Bad quality repair. They replaced my screen, but it only lasted a couple of months months before the glue came loose on one side. I didn't think this was an issue due to the lifetime warranty, but they refused to replace it. At first they told me the speaker was broken (my phone was on silent), then they said the vibration wasn't working (again, on silent) and then settled on telling me the glue had come loose due to "liquid damage" (when it was clearly just their shoddy job in the first place). They eventually returned my phone with a small crack on the screen which wasn't there before, and unnecessary changes to the settings (there is no need to change my notifications or go into my apps to replace a screen).

I took my phone in to Zee at the bank iSmash thinking I needed a new screen, when I came to collect it he had sorted the issue without changing the screen and saved me £100! He could have easily charged me and changed my screen and I would never have known - honest and reliable! Can’t recommend enough :) thank you!

I took my phone to get fixed. I knew it was a charging issue and my online research told me it would be expensive. Sorin from ismash however filled me with confidence and after trying to clean the charging port realised it wasn't an easy fix. Rather than convincing me to change everything, he diagnosed the main problem and suggested to fix that. Within an hour of me dropping of the phone, he had it back good as new. For a fraction of the cost I anticipated. Whilst he could have milked me for a few hundred, he has earned himself and ismash a customer for life. I highly recommend!

Really fast fix. My iPhone earpiece was very feint. The guy removed dust from both the speaker and earpiece and oiled them. Took 5 mins. Excellent service.

I’m very late in leaving this review as my phone broke in November but now that I finally got around to it I cannot forget how helpful and kind Anna was. My phone broke down randomly in the middle of the day and wouldn’t start and I had a job interview the same day so I ran to iSmash and Anna fixed it in a matter of minutes and explained everything to me. I was very happy with the service.

Really great service from Gautham at Bank station ismash. Had a complex problem with a faulty screen and broken Apple Pay which was fixed. Had taken it to another branch who wouldn’t fix the phone. Seems this branch are very capable of fixing simple and complex issues so thanks very much!!

My phone had a cracked screen, on my way to work I left the phone with iSmash. Within an hour it had been repaired and I could carry on using it as, if nothing had happened. Great service, fast and fairly priced!

I had a mobile phone screen replacement completed here and I'm very impressed with the experience. I went online and saw they had the appropriate screen replacement and booked a slot the following day. Arrived for my time slot and dropped off the phone. 2 hours later I received a text message to say it was ready. Went and picked up my phone and paid. Really happy with the screen replacement and the price. The whole process was a lot easier than I expected.

Managing to clip my Screen on my Monitor stand instantly destroying it I did some looking around and Samsung UK and iSmash repair prices were the same I smash however was much easier for me to get to as one is by my work and offers very quick turn around for the repairs so note 10 went in fixed within 2 hours and so far so good, no complains and the guy in the shop zee was friendly and we had a little. Chat too, thanks alot guys

Had my iPhone 12 screen replacement there. Guys, don't go for the 'LCD' option as it will only kill your battery - my phone is dying within 2h (!). Obviously, company refuses a refund.

The guy who works there has been super helpful. I accidentally broke the sim card slot of my phone and he helped to fix it without asking for anything. I really appreciated the kind gesture.

Terrible customer service. Due to tube delays I was 10 min late for my (pre-paid) diagnostics appointment, but still well within the opening hours. I got there at 4.45pm and the guy had just closed the shop (which is supposed to be open until 5pm) because he needed “to have lunch”. I asked if he could still take my phone and I would come back tomorrow, and he refused. I’ve lost £20 but won’t go back to these guys again.
