The
wine
is
good
but
I
specifically
have
asked
not
to
be
sent
deliveries
on
cardboard
boxes
that
I
have
to
break
down
to
get
into
our
recycling
bin.
Again
I
have
a
delivery
of
a
couple
of
bottles
of
wine
in
a
6
bottle
cardboard
box
which
I
not
have
to
break
down
for
the
bins.
This
negates
the
pleasure
of
a
nice
glass
of
wine
with
dinner
tonight.
As
the
phone
at
Magestic
did
not
answer
I
left
a
message
and
obviously
not
picked
up.
Customer
service
when
they
were
in
Greenwich
was
much
better!
UPDATE
-
Following
the
response
from
Magestic
when
the
delivery
arrived
from
them
with
the
courier
today,
I
asked
the
courier
about
the
large
cardboard
box
and
he
told
me
it
was
Magestic's
decision
to
pack
in
a
large
box
and
not
his.
He
apologised.
We
get
regular
deliveries
from
Theatre
of
Wine
in
Greenwich
wrapped
in
tissue
paper
and
bags.
No
cardboard
waste
and
a
pleasure
to
unwrap.
There
are
no
breakages
from
Theatre
of
Wine
so
I
feel
this
should
not
be
an
excuse
to
off
load
rubbish.

Bearing
in
mind
the
number
of
deliveries
we
have
every
week
from
food
to
wine
and
other
items,
no
other
companies
use
old
boxes
to
sent
their
items.
At
lease
3
deliveries
a
day
and
Magestic
is
the
only
one
that
off
loads
their
rubbish
on
customers.
I
run
a
number
of
businesses
and
know
recycling
waste
is
paid
by
weight.
I
am
fine
with
keeping
costs
low,
but
we
do
not
want
your
rubbish!
