We go to Urban paws and tails for our guinea pigs. The fidgety fellas require a steady hand and a fair bit of know-how to keep them still: Bethan can do it perfectly without causing any fuss from the fluffs. The pigs are also long haired and Bethan is able to give them a well-needed wash and trim. She has great experience from her own pets and is always helpful with and other pet-related queries. Highly recommend the services.

We took our 12 week old puppy to Urban Paws and Tails for his first puppy groom and were really happy with everything! Beth was so lovely with Rolo and put us at ease straight away. He looked and smelled amazing after his groom and we loved the little touch of a bow tie to finish his handsome look 😍 Rolo is definitely looking forward to going back again soon!

Little Murphy's first grooming was excellent. He's generally nervous and can have some behaviour issues when it comes to strange new experiences, but Bethan tamed him. Once scruffy Murphy, now looks cute as a button. Thanks Bethan!

We took our 7 month old cocker spaniel puppy, Spuddie, for his first groom yesterday. From start to finish the experience was all we could’ve hoped for and more. Even though our puppy is technically too old for a puppy groom, considering he hadn’t had the experience before, Beth was more than happy to oblige. He was gently introduced to all the sounds and feelings, which led to a fantastic groom. Throughout the session, Beth was so informative and offered suggestions which helped immensely (as we had no idea!) the business is located within a really lovely garden centre so there’s lots to do if you choose to wait while your pup get groomed. Could not recommend Urban Paws and Tails enough! Will absolutely be returning and we definitely have a very very happy dog! THANK YOU✨
