    Bad experience with giving in an iPad for repair. Diagnostics not done properly. First told Device canā€™t be fixed then told can be fixed but they donā€™t have the parts. Took the money for diagnostics. If you cannot diagnose properly and have no capacity to fix then you should not offer diagnostics. They did not even close the iPad properly and when we called they said donā€™t have glue available. Would not recommend to anyone and donā€™t trust them at all. If you take money for diagnostics you should also give a proper report of what you have checked as well. Avoid this place.

    Amazing service! Highly recommend, Fixed my phone immediately. I had been to 2 EE shops as well as their phone tech team and Apple chat but these guys sorted it straight away. It was a software glitch. Save yourself time and come straight here. Thanks Doru and Ali !

    I went to the ismash location today on Fenchurch place and the service was amazing. Sorin fixed my damaged phone screen in 35 minutes and he also asked me if I needed a screen protector and some other bits and bobs. I definitely recommend this location and I am happy with my repair.

    Terrible service from the first 5 minutes - the ā€œHead Techā€ in the shop told me to go to a corner shop if I wasnā€™t comfortable giving out my passcode - I told him that their own website says that if you do not want to disclose the passcode thatā€™s fine but you will need to be present for the checks - he just blankly said ā€œno passcode no fixā€. Good luck to you guys - youā€™re absolutely right Iā€™m going elsewhere. Completely incompetent if you canā€™t abide to your own company policy.

    Came by with an iPhone 13 speaker sound issue. Sorin, the head technician, was excellent and helped to clean out dust and debris from the speakers so that the sound quality improved. Would highly recommend. Very honest, reliable and genuine repairs advice.

    I booked a 1pm appt online for an i phone screen replacement with a guaranteed 60 minute turnaround. I arrived at 12.45 as requested. Then told by the one and only repairman that he couldn't do it until 2pm. So, I had to re-arrange afternoon meetings and returned at 1.45pm to be told that he was going to lunch for an hour at 2pm so it wouldn't be ready until well past 3pm. I asked why he didn't tell me that an hour ago and he said his boss had only just told him. I left....

    Dropped a laptop, which fortunately was cushioned by my phone so was undamaged. The phone however (Samsung S23 Ultra) not so lucky. Booked a repair same day, dropped off at noon. Repaired within 2.5 hours ready for collection same day. No faffing around with saving data etc. Same price as Official Samsung repair, appears to be same quality, with same day service. Samsung was a weeks wait which yeah, nah yeah, I wasn't waiting for.

    Do not trust this company. Upsold an ā€œApple identicalā€ screen replacement for my cracked screen as was warned the standard screen offering would burn out the screen. However that description is very misleading as at its best the screens run down the battery materially more than Apple and need max brightness to show clearly. At worst, the screens offered repeatedly stopped working within a month or two. Screen 1 (London Bridge): Took several hours to replace because the 2 attendants wanted to take lunch. Within a month the screen intermittently stopped responding to touch. Itā€™s all very well having a free replacement guarantee, but unhelpful that they wonā€™t fulfil this until theyā€™ve personally witnessed the screen not working. So I had another week of misfunctioning screen before it was fully unusable enough for them to agree to replace it. At this point I had to go through 3 stores to find somewhere with it in stock - or so I thoughtā€¦ Screen 2 (Fenchurch Place): Finally got this replacement after 3 attempts. I checked if it was the right screen (oled etc) and the attendant said rather sheepishly ā€œif it was in the right boxā€. When I unlocked the screen it was open on the annual summary of my log of mental and physical heath data. He had been killing time by reading through my private records. After about a month or two the screen started getting green dots on it. These slowly spread over the whole screen. It was tricky to get it bright enough to see outside. Then after an especially bright day where it had spent a few hours at full brightness the screen went fully blackā€¦. Screen 3 (St Pancras): Took my phone in on a Saturday afternoon. They had a replacement in stock but said it wouldnā€™t be ready until 10am the next morning. Iā€™ve never experienced the 1 hour turnaround advertised- think it might be mythical. Came back at 10am and they said it now wouldnā€™t be ready til 1pm (theyā€™d made no attempt to contact me to let me know this). I told them I had a lunch appointment at 12:30 and they just shrugged at me. Managed to haggle them to 12pm collection and just made it to my lunch in time. At the collection they tried to fit a screen protector I didnā€™t ask for and tried to gaslight me into thinking I had - said theyd let me off paying for something I hadnā€™t asked for ā€œas a goodwill gestureā€. Once again this screen was dim and a battery killer, but at least lasted long enough for me to get sick of this pattern and buy myself a new iPhone. Only place where staff have been sympathetic and helpful is bank so shout out to them I guess. They also did a decent battery replacement for me. Everywhere else the experience has been rude, undermotivated staff taking ages to fit a screen that doesnā€™t work properly then trying to nitpick ways out of fixing it. Infuriating, scammy, waste of time.

    Misleading!! I was under the assumption that my bill to have both front & back screen were Ā£130. Was angry to find out that it came to Ā£208 thats after I used the Ā£30 discount code. They didn't explain to me the " housing" would be an additional cost, also I'm sure they haven't got that on the website. If I knew the true cost I would just of bought another phone!

    Appalling service - paid for a battery replacement for my phone and advised them that I was going away for a couple of months and could they hold the parts. They said yes and that there was no issue as I'd pay the parts. When it comes time to arranging the battery replacement, I email multiple times with no response. When I finally get through to them, they explain that they have given my phone battery to someone else and they claim they tried to get in touch with me but I didn't bother to get in contact back. This was untrue and I sent them an email screenshot showing this (which was acknowledged by one of their agents). Just poor customer service all round and a company I will be avoiding wherever possible in future.

    The website states a repair timescale of 120 minutes to 48 hours. When I attended the appointment this morning I was told 3-5 Days! The engineer said itā€™s not a stock issue but that such a long turn around is normal. Showed no interest in what their website states and seemed to think it was amusing. Terrible.

    I had a charging port problem. The guy recommended a quick service which would cost Ā£10 rather than a full on repair costing Ā£50 and itā€™s fully fixed my problem. Really appreciate their honesty.
