Just completely blown away! This is not just a florist, this is a place of heartfelt kindness during the hardest time in my life ever! Lyn was absolutely amazing, her empathy towards my having just lost my husband at just 39 years of age, well it was truly moving. I had never been here before but Lyn made me feel comfortable and assured me she would work on the best arrangement possible to honour my dearly loved husband. My request was unusual as I wanted a drum kit, something completely brand new to Lyn. However something deep inside me from the minute I walked into the shop assured me she would take up the challenge and do me and my Dave proud. Well WOW she did more than that, I was totally overwhelmed with just how beautifully amazing her creation , her talent and outstanding skills are! The arrangement was more than I could have dreamt of, honestly the most amazing and incredible arrangement I've ever seen. I can't thank Lyn enough! Just beautiful. We would like to say a massive thank you to Lyn at BBL Floral Design who kindly provided the beautiful flowers for our wedding at Nonsuch Mansion on 9th July 2022. We had so many comments from our guests that the flowers were beautiful and we were so happy with the arrangements that had been so lovingly put together. Lyn was wonderful throughout the whole process, meeting us about a year before the wedding to discuss potential colours / themes and then again in the lead up to the wedding to finalise the flowers. She was so knowledgeable about what would work well (and in particular with respect to our specific venue which BBL were very familiar with). BBL were also great at trying to find the perfect balance between extravagance and budget constraints. The team delivered the flowers early on the morning of the wedding as agreed and picked up the vases the day after. We are so appreciative of the wonderful job Lyn and the team did, and the obvious care and attention that went into the entire process. Thank you so much! A great florist with fantastic service. I ordered a Christmas bouquet for same day pick up and was not disappointed. The bouquet was well thought out and had a stunning arrangement. They were willing to work to my price range and pick up was fuss free. Would highly recommend.

I had such a great experience using BBL floral design! I contacted them and spoke to Lyn when planning a last minute change of mind wedding for Saturday 31st October. I shared what I was hoping to have and what I would love for the time of year and Lyn created something beautiful (picture attached). Funeral 12 April 2023 Provided all the various funeral flowers. Every one, from the largest casket spray to the the smaller posies was beautifully presented with gorgeous fresh, vibrant flowers. I popped in several times to ask for their help/advice when choosing and they also helped with relatives ordering by phone. Nothing was too much trouble! Being a local, independent florist, I have used them previously for gifts and they did not let me down this time either. Highly recommend them!

my first order with this florist but it will not be my last .ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter in law for saturday 30th sept ,she adored it .the arrangement was stunning .the colour scheme could not have been more her ,with orange and red roses and gerbera and silver eucalyptus, all beautifully presented i could not be more pleased. thankyou so much, it is so refreshing to find a florist that i know i can rely on.will use again and again and would thoroughly recommend

My new favourite shop in Ewell Village.1st time customer. Popped in this morning and asked if they could do a bouquet that says "wow you're amazing and thank you". A gift for a friend. By 9.30am I had just that. Absolutely gorgeous. Just dropped them to my friend. Her first words 'wow they're amazing". Brilliant, friendly service. Utterly Recommended.

Created the most beautiful bouquet for my husband’s shop opening. I told the lady the colour theme and she even sprayed some foliage for me to make the bouquet pop. I'm very fortunate that this shop is just a couple of minutes from my home and have bought flowers here for my partner on several occasions. On every occasion it has been a pleasure to deal with the lovely ladies who work in the shop. They're so friendly and easy to talk to and always help me out with what I should choose (I'm definitely no expert in anything floral!). Every single time they have provided me with an amazing creation and their flowers are obviously very high in quality as they last for ages after getting them home. I'll never go anywhere else again, and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Amazing flowers and lovely staff. Called quite late on in the day to see if I could have some flowers put together for my partners birthday. Arrived within 20 minutes of the call and had an amazing bouquet to take home, which are still looking great 10 days later! Couldn’t recommend more ☺️
