    My Earlier Review Detailed About The Quality Of The Beds And Pillows But I Now Take Back These Compliments. My Day Has Been Ruined And My Disappointment Is Immeasurable. In There Toilets I Foumd A Dead Body And One Of There Staff Sexualy Assaulted 2 Boys (Images Can Be Found Below) I'm Am Leaving A 2 Star Review Due To There Bed Quality IT Would Be 1 Star If There Beds Were Not As Good.

    One star for goods because everything is nice so far but negative star (if I could) for service, support and communication. Worst communication I have ever faced so far. Store manager never came over the phone to talk, other staff don't have clue what to say. Head office don't want to help since I purchased everything from store not online. Hardly replied once to my several email with little information so back to square. I had to call warehouse to arrange my own delivery which was unbelievable. And now immediately after delivery I got 2 to 3 calls for outstanding balance. No compensation for delayed order over 22 weeks. I would NOT recommend furniture village. Save your time, effort and hard earn money. Big thumbs down 👎

    Shame I cant give less than one star. Put a depoist down for a sofa on Saturday. I asked the question, that if I wanted to cancel pre delievery and recieve a full refund then I could. This is advertised on the furniture village website. I called, 2 days later to cancel and to recieve my depoist. The manager Shah and sales person Adnan refused to give my money back and instead passed me on an email address. I will be following up on all levels, this is a disgrace. dont shop here.

    I would give zero stars if I could. My 84 year old mother, who has chronic arthritis, has been sitting on a garden chair for nearly three weeks now thanks to Furniture Village in Staines. They confirmed her delivery date, took her money, then failed to turn up. When she rang them on the delivery day they promised a temporary sofa, but they have failed to deliver this too. They have blamed everything from the supplier to Covid, and never return phone calls when they promise to. This is absolutely appalling customer service; they should be ashamed of themselves.

    Ordered A sofa and arm chair in April. Asked about lead time and was told 9 weeks which i thought was fine. After paying the deposit the receipt showed a lead time of 13 weeks. So after 16 weeks of waiting i received a phone call asking me to book a delivery time as my sofas were ready for delivery. I went in to FV to pay the remaining balance, arranged for a local charity shop to collect my old sofas. But within 2 hours of me having my old sofas collected my phone rang and it was FV claiming they could not locate my sofas in their warehouse, but assured me they would find them and deliver them at the soonest possible time. 2 weeks later without any furniture and 70 odd phone calls to the store ,customer service and the delivery warehouse they refunded my money claiming they could not locate the my sofas. They kept my deposit and offered me a loan sofa if i was willing to reorder something else, which rather than be without any furniture i agreed to. After another week the loan sofa arrived. Then i received a call from FV asking me why i had refused delivery of my original order, i explained that the original order had been lost by FV and nothing was delivered at all, he sounded perplexed and he asked are you sure you have not had your sofa, of course i have not had my sofa i replied. So at that point i thought he was going to apologise for his companies incompetence and offer me some sort of discount or compensation but no as it turns out he was from Furniture Villages debt recovery department and not customer services at all.. So in fact he was chasing payment for something i had not received. I am now regretting ordering another sofa and dread trying to locate this order come December when it is due. A completely incompetent company on all levels, lies upon lies from every department and employee.. Advise you shop else where and read their reviews here, Trust Pilot and on Twitter..

    I was served by Adnan who was extremely helpful and understood what I wanted. We felt the price was better than most places we went to visit. Would highly recommend!

    It was a lovely experience dealing with Raj which was absolutely helpful on helping me on chosing the corner sofa bad. He carefully explained to us the quality of the sofa how it works and help to find the best solution for us . I would definitely deal again with Raj on choosing other furniture. I really appreciate all the effort of him towards us to give us the best service. Thank you

    Raj was friendly and informative, would recommend 👍 he's very helpful ...... edit - 4 months later and still waiting on pillows. They still have the incorrect number even though I have called to change it multiple times. Wouldn't buy again the store makes you feel like it will go smoothly but it doesn't and takes months and communication is rubbish. Also was told my old bed would be removed but they refused and I had to pay someone separately

    Arooj thank you for your help choosing our new sofa bed. It is a dream we love it so much. You explained very well what are the options available and helped tremendously to make the right choice. The purchase was smooth and the delivery as well. Glan was able to pick up our old sofa as well just a day before the new sofa bed arrived. Thank you again, I will spread the word about the excellent and professional costumer service in furniture village from now on!

    Don’t shop here. Been waiting 12 weeks for furniture, I had to chase up and now they tell me it’s going to be another 10 weeks. Thanks for calling me…. NOT. I have been giving no explanation other than sales associate being on holiday 🙄 and no call back from a manager as requested. Not even an apology. Absolutely appalling service wish I didn’t part with my hard earned money with these awful people

My family and I would like to share that his assistance, patience and knowledge of the products were all greatly appreciated!     Worse experience ever I would give zero stars if I could. My husband bought a soffa/ & chair and side board for more then £2k. The sales consultant Abed was lying about delivery time for soffa and chair( you buy soffa in August 2021 but will get it delivered to your home January 2022, funny thing)som my husband went to shop again to speak with some one. The manager was the the one person my husband spoke last time. The side board was clearence product and last time my husbans spoke with the manager for Staines Furniture Village, so the manager promised to my husband that it will deliver to our home after 7-10 days. After 1 month we still did not receive one. When I rang them one day they promised to arrange delivery but they have failed to deliver this time too. I rang 3-4 time more but they would just lie to you.They never return phone calls when they promise to. This is absolutely appalling customer service; they should be ashamed of themselves. Never again. Avoid this shop for any price. Thet don't know how to deal with the customers.

    Taking 1 start off as there is no option of returns. Also online order and instore orders have very different policies which is weird... Still think furniture is awesome... Best experience until now... We wanted sofa bed for our parents and I had spent long time on murphy beds, etc. Finally we met Shah here. What an awesome sales person. He took us straight to best model guided us on everything and today we had smooth delivery.

    I’ve been looking for the perfect length and L shape sofa and Furniture Village had it! They have very good Covid rules in store, all furniture nicely laid out and clean, especially when we went as we were the only people there. Staff were friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions and concerns. I had a great experience. I’m in love with my new sofa and happy that it was all done via speaking to a member of staff in store.

    The employee that helped my family and I was called Gouldi Souni. He was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process and I’m grateful for all the help during it. He’s very knowledgeable of the products within the store and helped us make informed choices. I thank him for giving us a comfortable and well experience, that we were able to find a suitable sofa for our house! Thank you again 😊

    I spoke to Laura in the Staines office today to manage an exchange for some lamps that did not fit my room, the way she manage my call and the help she provided was fantastic and very helpful, absloute star couldn't recommend the customer care of this branch compartive to other branches enough!     We purchased a sofa in January from Staines branch. Raj was fantastic and went beyond the call of duty to help us with swatches etc - It’s just arrived and although theres a slight hiccup - once again Raj has been so helpful and supportive and Furniture village after care team have been great and offered me 3 very good different solutions - all we find very fair and pleasing. Overall can’t fault their customer service one bit and it has instilled confidence in us to be buying from them again - we will definitely go and see Raj again! Great service thank you !

    This is probably the best shopping experience I've ever had buying a piece of furniture that you really need to get right! Our lovely salesman Abed Malikzad was extremely knowledgeable, and guided us to the exact product that was right for us. I normally try to do my research beforehand, but without his expertise I would not have chosen such a great bed! Thank you for all your help today, it was much appreciated and I will be recommending you to everyone.

    I purchased my furniture from the Furniture Village store in Staines. Paul sold me the items and was very helpful & patient as I'd been in & out of the store because I couldn't make my mind up. Finally I ordered and Paul dealt with everything very efficiently. The order was delayed but the sales person Paul was brilliant and kept me informed all the way. He treated me as customer should. I appreciated the personal service. The Furniture is great but it the service that makes the difference. Thanks. I'll be back!

    Excellent professional service My wife and I went in over two days looking for a 3 sofas and met Paul who was very professional and very knowledgeable about all the different brands and styles. His easy going approach was very reassuring and it certainly helped us make our minds up about the type of sofas we needed. An asset to the company and we will be back for our beds next!,We will update the review once we have the sofas delivered. Thanks Paul.. oh yes and he even remembered how we took our coffee 😁

    Think very long and hard before purchasing a sofa from furniture village. They make mistakes and give lousy and pathetic excuses. Truly incompetent bunch. I made a purchase in end of November 2021 and it still hasn't been completely fuflfileld. Fast forward 8 months I still don't know when it will be done. They really are incompetent, they don't keep up updated, return calls. The only nice person from that store is Arooj, who actually was empathetic and understanding. The mangers Ian and Adnan, state they are sorry but never took ownershop of their mistakes. The sofas are nice, but I'd happily have bought worse sofas if it meant getting better customer service who help you when things do mess up. Don't even bother emailing other people from furniture village, they don't even respond. I tried contacting the instagram team, they tried to help but only passed information to the store, but the store never contact so its pointless. 5th August now and still haven't received full order. Managers in store are incompetent and lie. I wish I could give this store less than 1 star. I've never gone through a more stressful time when something that has gone wrong from the companies side. Update: Order was finally settled on 21st September after so many mix ups and awful interractions with customer service teams. 296 days to sort out an issue. Bear in mind when dealing with furniture village, they are useless :)

    I have recently bought a sofa bed from furniture village and the whole experience has been amazing. Raj Sian was our sales advisor who helped us throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. We went to many different furniture shops but he was the best! Also I have to say the furniture village delivery men were so nice, I don’t know their names but they were so friendly and polite.

    Great customer service. Delivery drivers were very polite considerate and caring with getting my new sofa and Chair through my doors. And putting the sofa in the spot I wanted it in. Made sure the furniture was perfect condition with no marks. As the furniture arrived in protective wrapping. To witch all the boxes wrapping was taken away by the drivers. LEE and MEHTAB were lovely polite caring anyone could asked for.
