AMAZING FIND in the City of London. The small is £4.95 and believe me, it’s worth the price. So flavourful and great portion size. Friendly and speedy service too. (I had the Lebanese chicken w/ all the salad choices topped with their homemade hummus and chilli sauce)

Great little place selling a variety of affordable options. Portuguese chicken with salad was delicious, got it two days in a row! Highly recommend for a generous, quick, tasty and healthy lunch.

This is the healthiest and cheapest (less than a fiver) option you’ll ever get for lunch in the city of London. The selection and variety of salads and cooked vegetables along with an option of either chicken, halloumi or lamb is perfectly balanced. They also do wraps instead of a box. I’m lucky to have them next door to my clinic at Bank.

There is a huge variety of fresh salad and hot food to choose from suiting all dietary preferences, vegan, vegetarian and meat options. Such a lovely little local business, the owner has a heart of gold and when visiting recently i witnessed him giving out lunch boxes to homeless.

Got the vegan beef Lebanese wrap with a couple different kinds of salad - really yummy! Also chatted with the owner a bit and he was very polite, I liked that he had an interest in showing me different parts of what he cooked and how he was generally very friendly. I’m not from London, but I would definitely go back!

I regularly have lunch from here - always fresh tasty and wholesome. We also order lunches for our guests at the London Chamber of Commerce - generous trays of wonderful salads that cover all dietary needs. We are pleased to support a genuine local business.

I love coming here. The portion sizes are great and represent good value for money. The owner is always so friendly and accommodates all your requests. I have recommended TP to my work colleagues, too. This time round, I had the Lebanese salad, and it was absolutely delicious. It is a great place to get lovely breakfast sarnies, I often get Sausage, Bacon and fried egg sandwich. Amazing

Service was amazing, food was superb, I would suggest the beef and lamb kofte as this is what the clerk suggested. Service: workers were super friendly and kind.

Great value for the quantity of food with fresh cooked ingredients and prepped that day. I had the Portuguese chicken wrap with various salads and chilli; it was really not too spicy and very tasty. I'll definitely be back and tell people at work about this place. If you can, go in person because the service is excellent 👍🏼

One of the best take-aways in the area. The food here is always fresh, healthy, delicious and served quickly. I think you get good value for money here especially compared to a lot of other places nearby and the couple working here are always friendly and welcoming. I cant recommend it enough.

100% the best place for takeaway lunch in the city. I go there whenever I am working in town. Never bored with it as the salads are varied each day. Wonderful owners, delivering outstanding takeaway food at great value for money.

Really nice and honest homemade food. First question after I wanted the vegan beef wrap was if I am vegan or vegetarian. 👌👌 Had the vegan beef wrap with a bunch of salad. Tasted really good. The owner is really nice and friendly. Definitely come back and grab more stuff in the future.

Early in the morning, 7AM, me & my colleague in a rush to get some work done around the area. Delicious bagels & sandwiches, highly recommend (We even came back to get some salad for takeout). Very friendly. Very easy/understandable menu. Pretty quick for only one person working there, not many customers when were there. Unfortunately only one seat for dine in, but I don't mind standing. 🤷‍♂️😊

Food was nicely prepared. Flavour of everything I tried was good. Donner nicely seasoned. Lots of choice in veggie and salad department. Definitely would recommend. A minor thing was format of serving a wrap. I expected wrap to be a single item with everything mixed in it. Instead I got effectively a box, just that meat was separated in a wrap.

I come to this place a few times a week for lunch, and it's a fantastic little spot. Whilst the exterior may be unassuming the name really does indicate what you get - this is traditional, whole foods, so really good if you want healthy, non-processed food that is tasty and has a 'home prepared' feel. It's broadly Mediterranean, with a choice of meats or falafel/halloumi, and these are really well seasoned and fresh. The same for the salad - as much variety as you'd get in any trendy health food store. I can't rate the place enough!

My work college and friend introduced me to the place ware I met the lovely couple serving healthy food with their friendly and warm hospitality. If you looking for a healthy meal that is cheap, don’t look any further. It’s worth the price, believe me. Sines I tried the food, I kept coming back for more.

A perfect take-away. Always fresh and yummy. Beutiful lamb, endless varieties of chicken dishes, and so on. A comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, good music while you are waiting and a polite, professional pripriator.

Walking up from Cannon street I came across the owner in the street politely suggesting a bacon sandwich and I thought why the hell not. I have worked in the City for years and didn't know the place existed, to food is fantastic and the owner freindly so I wish him luck with the post Covid recovery as the city was a ghost town. I will be back nice one centurion ;-)

A crunchy wrap with a variety of nutrients inside: meat, falafel, all sort of vegetables at your choice. Also vegan-friendly and very good prices. I ate a delicious vegan wrap and I’ll sure come again. Also, the serving is very nice🙂

A family run little place close to Mansion house tube station and opposite the Aldermary Church near St. Paul’s cathedral. Had the Portuguese Chicken Wrap which was filling and delicious. They will soon have soups on their menu too.

This has been my go to lunch place for 5 years. I'm now vegan and can still enjoy the delicious healthy food. This is a must try if you are in the City of London and the prices are very GOOD.

A last a good Shawarma in the City! Believe me, I have looked for one for a long time. The only drawback of this place is that it's very small and gets invariably very busy at lunch time. However, it's totally worth the queue.

Excellent choice if you're looking for an affordable and delicious lunch in the City. As soon as you get in you'll be welcomed the owner, who is super kind and always available to help you picking the right ingredients for your wrap/ salad. The food is freshly made, I always get the lamb doner wrap, the best I found in London, always perfectly cooked! Highly recommended.

This place is a real hidden gem for lunch. A huge variety of ingredients available for any taste, always very well seasoned and delicious! They often like to try new things and improve on the menu. Portions are generous and definitely a bargain compared to others in the area. Run by lovely people - Jaime is a gentleman!
