I have been using this dental practice for over forty years. I have absolute confidence in the skills of the practice surgeons, and the range of procedures they offer is impressive. The staff are professional but friendly and supportive in what can be testing circumstances. The environment is welcoming, bright and scrupulously hygienic. I have never had a disappointing experience with this practice, and neither has my family. I made my first visit today (25 May 2021) under COVID conditions. Very nervous about visiting but I needn't have been. This professional practice afforded full patient protection and were supportive and kind in allaying my fears.

Thank you so much for providing such a prompt appointment. The safety measures were very reassuring, with Covid checks about my health being made by telephone the day before the appointment and again upon my arrival. I was welcomed by Nicola, who gave me clear instructions about procedures in the waiting room . The surgery was spotless and well-prepared with disposable covers on the chair. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and I was very pleased with the time Anita took over my treatment. All the staff were protected by masks and visors and I felt very safe. Thank you.

I have been with this practice for over 22 yrs having regular visits each year for check-ups and follow up visits for various treatments. All the treatments were clearly explained before and during the treatment. The team are very professional but have also achieved the extra skill of being able to relax the patient with their sympathetic approach. Over the passed 18 months whilst developing and putting into place a Covid secure process this extra skill has been maintained, making my visits very pleasant and some times light hearted. I cannot praise them or thank them enough and I do not hesitate in recommending this practice, especially the ''TEAM''.

They have a good practice in place to cope with the COVID issues we have all experienced and do not feel worried at all. Attended today for a regular check up and hygienist visit. As ever the COVID-19 protocols were of the absolute highest standard. I felt very safe and comfortable visiting the dentist. I would highly recommend Christopher and his colleagues for anyone concerned about seeing the dentist during these challenging times.

I have been with Christopher Holden for 30 years and had regular check-ups and treatment. During the last year I have been really impressed with the additional steps that have been put in place to ensure, as far as possible, the safety of clients and staff. The practice has always contacted me in good time before appointments to explain its current arrangements and to discuss any concerns I may have, although to date I haven't had any. The dental surgeons and their assistants, the hygienists, and the office management and staff have always been very friendly and approachable.

Having recently moved into the area I was worried about finding a dentist following over 20 years at my previous surgery. I found Christopher Holden and Associates via a search of the area and chose the practice on the excellent reviews posted. I have now attended twice the latest today for 3 replacement fillings and a scale and polish, not something I was relishing especially in this Covid climate. I need not have worried, the experience was excellent and the precautions taken throughout the entire visit (and my previous one) could not have been better. All staff are efficient and polite and processes throughout are slick and patient focused. On my experience to date I would recommend this dental surgery to others looking for a safe and professional experience.

As always, my recent experience at this practice was excellent. On telephoning with a problem, I was given an appointment within 48 hours. The arrangements for this were clearly described and the appointment confirmed by email. A telephone health check was made the day before the appointment and arrival arrangements confirmed. The process on arrival was efficient, with good safety checks to prevent Covid transmission. My appointment with the dentist was thorough and felt safe for both myself and the practitioners. Everyone I dealt with throughout was friendly, efficient and reassuring. I could not fault the process in any way. Thank you to Anita and the whole team.

I've been with Christopher Holden since 1991. Anita and her Dental Assistants as well as the Office Management and Admin teams have always been very efficient and professional in our dealings. The current pandemic has been a nightmare for everyone and, not surprisingly, the Practice rose to the challenge and have excelled with their setting up of the necessary precautions to make everyone feel safe. I am very anxious when going to the dentist as I know my teeth are loose and I need to either have implants or dentures So I booked a appointment with chesterfield branch I was made to feel very welcome and the staff were so kind and supportive paying a interest in me as a person The environment was cosy comfortable and relaxing Prompt time to see the consultant Explained everything in detail asking me if I felt ok and each stage of the examination I would have really liked to have had the implants But after serious consideration talking to family Declined for now but the staff continue to be supportive I even got a gift bag for going and would strongly recommend it to anyone Who needs a dentist and advice
