Massive rdc with no staff drivers have to load or unload them selves total joke another aldi rdc that gets free labour doesn't matter that the driver could have driven for 3/4 hours

U need to offload yourself with electric pump truck. No toilets inside!!! ( now 5.02.2023 toilets available inside.. just ask staff)I waited for my notes aprox 30 min whilst the load has been checked.

Wasn't told until I arrived that it is self-tip with a PPT. I don't have a PPT licence but they don't care as long as I watch a video and answer questions. Any accidents wouldn't be insured, very naughty. By rights I should have returned the delivery to the supplier on the grounds they refused to accept it. Maybe if everyone did that ALDI would start doing their job.

It's an utter disgrace that Aldi, and Lidl for that matter, expect professional hgv drivers to be their unpaid labour to load and offload the vehicle. I urge every driver to refuse en-masse, they would soon change this illegal policy. Drivers are NOT insured against accidents or injury whilst doing unpaid work for Aldi or Lidl. The transport unions should get involved in this and put a stop to it. As for their line that my company gets paid for me to labour for them, we'll that's just BS, they don't. Aldi and Lidl say this to deflect the blame onto the haulage companies. I know if I were injured at any of their warehouses I would sue the a rses off them. Also, do you see the correlation in their nationality? It beggars belief that we beat them in two wars yet here we are as unpaid Labour for them, they have a bad history in using unpaid Labour don't they!

I was a day late delivering but let me tip...good attitude shown....need to tip and put your pallets together with the correct codes to make their jobs easy not ours...its not a drivers job to tip never mind put all the correct codes together.. needs to be changed this abuse...

Delivered here...... no place to tip ..... why order stuff when no room for them to store it..... joke

Haulier deliveries and collections (trays). Staff spot on from start to finish. From security to the loading bay staff, spot on. The process from arriving to leaving is lean, safe and a pleasant experience.Take note other RDC's.

Word of advice, if you need remove ratchet straps, follow in straight after the reg number given to you by security, and get in straight to the bay!!! I lost my place on the queue as I was unstrapping ratchet straps in the parking bay, and gets quite busy. Now have to be on the queue now. Not much space in warehouse as well.👎🏻

The irony that they give drovers a knife when this is the place that's most likely to make you want to use it on yourself. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Not driver friendly at all.

32 bays but you can only tip on 3 of them, always a long wait for a bay unless you’re here first thing then when you finally get on a bay there’s no space in the warehouse to unload. Seems to be a theme with most Aldi RDC’s

No hassles at security unlike most places, Designated bays for bread deliverys then it's all down to you how long your there with it being self tip..

Having only experienced delivering to Lidl RDCs previously this place is a revelation. Friendly, helpful staff from the gatehouse to the guy that tipped me. All in good time too. There’s obviously a much better culture here. Well done Aldi

This shop is forcing you to queue for a self check out while only 4 staff can be seen around the shop stacking shelves. Last time I was shopping here. Wanna save money while wasting my time? Not gonna profit from my food shopping anymore.

Absolutely disgusting customer service spoken to them today over warranty of a product that was bought only 5 months ago to be laughed at and told there was nothing they could do from a so-called manager When asking to take it further, the phone was put down will be finding out how to take it further and won’t be going anywhere near their products any time soon stay clear unhelpful and rude staff

Same as all the other Aldi's . Self tip, straight on a bay (lucky day) never usually the case. Can take a while to get in if busy. Staff were friendly enough.

From a class 1 drivers prospective you simply can't beat Aldi deliveries quick efficient stress free tips, everyone's happy here including yes, the security staff pleasure as always self tip using the electronic pump trucks
