Andy Low at Topspin Monkeys has inspired all three our children to love sport! Our eldest son, started playing tennis at the mere age of 3 and is currently playing tennis in Britain’s first full time tennis academy. We as family cannot give Andy enough credit for this. If you want to cultivate a love for sport in your child, Topspin Monkeys is the place to go!

Andy is by far the best sports teacher we have encountered! He is firm but engages the children with his enthusiasm and good humour. It is brilliant to see my son develop not only in tennis but general ball skills and sportsmanship. Can't recommend enough!

Andy is amazing! Having heard so much about his courses from other parents who had been taking their children to classes with him for years, we decided to take our 2 y/o to Topspin. Our son is now 3, and tennis is the highlight of his week. I was skeptical that a 2 y/o could do much tennis, but the skills Andy has taught really built over time. Tennis is now our child's favourite activity: I really like that there's an even mix of girls and boys involved, plus Andy's focus on fun and sportsmanship! Andy changes up the activities within a lesson often, and keeps the activities relevant to their world!

My 2 year old started tennis lessons with Andy in September and he loves it. Andy keeps the sessions interesting and fun and we look forward to coming back each week.

Very friendly atmosphere and excellent professional coaching. All skills are taught with care and precision to help the child improve technique. Kids have a great time exercising. Andy has loads of equipment so every lesson is always fresh and fun and he always makes the lessons enjoyable for the children. A very inclusive lesson where no child is left behind with loads of encouragement!

I can’t praise Andy enough. We have tried multiple tennis instructors over the years and he surpasses them all. He has an incredible way of connecting with the kids so they learn while having fun. I really think he’s the best out there. Additionally, my youngest child has Down syndrome and Andy is amazing with her. I have never met anyone who understands her so well and wants to include her and help her learn and succeed.

Andy did a private lesson for my 2 children (7&5) and it was brilliant. They both did tennis with Topspin Monkeys aged 2-4 and I can’t sing Andy’s praises high enough. The equipment is brilliant & constantly evolving. Andy keeps the children focused & they are constantly laughing whilst working on all aspects of their game. Brilliant all round, I just wish I could do it more!

Andy's tennis lessons for the little ones are simply fantastic! He goes above and beyond with his lesson plans and he keeps everyone engaged and busy throughout the class, always supporting and encouraging each child. My son has been taking tennis classes with Andy for 4years now and I am so happy we took the decision in the first place. Andy has a special talent at getting these toddlers (then young kids) passionate about tennis and wanting to come back. He is patient, funny and kind to all these energetic kids and he is a truly a gifted teacher. I owe my son's tennis talent and passion to him!

My Grandson started lessons with Andy when he was 2 years old. He loved it but unfortunately the Friday lessons finished so I had to find another activity. When Theo was 7 I managed to get him a place on Saturday morning at Nescot. He's so pleased to be back with Andy and is progressing nicely. Andy is a very good teacher. Firm but fair and he makes every lesson so interesting that the children love to learn. I am so pleased we found Topspin Monkeys and so is Theo.

My 3 year old has been going to these wonderful weekly classes since she was 2 and she LOVES them! Andy has such high energy and innovation that every single class is so fun and never feels repetitive. Andy also gives his attention to every child throughout the class, and by including them in demonstrations for the other kids to learn the next activity. My toddler's confidence and interest in sports has improved so much, and Andy has really harnessed and improved her hand-eye coordination. Can't recommend these classes enough, you will not be disappointed! She looks forward to them every week!
