sofa
and
arm
chair
in
April.
Asked
about
lead
time
and
was
told
9
weeks
which
i
thought
was
fine.
After
paying
the
deposit
the
receipt
showed
a
lead
time
of
13
weeks.
So
after
16
weeks
of
waiting
i
received
a
phone
call
asking
me
to
book
a
delivery
time
as
my
sofas
were
ready
for
delivery.
I
went
in
to
FV
to
pay
the
remaining
balance,
arranged
for
a
local
charity
shop
to
collect
my
old
sofas.
But
within
2
hours
of
me
having
my
old
sofas
collected
my
phone
rang
and
it
was
FV
claiming
they
could
not
locate
my
sofas
in
their
warehouse,
but
assured
me
they
would
find
them
and
deliver
them
at
the
soonest
possible
time.
2
weeks
later
without
any
furniture
and
70
odd
phone
calls
to
the
store
,customer
service
and
the
delivery
warehouse
they
refunded
my
money
claiming
they
could
not
locate
the
my
sofas.
They
kept
my
deposit
and
offered
me
a
loan
sofa
if
i
was
willing
to
reorder
something
else,
which
rather
than
be
without
any
furniture
i
agreed
to.
After
another
week
the
loan
sofa
arrived.
Then
i
received
a
call
from
FV
asking
me
why
i
had
refused
delivery
of
my
original
order,
i
explained
that
the
original
order
had
been
lost
by
FV
and
nothing
was
delivered
at
all,
he
sounded
perplexed
and
he
asked
are
you
sure
you
have
not
had
your
sofa,
of
course
i
have
not
had
my
sofa
i
replied.
So
at
that
point
i
thought
he
was
going
to
apologise
for
his
companies
incompetence
and
offer
me
some
sort
of
discount
or
compensation
but
no
as
it
turns
out
he
was
from
Furniture
Villages
debt
recovery
department
and
not
customer
services
at
all..
So
in
fact
he
was
chasing
payment
for
something
i
had
not
received.
I
am
now
regretting
ordering
another
sofa
and
dread
trying
to
locate
this
order
come
December
when
it
is
due.
A
completely
incompetent
company
on
all
levels,
lies
upon
lies
from
every
department
and
employee..
