cheap quality jewellers. had to send my pendant back twice and they lost my £300 pendant upon me returning with my own money first class signed postage and refuse to reimburse/negotiate me with a solution. the parcel was sealed shut and they are telling me they didn’t receive it. VERY SUSPICIOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL especially the “manager”. dont waste your money or time!

Went to purchase item online cause it’s how you end up paying less for your purchase. Spoke to I young man name Jed or Ted didn’t get to meet him, but he arranged for me to come down to the studio. I was after a chain which I liked on the website and for the price considering it’s value was more then I paid for it and on top of it I purchased a pendant and got a reasonable discount for the both items. The gentleman that dealt with me in the studio was helpful and friendly and cause I paid in cash the discount I received I was pleased with. Poor quality Jewellery, after paying a couple of hundred pounds for this bracelet and spending a couple hundred on a chain to match, two weeks in and the bracelet would just fall off (luckily in the house) when i contacted them to let them know i was told take it else where to sort it! or if i want to send it to them i can pay to send it in and pay to have it returned to me! After going in to four jewellery stores that would not touch it i was told to go back to where i bought it. Hatton Jewellers said fine send it back but you pay to send and return! why should i be further out of pocket & inconvenienced for your faulty jewellery and poor customer service.
