Worst Amazon in UK, they didn't let me take 30 minutes break (i had only 20 minutes driving time left) didn't let me use toilet and kick me outside gate when after checking trailer left only 14 minutes to finish 30 minutes break. Very rude staff and very not understanding for drivers.

Working with Amazon is amazing. They have this ability to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Plus, there's a mutual respect for everyone and it encourages one to do their best. The job isn't difficult but it's super hectic. There's subsidized transportation and food and more recently for folk coming all the way from Cardiff,Wales, there's going to be a bus meaning less traffic on the buses going from Newport. It's amazing how one is treated at Amazon. Other warehouses could learn a lot from them. As per the pay, well I'd say Amazon can always do better but I'm far from complaining about it.

After entering the yard, they show you with their finger where to walk like doggies,the only good thing is the coffee

A lot of people with low skills they are promoted just because they are friends with someone. And HR always helping the bosses, not you. It's like a 3rd country place.

This isn't somewhere you can visit, I was delivering. It's a step up from most RDCs though, clean, tidy, with complementary drinks for visiting drivers. That's a massive plus.

They need to improve their organizational and communication skills as we have waited 90 mins outside the gatehouse in order to get a bay.

Very very Usefull staff ,loads of movement but very coordinated, and they sort out drivers quickly has they can because site is very small for the massive movement they have .

Covid-19 safe, a paramount for a business as such with many staff

Worked here before being on long term sick with anxiety due to work problems. They put youngsters into management positions without giving them any training on people management. When off sick you don’t get contacted just forgotten about. General Manager only cares about numbers going out of the door not staff. Such a shame because the factory and facilities are very good.

Speed bumps are horrible , they are mentally crazy with a fake safaty . Due stupid schedule should to wait for a trailer for a 3+h they don't allow to stay in site , so should to park at road next to depot ...
