Been coming here since 2019 I believe, and I’ve always had a great experience. They’ve since changed their waiting area as it used to be at the front. I love going to see Lucy for a scale and polish because she makes you feel comfortable and you get to watch Friends in every room but at the same time the dentist makes me extremely nervous 😅 If you’re looking for an efficient and caring dentist, this is the place to be. They’re flexible, personable, and caring towards their customers.

The best service I can ever remember receiving from anyone. Every appointment was kept; each service offered was fulfilled; all times were kept. A new client was introduced to them just before Christmas, and thanks to them they were able to have a Christmas dinner. From Wendy Howe on Reception, to Jonathan Howe, the Clinical Technician, all was pleasentness and efficiency. I live miles away from them, and these details were arranged over the 'phone, for someone in a care home, without my needing to make a personal visit, either Thanks very, very much indeed for being an example to all.

My father whom has Dementia had an appointment recently and my Mother has the following feedback: My experience from the start was very good. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed.I really like the team here at the Dental House Surgery. The care during the process and after care was fantastic. They look after their patients very well with a smile and are very polite. I found everyone from the receptionist to all staff, Dentist and the hygienist Dr Shamir very friendly and very professional. Speaking about services, the front of house, Wendy is amazing at what she does, very knowledgable and welcoming, passionate about dentistry and kind. Spent about 20 mins speaking to her while collecting my mums forms. She advised that her service charges for her firm are fair and they dont rush their patients like other dentist which is very good.

I was met with a kind and informative greeting, and Shamir the Dentist was so nice it's beyond words.This is a Fantastic! I can’t praise this Dental Practice enough. I first came here in April 2023 and from the second I stepped foot inside I have received excellent care and work on my teeth. Caroline on reception makes you feel so welcome and put me at ease instantly. I saw both Dr Raashi Mehta and Dr Shamir Chandarana for a root canal, fillings, and the replacement of a very old, poorly fitted crown. They both made me feel so at ease in the chair and all my anxiety went away. They also gave me excellent advice on how to continue to care for my teeth. I’m thrilled with the results and I highly recommend this Dental Practice.

I’m new to this practice but joined after taking my grandson there. I’m a very nervous patient having had a very bad experience as a child but everyone, the dentists, nurses and receptionists are really kind, patient and helpful. They have taken time to explain procedures and help come up with a plan which will be best for me - not just the most expensive. I’m actually looking forward to starting my treatment! A first for me!!

First visit to a dentist today in 10 years. Bad tooth ache and was petrified. Was very quickly put at easy and everything was explained to me. Made for a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend. An Amazing place. Being a very nervous patient Hassan was very caring and understanding my fears, has come up with a fairly quick plan to improve my teeth. I also saw Raasi for my first hygienist appointment in a very long time. I really was nervous due to previous bad hygienist experience. Raasi was lovely, gentle, and even numbed my gums before treatment, which helped me so much. She was brilliant. I won’t be hesitating to go to the dentist anymore. Dr Hassan has been amazing from start to finish. I walked in hating my smile and at the end of the process, I walked out loving it. I have dealt with Hassan from the start - he has been amazing. He made me feel so welcome from the start, I had my consultation and instantly knew it was with the 2.5 hour drive each way! The team are lovely, and Hassan is amazing at what he does! I have been a bit of a nightmare, chipping my composite bonds a few times (totally my fault as I’m clumsy!), and wanting to change the shape of one tooth on another visit… This has never been a problem for Has, I would’ve gone mental by now if I were him! Ha ha! Affordable finance deals are available for those who either do not have the cash up front, or don’t want a large sum coming out. Cannot recommend Dental House enough!!!! Thanks so much guys!

My experience at Dental House has been nothing but fantastic. I had 8 teeth composite bonding last year with Hassan and the whole process was smooth start to finish, and the final result was better than I could have asked for. Hassan’s attention to detail and approachability puts him miles above the other dentists I had consultations with at different practices. Had Invisalign done over the past 6 months at Dental House. Hassan was amazing, always on hand when I had a question or needed advice, and couldn't have taken better care of me. Broke my front tooth 10+ years ago and have never been happy with my smile (fake part of tooth was really obvious in photos) Dental house was amazing, outside of being a lovely team they instantly knew the most suitable solution which turned out to be some teeth whitening and a replacement for the fake part. The real value (where other dentists had failed) was the ability to perfectly colour match and artistically sculpt the tooth to how it should naturally look. It's been a couple of months since treatment and I still get compliments on my teeth.

I just wanted to say Thank you so much for giving me the best dental care I have ever experienced. As a very nervous, anxious and long overdue patient. I was literally shaking with fear!!! I received just the best care from you all. I was made to feel at ease right from the get go with the lovely Wendy, who assured me that I would be well looked after. How right she was! All of the staff were incredibly friendly, compassionate and caring. After 9 months of treatment I now have a smile to be proud of, all thanks to the truly amazing Dr Shamir and his team. I cannot recommend Hassan anymore highly! From start to finish, the communication, the service, the advice and attention to detail, was far more than what I expecting. He was always available day / night to answer any questions I had regarding my treatment and even accommodated me at short notice. I can honestly say, that I’m very satisfied with the Invisalign treating and composite bonding I had done, and would recommend anyone to have a chat with Hassan if they are thinking of having any treatment.

I saw Hassan for composite bonding, he answered all of my questions and queries regarding my teeth and did such a good job on my final smile! He listened to the adjustments I wanted and made sure that I was 100% happy before leaving his office. He’s been so approachable and welcoming throughout the whole experience, no just before but also after I’ve had my teeth done. Would recommend him to anyone thinking about having composite bonding!

I can’t thank Hassan enough for all the work and time he put into giving me an amazing smile. I don’t usually write reviews but Hassan has been absolutely phenomenal! He has wholly transformed my smile, and his attention to detail and understanding, accommodating and genuine nature easily makes him one of the best dentists going. He is always available on WhatsApp and willing to go above and beyond. I’m so glad that I came to dental house. It’s a bit of a trek from my home address, but every time I go it has been worth it. Subsequently, I always leave the practice smiling in my car mirror the whole way home and have nothing but glowing praise for him.

Before visiting Dental house this time last year I hadn’t been to the dentist for 15ish years and was really apprehensive. Raashi, the hygeinist and assistant team have taken such good care of me I would recommend them to anyone. From basic dental care through to completing Invisalign with this practice, they have been patient and kind to me. More recently Shamir has supported and the handover of are felt seamless. I have been at the Dental house nearly 2 years and find them all very professional and very caring, they give you very good advice and explain any procedures they do very well, and put your mind at ease. I would recommend this practice to any of my friends and most of the family go there now anyway.

We have come to Dental House for the last couple of years to have mouthguards that fit properly (and therefore work) custom made for our two kids for sport. I can highly recommend them. Jonathan and Wendy are fabulous with the kids, explaining the process to them and getting them interested while making them feel at ease. The service is quick, reliable and excellent value for money. This year they have an amazing new scanner sparing the kids the less than pleasant experience of biting into gunk to make the mold. My son’s mouth guard was eaten by our puppy. Wendy organised a replacement within 24 hours. Amazing!

After having fixed braces as a teenager (~15 years ago) and wearing the night retainers for about 5 years, it was no surprise that my teeth had moved quite a bit (not sure if there was increased movement related to recent pregnancy) - any how I digress, the problem was my bite was bothering me and my teeth were no longer as in line as before. Thanks to Dr Hassan Abbas, the Dental Nurses Alice & Usha and the Dental House team for the warm welcome as well as the positive and professional experience. Dr Hassan Abbas provided teeth straightening through a couple of months of invisalign, fixed wires for top and bottom front teeth and 3 sets of night retainers. I have learnt the importance of continuing to wear the night retainers long term first hand. Being Hassan's wife, as you can imagine I would have high expectations and Hassan delivered. I was clear with what I would like and he was transparent with what we could achieve clinically and aesthetically as long as I stuck to the treatment plan. Really happy with the whole process, my improved smile & bite. Thank you!

I'm so pleased I found Dental House. They are the kindest and most reassuring people I've ever come across at a dental surgery. I had to have four fillings and I was so very nervous, but they soon put me at ease. I'm so happy with my fillings, my deep clean and my gum shield. I've never seen such hi tech equipment either and everything was so clean, absolutely spotless. I thoroughly recommend Dental House to everyone, they really are the best!

I visited Dental House for Root canal treatment and 100 % recommend for the same. Dr .Shamir is an excellent dentist who listens to the patients and take care of them with great attention. He took time to explain me every procedure with regards to the treatment . He makes patient relax and confident before proceeding to the treatment. Also this clinic has the latest equipment with hygiene environment and friendly staff nurses (Alice , Wendy).

All I can say is that I was petrified /nervous and shaking from head to toe, But I can’t tell just how amazing my experience was, having always had a massive Fear of the dentist which has got worst over time, But I can honestly say after 6days of no sleep and chronic pain lasted night was my first nights sleep and I really needed it!!! Very friendly but professional at all times I didn’t feel anything at all it’s unbelievable Just how fantastic they’re great team of people I’m back on the 25th August for the last part of my treatment and I now know I’m going to be fine Many thanks to you all Tracie Martin

As a complete dental phobic, dating back to my childhood, it took a broken crown for me to have to reluctantly pay a visit to this lovely practice. I'm so glad I did! From the very first visit I was made to feel at ease by the wonderful staff & encouraged by things being carried out at a speed I could cope with. I seriously cannot recommend Hassan enough, I went to 9 different dentists for my Invisalign but didn’t feel comfortable, but when I met Hassan I just knew I wanted him to do my teeth 😁 I live in Birmingham, it was a 2 hour commute to every appointment but it didn’t bother me - I knew I was in the best hands. He is a great communicator, puts you at ease and answers questions whenever you have them… I can honestly say I understood every single step. Fantastic practice with brilliant service. I was very scared when my dentist Shamir told me I needed a root canal, but he made me feel at ease and explained the process thoroughly with me. It seems they have the latest technology and high quality equipment so when the time came, he completed it in no time and the whole process went as swift as it could be. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, all the staff are friendly, the practice is impeccable and Shamir is a great and experienced dentist.

Really happy with the work I’ve had done at Dental House including implants and whitening, as well as routine check ups and cleans. They’re very communicative and happy to answer any questions. I always feel comfortable coming here and enjoyed being able to choose what I watched on Netflix during the longer sessions :)

So pleased I found this incredible Dental Practice. They are such a pleasure to deal with and have done an amazing job on my smile. All new crowns and veneers have now been completed after waiting for quite a few years to find the best Practice to use. They are also quite rare in as much as having great Dentists and their own lab combined in one site. Makes for a fast, accurate and high quality service. Can not recommend them highly enough. So happy with the final results.

Really great experience. They could see me same day I called and offered thorough explanation of the process. Treatment fees are fair. Absolutely the Dentist to see if you have anxiety about dentists or treatments. They make you feel confident and comfortable from reception to treatment and after. Really grateful I found them.

Be very careful with the prices you pay, I was misled by staff by offering me a free consultation however upon arrival was charged for. Also stated that I misunderstood her which was not the case. Would have been great if she simply said it was a mistake and my experience wouldn’t be bad. Overall the dentist was good at his job.

I regularly travel for over 1.5 hours each way specifically to attend this clinic to care for my teeth. Both dentists there are absolute life savers and have helped so much in emergency situations. They are so gentle, professional, prompt and super friendly. They soon put you at ease and I've never felt uncomfortable unlike past experiences at other dentists. Highly recommend. 👌🏽

I've had a discoloured front tooth for a number of years, and after having it checked out at another dentist a long while ago and them telling me they don't really know what the issue is, I decided to try Dental House. I was extremely nervous about the outcome and what would need to be done, however Shamir was fantastic in putting my mind at ease. He laid out the treatment plan and was clear all the way through. There was one slight hiccup during part of my treatment where I asked for my metal fillings to be replaced with white ones, causing some pain in one of the teeth, however this was something that couldn't be avoided and Shamir was great in ensuring it was dealt with quickly and effectively. I've spent years conscious of my teeth, not feeling comfortable with the way they looked, but I feel great and can't stop smiling! My disclored dead front tooth has had root canal treatment, and is whiter than ever! Thank you to Dr. Shamir Chandara for everything, to the lovely hygienist, and everyone at Dental House!

I am a dentist myself and I needed some fillings replaced. After doing some research online, I decided to put my faith in Dr Hassan. I was really impressed with his skill and chairside manner and I am extremely pleased with the results. The practice is also very nice. Very modern with all the latest kit.

Amazing practice! Originally discovered them when I had a dental emergency and my usual practice was fully booked. The dental house saw me within 48 hours and solved the problem so quickly! I then signed up my son who has autism to the practice, and I cannot stress how wonderful they were with him, to the point where he's asking when he can next go! Amazing service and a friendly team all round. I'm glad I made the change to here!

I am relatively new to dental house but my experience so far has been very pleasant right from Wendy at the reception, to the appointments with thr hygienist. Wendy has been very warm, welcoming and accommodating when I’ve needed to book appointments on weekends around my work schedule. I have had 2x hygienist appointments with Raj Gill and she has been very helpful with helping me keep on track with getting my teeth back to normal Very informative, patient and thorough during my appointments even giving me one on one demonstrations on how to properly look after my teeth Highly recommend dental house
