Won't go again. Staff who couldn't give a toss even though I was the only one in the store. I may be a woman of a certain age but I was looking for a new pair of hiking boots for a hike from the west coast of the Pyrenees to the east coast - a serious hike. I had the feeling that unless you're young and cool, they really didn't want to know. Surprised they sell anything!

We came to Trespass Bristol last minute before a holiday and kitted out our large family with shorty wetsuits with ease. Simon and his female colleague were so knowledgeable and went the extra mile.

I was looking for some walking boots for my daughter. The pair she really wanted were unavailable in her size in the store. Instead of leaving it there or being encouraged to make do with a different style the manager went above and beyond to source them for us. Simon went to huge trouble trying to track a pair down and was searching records and store cupboards and then even called colleagues in another store. His tenacity resulted in finding a pair which are being sent to the Bristol store for us to collect soon. Fantastic customer service and will certainly be recommending it to friends and family.

I'm a cyclist who needed a new, waterproof backpack yesterday. Went into two stores prior - I really like to have a good look, i.e inside the bag, the pockets, how it fits etc. and couldn't find anything appropriate at the right price. The dude helping me in this Trespass store was very patient and helpful; answering any questions, and eventually letting me relocate my stuff into the new bag I ended up buying in a corner of the shop. We had pleasant conversation and I'm happy with the purchase - I don't know his name, but thanks man.

I had the pleasure of going into the Bristol store to be served by Simon. Simon was one of the most helpful and knowledgable staff members i've had the pleasure of being served by. I was after 2 new skiing jackets and he explained each jackets different qualities, helped with sizes and what id need to wear underneath and had a brilliant sense of humour! Should I need anything else from Trespass I will be making sure I go back to this store and looking for Simon.

My daughter is undertaking her bronze DofE award this year and needed quite a lot of equipment for this venture. Simon saw us looking bewildered in the Cabot Circus store this weekend & took the time to explain the various options for the items we required in detail and offered suggestions for other things she might need without being a pushy salesman. The store was well equipped to meet our needs with some sale purchases too! Many thanks to Simon for his knowledgeable advice - if we've forgotten anything, we'll be back again to see you!

My partner and I went to trespass looking for walking boots for her upcoming trip. The staff member Michael went above and beyond to help my partner find the correct shoe for her trip. Customer service like this is very rare nowadays and he is an asset to the branch and the company.

Went in to get some gear for a work trip - honestly couldn’t be more helpful with finding and giving tips on how to find what was right for the job. Really friendly as well

Went in to buy a proper coat, that was warm and waterproof. Whilst I normally reject sales people, I wasn't hassled at all, and was free to make my choice Minus 1 star for not having a way for disabled men to go upstairs. So I had to choose from the few that were downstairs.... Would I have gotten a different cost? Don't know!

Needed a last minute rucksack and trespass was perfect. Really outstanding customer service from the guy at the counter, who talked me through the selection and sorted me out with just what I needed.

Such a poor quality, waste of money. Got myself a poncho for a festival and the fabric ripped instantly. It was as easy to rip it as put a knife through warm butter. Didn't last me one day. Avoiding anything from this shop and brand from now on

I like Trespass when there's a good sale on. I love my lightweight fleece. Style and comfort without bulk.

Really friendly staff. Always informative and happy to help. Whilst some of their prices are questionable they have a really good range of equipment and clothing and their women's department has improved greatly in the last year. The staff are what make this shop as they actually know their stock and how to help you rather than selling you overpriced stuff you don't need. My only complaint would be that their sale items really don't seem like a sale. I get that this is a reflection on their head office and not them as a store but really hope their head office stop overcharging on sale items

Nice store, good range. Good discounts when I went. Plus they had sensible covid measures.

I went well out of my way recently to buy some tent pegs, and they didn't have any! I was so sad!
