    I was bought a climbing activity voucher for Christmas, but I have been told be the instructor of this course that it doesn't exist anymore. I am unable to get hold of anyone from this company, and I am not very impressed. I raised a question on the website and was told to call the 'centre' directly. That number doesn't work so I sourced a mobile number. The mobile number was the instructor for the activity and he said he doesn't do this activity and hasn't done for years. Pretty shocking, won't be using this company again.

    I was bought an helicopter experience from this company 2 years ago! It has been cancelled multiple times, some beyond their control (covid) others not so much. I had enough of the cancellations and asked for a refund, which I don't think is unreasonable after 2 years of being messed around! The reply was basically 'tough, we will not give you a refund', although worded a bit different to that! Be careful before buying from this company, they take your money but when they don't deliver they won't give your money back!

    This company is just the pits. Check out the numerous reviews on Trust Pilot about them fleecing customers. Go on, spend your money on them. I dare you! Ha ha… Also, check out the positive reviews for this company. All talking about how amazing their customer services are. How amazing it is that they extend your voucher. All have about 5 Google reviews to their name. Fake accounts perhaps?

    I booked the tickets with this firm to do a walk in London. Unfortunately due to a bereavement we could not book this for quite a while. What we did not realise is they had booked tickets with a local firm and were not doing the guiding themselves. The instructions were poor, the times were contradictory on the same sheet, the location was not clear. We worked all that out and the person doing the tour was fantastic but was nothing to do with experience days. Would I use them again, probably not, they had very little to do and even messed that up. All this is evidenced with emails. # 03/01/2024 Update in response to owners comments# Well what can you say they try to blame the tour provider, how poor is that, it just backs up the review. As stated originally we can evidence with the emails and they are from Experience days.

    Just got in touch with this company as I have a gift voucher I am keen to redeem but the experience is currently closed due to COVID. Ayla in customer services was really friendly and super-helpful, she simply extended the expiry date on my voucher for another year! Very happy :-)

    I’ve had a situation where I’ve had to ask for an extension to an experience because of my personal stuff. I sent an email explaining and asking for help. Incredibly within the hour I was sent a reply extending my voucher. I’m so impressed that they’ve been so considerate and with our current situations amazing that it was such a kind quick response. Great company. Thank you

    I received a voucher for my birthday last year for a classic car drive. Have been unable to use it to date , because of Covid restrictions. I e-mailed Experience Days yesterday, and have received a very prompt reply from Garry , extending voucher until summer next year. Thanks Garry , that's absolutely wonderful. Very very pleased 🙂

    Dreadful customer service, had a voucher that they could not honour before the end of the expiry date and are demanding I pay more money. If you don't use by the expiry date, they simply just pocket the money. They don't chase you to use the voucher, it's preferable to them that you do not use the voucher clearly. Compared to other experience sites it's absolutely dreadful, go with Buyagift or Virgin instead.

    *SCAM SCAM SCAM* Do not use this company … I REPEAT DO NOT use this company. We bought an experience to share for a special occasion. On the email receipt, to the person whose gift it was, it did not state there was an expiry date. They therefore didn’t realise that there was one! When asked if we could pay the extra to extend the voucher after being told it expired, it was a flat outright NO. No consideration was taken into why we couldn’t take the voucher up until this point which was personal. We weren’t even asking for our money back. Further emails from us to the company were ignored and the telephone number doesn’t even work!!! This is disgusting behaviour from any company and I hope you both as Managing Directors ROBB YOUNG & MICHELLE GEIB are proud of your company and the customer service you are training your staff. We were told we were unable to speak to you. I have never written a review like this before but will now take the time to spread the word to others so they don’t have the same very upsetting experience as us. My lasting thought to you the customer is *** BEWARE *** as I cannot for one minute believe that a company can take your money in return for nothing, even if you are willing to pay the difference in price? 😢

    Due to Covid, I could not use my voucher and it has been extended twice and today again it ha been extended again due to the closure of some theatre. The staff that I have been dealing with has been very helpful, thanks to Alex and Garry.

    I always use these Experience Days people as they have such a wide range of experiences and are actually human! They deal with any problems efficiently and with sense, not like other companies. I highly recommend them!

    I wanted to book something but the dates were not available until after the expiry date on my voucher. I contacted the live chat and they extended my voucher for a further year. All done within 2 minutes. Made by day; thanks

    We have been unable to use our experience voucher due to Covid restrictions. Had a prompt reply from Garry in customer service who has extended it for a further 12 months. No hassle & very easy. Thank you for making life a little easier during this time. Really looking forward to being able to use our voucher asap.
