I recently had my bikini line done here and I was really surprised that i was unsatisfied with my results. I came because of the good reviews but I felt my wax was done very poorly. I showed up to the wax with an ingrown which I pointed out and she removed quickly (apologies, I forget her name but she had a great temperament and was actually very sweet, the wax was just bad). After i got home and took a look at my results, I noticed the hair was not removed at all. I also noticed how uneven the wax was, and that loads of hairs had not been removed at all, not even in the cleanup with tweezers. It was not like she could have missed them, it was noticable. There was wax residue left over too, which was fine and not the main problem, but was a bit irritating. I was told to exfoliate, and i did, but i still have come away with 3 ingrown hairs, which has never happened to me after a wax before. I did my own legs that night with veet wax strips (I'm a student so I couldn't afford to get them done too) and they've held up better, grown back slower and had no irritation. I just feel that the waxer should have known she provided a poor service and let me know that she would either need more time to finish it or offer me a substantial discount. Maybe the thickness of my hair made it difficult or something but, again, I've never had problems before and I would have just appraciated a little honesty if she noticed it wasnt going perfectly. I have to say, I also got a lash tint and that was lovely, no problems there. The ambience in the room was lovely and the waxer was kind. Its just that the service I paid for was done poorly and I have been disappointed with my results. I got it done to be confident on holiday but I ended up feeling more self conscious. I hope nobody feels too bad about this, but I just had to share my experience because I was quite disappointed and this place had nearly no negative reviews!

Highly recommended. I had a 60-minute massage and eyebrow wax, both of which were excellent. The salon has a calm, lovely, and cosy atmosphere, Millie was very professional, listened to my requirements, and I will definitely be returning.

This massage was just what I needed. Mia was excellent - perfect pressure, very friendly and made the room into a super relaxing atmosphere. The oils and smells were beautiful too. The heated massage table was such a great added touch, I could have fallen asleep afterwards!

Had a reflexology, toe cut and file with Lorraine and she was brilliant. She had the right ratio of chatting and leaving me to relax and enjoy the experience. Loved my treatment and left feeling like I could run a marathon :). I really enjoyed it and will 100% recommend and book it again. Thank you, Lorraine.

I have already recommended to a friend as I was impressed by the treatment. (Hydro facial with Millie) I also liked that I had the option to have a silent treatment or be spoken to each step of the treatment. I was talked through what would happen before we started and I felt reassured and comfortable to just relax. I will definitely be back and would have left a tip if I wasn't so broke and spent all my money on the treatment which is why I wanted to make sure I leave an honest 5* review.

This was my first time visiting the treatment rooms and I was really happy with my experience! Millie clearly explained the massage beforehand so I knew what to expect and the Swedish full body massage itself was so relaxing, could not fault it! I have already begun recommending to friends and family and hope to come back soon!

Return customer, this has to be my favourite spa I've ever been to. I had an aromatherapy massage with Sasha and oh my goodness it was incredible. I have chronic pain and really needed a pick me up. She was kinda, thorough and made me feel so so comfortable, I'll definitely be booking in again!!

Standard of customer service good and massage also good although more general than the deep tissue massage I'd booked. Unfortunately the available toilets were dirty and someone walked in to the room midway through my massage which was quite unnerving. Will continue my search for a nice ambient spa in Brighton.

Really enjoyed the session. Being my first massage I was a bit nervous as I didn't know what to expect but Millie was really friendly and put me at ease. The room had a nice vibe, with the relaxing music, the nice scented aromas, not too warm not too cold and the bed was comfortable. The massage itself was an experience. Millie has a knack for it as I slowly started felling more relaxed and comfortable. I felt so relaxed that I almost fall asleep a few times. I highly recommend it, great space , Millie was really professional and kind. Will go again

Today I visited Phoenix for a Diamond Dermabrasion Facial Treatment by Sasha and from start to finish I had the most amazing experience. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel so welcome & relaxed. I didn’t want it to end! I will definitely be visiting again for future treatments!

Had a wonderful aromatherapy sinus massage with Sasha today. It was the first time I’ve visited Phoenix and I was not disappointed! I’ve been suffering really badly with hayfever and a bit of tension in my neck and upper back - Sasha was amazing and I could have drifted off during the treatment. I feel relaxed and my airways feel more open. I didn’t expect it to make a difference right away but it did! I don’t normally leave reviews but thought this was worth it, I will definitely going back there. I really liked the added touch of the salt lamps in the treatment room, I have one at home and it makes me feel very calm. Thanks again Sasha and hope to see you soon!

Caitlin was welcoming, friendly and considerate. She asked if I had any problem areas before beginning and gave me a brilliant Swedish massage, head massage and mini facial. The most relaxed I've felt in a long time!

Really lovely and friendly. I was late due to traffic and they still managed to squeeze me in. I had a Brazilian wax and honestly was delighted with the results. Was especially glad to see they use talc - I’ve only ever been one place else before that does and it makes such a difference.

Amazing massage done by Millie soo relaxing. The atmosphere of the room was soo nice and homely. Really enjoyed my full body massage and 30 mins facial , i did feel that the facial was rushed and i didn’t get the full 30 mins as we started 5 mins later and finished 5 mins earlier but everything else was amazing thank you ❤️

Very unprofessional. Would not recommend booking any appointments here. They cancelled on my partner and I last minute while we were on holiday offering no opportunity for rescheduling the services we had booked in for and giving us no time to find anywhere else to go so last minute.

It was a rather careless massage. I noticed that as I was the last customer of the day, the therapist was not very enthusiastic of providing me the booked service. I felt rather not very welcomed and ignored. I sensed that she simply wanted to finish quickly. To be honest, I expected much more professionalism and skills of communication. I regret that I can not recommend it.
