My dog Snoopy broke his dew claw on a walk today, carried him home and called off here to see if they could help. Zoe was so kind and clipped the nail and muddy paws. Thank you Zoe for calmly helping us out love from Snoopy

We took our nervous Border to be hand stripped for the first time (other than by me attempting it) and I could not be happier. They looked after him so well, he looks incredible and he even got a festive photo shoot! Amazing service and beautiful shop too!

Amazing pet shop 🐶in Matlock called in whilst visiting nearby and the range is amazing toys, treats food care essentials everything you could possibly need! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly would highly recommend a visit! Love the decor as well much nicer than your average pet shop.

Dropped in today as we were passing... a great deli and toy shop for our lovely four legged friends... and the member of staff working today was fabulous... I'd recommend Riber's to any dog owner who loves their pet

Love this well-stocked, modern pet shop and the two lovely ladies who are running it! We especially love the harness range and the innovative toys for feeding time. But more than a brilliant pet shop and grooming service , which would be plenty enough, they're also creating a community where you can just walk in and say hi, ask advice, get involved in charity events and train your pups! My dog Juno is currently taking Zoe's classes, which are so well done and a joy to attend. She radiates confidence - you know you're in the presence of a proper dog expert. Can't wait for Junior classes and whatever else might happen in the future. I feel oddly proud that Matlock finally has somewhere awesome to shout about.

This is the second time we have had Ollie, our Parsons Russell Terrier stripped here and once again, we are delighted with the result. Attention to detail is perfect, please don't ever change...

Today we took our cavapoo for a haircut. She went in looking like she had been dragged through a hedge backwards and came out looking a lady. Her haircut is wonderful and makes her beautiful yet not fussy ! Before the cut we were asked what we wanted and all our asks were taken care of. The ladies that work there are really nice and kind. Our dog was obviously comfortable and had been well looked after in their care. The shop itself is well stocked with really nice quality stuff. Thanks very much for giving Merlin a super make over !!!

We have been to see Zoe and the girls a few times; the service and products are second to none. Always welcomed with a smile and we know that our fur babies are in safe hands! would highly recommend them for dog grooming and all your animal needs. :)

Amazing shop filled with amazing people, the groomers are incredible and handled my crazy spaniel with total ease! They always seem to be updating their stock so there’s always something new to treat my dog to, as well as being selective with everything they sell; it’s good knowing that whatever I buy from there is going to be good for my dog. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Booked our little Jack Russell in for her first ever groom a couple of weeks ago. Great attention/ advice given at time of booking, and when we booked her in on the day. The groomer who collected her was so kind and patient and, when we picked her up a good hour and a quarter later, she looked AMAZING and seemed so happy. We've walked passed the shop a couple of times since and she has dived towards the door which shows us she will be happy to go back anytime. Thank yooooou!

Fabulous shop with a massive range of pet goodies. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Great with any advice you might need too. Have you even been to Matlock if you haven't visited Riber Pets?? Definitely our go to shop for all things pet related.

First groom here today with our little scottie Cross and was highly impressed out of the 5 professional groomers she's been to riber pets is by far the best ,I highly recommend to everyone, thankyou lady's from me and lexie 🐶she looks fantastic 😊

Took my saluki Max for a groom and nail clip, he is very nervous and has 3 legs, staff were so good with him and sent me adorable pics afterwards, made up and I'll defo be taking him again! Great service thank you Zoe and Ashley xx
