Staff friendly , well kept store however major lack in Bristol flyers merchandise. A tiny little area with minimal sizing. Hopefully when the flyers new stadium is at Ashton gate fan merch will be taken more seriously like other Bristol sports clothing etc

Great store. Very clean, always well stocked and laid out. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Wayne is especially helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help you get the item that you wanted. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area and is looking for some Robins Merchandise!

it's an okay shop stock not very good tho dont cater much for the ladies tho had to get a small mans home shirt for the mrs hope it fits

I really must say that I have had outstanding customer service with the City Shop. I enquired about a size being out of stock for which I received a very prompt reply .. this was then followed up when the item was back in stock so that I wouldn't miss it ... I feel this customer service is above and beyond what I would expect so thank you very much Bristol City :)

Good store with match kit, training kit, leisurewear, and souvenirs for Bristol City and Bristol Bears. Also products for Bristol Flyers. Helpful and friendly staff. Will be extremely busy on every matchday. The place you need to go to collect any Away Tickets on non-matchdays. Any collections of kit on a matchday; I would advise going to the pop-up stool outside of the sportsbar. If you're lucky you might bump into Scotty Murray!

Today I bought a new pair of running shoes. The guy who helped me was amazing, really friendly and spent time to work out what was best for me, viewing my run style with various options on video and completely nailed it for me with a pair of Brooks. Awesome service and choice.

Staff in the shop we’re extremely helpful last night ordered two away shirts for click and collect that my kids wanted to wear for the game last night didn’t get the order ready email but they went out and got it ready for us so the kids could have them for the game. Cheers guys made their night. Bloke who served my girlfriend was great also.
