This post office needs to find suitable people for the job. Lack of costumer service skills and rudeness is something you will always encounter in this place. Shame. Have not met one person who is pleased with the service this post office provides. Every little thing is an issue and they certainly do not care to help.

Service and helpfulness can vary depending which staff member you get. Not a patch on staff at the old post office who all knew their job. Queued up and was then told the server was not trained to deal with a postal redirection so had to rejoin the queue and wait again. Please train your staff. Staff can be extremely rude and this seems to be natural for them.

I have a large letter pre paid postage sending to Ireland, somehow the woman behind the counter said my postage is invalid and my letter is too heavy even though the limit is 750g and the letter is 746g and need to pay again. End up going to Ewell post office and posted within 30 seconds. Horrible attitude to me too, told me to sort things out and be more responsible. This branch need to sort their staff out and actually hire some properly trained workers. Embarrassing.

Quite poorly run this post office, have struggled with getting a new passport sorted and has never worked as it was a child’s one and they where going to try to make us pay for a new one to be done not sure if they where aware of that. Was told at the one in Reigate though. Also once tried to send an item that was forbidden and the lady behind the counter made a bit of a song and dance about it and was going to show me the list of banned items, I do understand why. Other staff are friendly and somewhat helpful though.

The service that I have experienced at the Epsom post office is undoubtedly amazing. The staff there are so supportive. I am new to this country so I wasn’t aware of the posting system here, but the post office staff were very patient with me, explaining the best methods to send of my parcel, and until now I have never received any kind of issue from my customers about late or unsent parcels. It’s also very convenient that they are open through the pandemic. I’ll be sure to go there again, once I reopen my business.

I often go there to deposit money or send of parcels to my family. Best customer service I have come across. All very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too troubling for them. It was a very comforting environment who understood my issues and explained wrong from right. They have gained a permanent customer! I am full of delight.

I will not be using this Post office again! Very argumentative and a lack of Royal mail knowledge which relates to the services they provide. It was the best Post office in the whole of Epsom at it's previous site (opposite the Ashley Centre).

I use this branch daily (even during the pandemic!) for posting letters and parcels. The service is first class. Everyone of the staff always has a friendly word to say.

The worker tried scanning my Parcelforce returns item a couple of times and told me it wasn't valid.. Had paid for parking and carried the heavy package to the office on a hot sunny day. Tried tattenham corner PO and he successfully processed it after a few attempts - told me very calmly that was very normal and that she should have known to rescan until it worked. Have to say that's pretty unacceptable, don't think she's new to the job either which makes it worse.

Honestly worst post office!! Don’t pay attention or can’t read properly put wrong address on my parcel clearly I wrote correct address but they still don’t pay attention and put wrong digits in there machine when complaining as parcel now lost ! I was told oh it happens sometimes!! What the hell kind of service is this incompetent!!

I use this post office every week and never had a problem there. All the ladies are polite and doing their job well, never experienced trouble with my parcels or how it's handled. The only problem there is that not all the tills lets you to pay for postal boxes and other stuff, so if you want to post parcel and pay for bubble wrap etc you will need to stand in the queue twice at separate tills. Inside could be re-organised as space is very limited and gets crowded easily, but I'm not sure why people comment on rude staff, because they always smile to me, sometimes we have a friendly chat, I always feel welcome there. I think some customers need to be more polite towards the staff. You get what you give, that's what I think.

Awful place. This is the last time I will be using it. The people working there are so rude and arrogant. It defines belief they choice to work in customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.

I was hoping to renew my driving licence but still completely baffled by the lady's response to my query and have no idea why I couldn't get it renewed as described on the post office website. Said there wasn't a covid extension when govt website says there is but also really not that helpful in trying to sort it out either.

Just been served by a very miserable lady absolutely no customer service skills or politeness. Obviously hates her job and the customers.

My wife went here to renew her expired driving licence. The woman behind the counter was extremely unhelpful and hostile at times too! Lack of customer service is a real issue at this branch, I would avoid at all costs to anyone thinking of using their services!

Rudest staff I've ever known. They are simply miserable and rude to almost everybody that visits

Awful service. Visited on 04/03 to pick up a parcel. Myself and the customer in front of me were ignored while stood in the queue. Both tellers, who were free, could see us but we were told to wait until they were ready to serve us. They then had a conversation with a woman, who appeared to be the manager, across the shop. So unprofessional. I started chatting to the woman in front of me and it turned out she was there to try to get a refund for a passport photo taken by them which was rejected by the passport office. They argued with the woman when she was finally served. I hope she eventually gets her money back.
