delay and tongue tie and the NHS waiting times being very long. Dr. Parmar was thoughtful, kind, and patient even when my toddler was not. He took care to talk through the whole situation and go through all options, and referred us back to the NHS since wait times wouldn't been too long once we received a consult. Very helpful, very mindful of our financial situation, very kind. Only downside was there was no elevator to his office but staff would help carry a pram up the stairs if need be. We left ours by reception and it was fine.

I used the Edgbaston Clinic. Easy to use booking system & I was able to get an appointment the following day to fit with my schedule. Great instructions and clinic contact after the booking. Lovely facilities with easy parking access. Very professional and efficient service.

Took my toddler there for a next day booking appointment, and it was a very uplifting experience for us. Very nice doctor, absolutely fantastic with our child, very gentle. It will help her not be scared of doctors anymore.

I had my double PCR and antigen done at Midland Health Birmingham. Firstly the staff were very helpful answering my many emails before the tests to reassure my travel arrangements. Secondly the staff in the clinic were friendly and efficient. Overall a stress free process for me.

We had PCR tests here for travel. Really helpful, friendly, prompt reply to all email queries. Yes it does cost more than some other providers but at the end of the day as with most things - you usually get what you pay for. Test results were back within a few hours - which really takes the stress out of this travelling hoopla at the moment. Had a test for my 13 year old and she commented that it was the most gentle test she had experienced, which is good to know for any other parents taking children. We visited the Edgbaston clinic and the premises are spotless, easy to find location. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and I will be using their facilities again in the near future.

I used Midland Health for my fit to fly certificate and cannot recommend it highly enough! Got tested yesterday at 8 am and just got my results back (next day 4 pm). Although the service may seem a bit expensive, it is very professional and it is definitely worth it!

We attended for travel COVID-19 PCR tests. Saw all 5 of us at the same time (even thought appointments were spaced out) and were friendly and efficient. Results through by 10.30pm next day and no problem with travel. Thanks for a great service. Would recommend.

I needed an antigen test to travel to my home in France. Reservation very easy . Booked the test at the Handsworth site in Birmingham. Everything went smoothly and I got the test results in about 4 hours. I would recommend it. I would also add we booked a test for mid August for my wife to come out. The French have now said no test is needed for fully vaccinated travellers. We cancelled it, easy, no fuss and the money was refunded less a small deposit. A very honest company.

Saw Nurse Imam (hope I have spelt her name correctly). Excellent service throughout from the young lady on the telephone who was informative and reassuring and the polite and professional receptionist. Nurse Imam was also professional, polite and sensitive to the administration of the Antigen test. Results were quicker than advertised and certificate/letter included the correct details to allow for international travel. Would definitely use Midland Health again and recommend them to others.

We booked with Midland Health as they were recommended by Ryanair. Booking online was simple and straightforward and when we arrived it was very professional and every step explained, we received our certificate in about 2 hours and we are very happy with the service. Also decided to order our return tests with them as well. Would highly recommend.

The organisation is easy to communicate with - their website is a really helpful starting point, and if you need to speak with someone that is very easy too. The clinicians are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The physical space is also very calming and soothing.
