Good place to get cushions and curtains etc, as well as various household stuff. Very reasonable prices and a good choice of products. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

This is great shop for picking up home furnishings. You can find everything from pots and pans to curtains and cushions. The Wrexham store also has a great cafe upstairs. They make small snacks and hot drinks, but push the boat out and have one of their delicious cakes. If you park in the store car park take extra care. The car park has ANPR canara on the entrance and exit that time your stay. Go over by just a few minutes and you will be fine.

Had lunch at the Cafe Pausa. Absolutely delicious. Great staff and food. Couldn't ask for more. Loved it.

We walked in the door, the shop was jammed packed with stock. We didn't look all around the shop because we thought the prices were a little too expensive. We had a difficult job getting out of the store. There was a long line of customers, only one till working and only one way out. The way they'd arranged the shelving, you were corralled past the tills to the exit. We didn't buy anything, and we had to push our way through the line of customers to get out. We are not in a hurry to shop there again.

Staff need more training on vertical blind product knowledge. We asked if they could be cut to size in width and was told no ,only length. We left disappointed and went to research else where. I googled these blinds only to find a u tube guide on how to cut these to size. So the answer is yes they can be cut to width and length

Nice well stocked store. Premises has disabled parking bays right outside and automatic sliding doors. Only issue I can see is that it is a bit of a nightmare negotiating around the store with a trolly, particularly when you are heading for the checkout. Management need to take a look at the accessibility inside the store. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ordered a suitcase, they told me it had been delivered to my address but I did not receive it. Had to use old case to go on holiday while they investigated it. Eventually they told me it had been delivered to store was not happy very poor service

Went to Dunelm last week and you couldn't move for huge boxes all over .A fire hazzard for one and if they were stocktaking they should do it after hours or on a Sunday .Very poor show

fabulous store. so much choice. Always a winner! Will be coming back for more home interiors. Our next purchase will be a lovely high quality rug for in front of our log burner in our north welsh cottage in the secluded hills. Wrexham is our nearest store

Bought a living room mat Saturday member of staff was lovely done the order for delivery and said it would be Wednesday for delivery I was so pleased when sitting here at home it arrived a day early and now it is open and put into place thank you Dunelm and the Delivery team

We went today to Dunelm and had something to eat at the Wrexham branch, we had a scone that was tasteless, part of the cream was pavlova like, loads of jam that made the scone sickly, crushed merenge no butter or strawberries...highly unsatisfactory

A great place for all your home needs. There is a lovely cafe area too. Parking and disabled parking, inside the store they are stairs to the upper floor!!!!!

Lots of things to browse at from curtains to mats to kitchen and bathroom to bedding. Cafe not open at the moment (on our visit). All the staff helpful and freindly.

Covid measures in place. Well stocked and tidy. Can shop instore or by click and collect. Have a community page and supported local care homes and charities during lockdown.

Needed foam for upholstery project. Had just what I needed. Would be nice if they offered more tools and haberdashery for this

Usual helpful staff who enabled me to quickly find what I needed. The cafeteria was well supported so I avoided stopping for elevenses and promised myself another visit for coffee and a scone.

Staff are polite, I don't recall getting any poor service, store is well laid out and it's great that it has survived in wrexham during turbulent times. I will try and support whenever I can (instead of using amazon).

We go to dunelm cafe regularly and like it today was different it was filthy I had to get a brush from behind the counter and brush the food off the floor and every table was covered in dirty crockery it makes me not want to go back if the staff let the cafe get like that what is the kitchen like I shudder to think

Very busy, even mid morning on a Wednesday, & not easy to remain socially distant in the aisles. Good availability of stock & good offers, I will try using "click and collect" in the future rather than fighting around the store.
