Leoni has been the dog groomer of our 2 bichons for years, we moved house out of her area and tried other dog groomers but have gone back to leoni, I'm more than happy to travel to leoni to have them both done by her and her assistant. My dogs are happy when they see her this shows they enjoy going. They come back clean fresh and excited. Her and her assistant go the extra mile, they both communicate well with customers and personally love the pets like they are their own. They offer a pick up and drop off service free of charge, she doesn't charge an arm and a leg and look after your pets with great care. I have seen people write on here that she never turned up, these women have families too and sometimes issues arise that is out of their hands if it does happen she will always let you know she is honest with her customers. Leoni goes well out of her way to ensure you and your pets are happy, this is a small business and the girls take their time doing the work making sure your pets have the best experience whilst in their care.
