Had a lovely little "spur of the moment" boat trip, in a Little Green Boat. We even took the dog! Friendly and helpful staff. I wasn't driving but we had no problems. We meandered along for a while, looking at the swans, before heading back. No issues with time. Will be back.

Really recommend Little Green Boat company at Staines, had a great trip out on the river (bit more sun would of been better!). Friendly staff - gave us lots of advice, boats easy to drive. Bit worried after seeing another review but no issues at all, plenty of time to poodle up to Penton Hook and back, as long as you follow their advice and don't stop on the way. Will be back again. Oh and they do great ice cream at the cafe too.

This is a great company with great staff who work tirelessly hard to keep everyone safe and enable everyone to have a great experience. The boats are fantastic to go out and have fun on the river for the whole family. Mini golf is great fun and we love the new models and great ice cream too. A great day for the whole family 😊

Some good entertainment options, but the boat we rented was a wreck. We spent £90 to rent it for 2 hours and anything over half power or any kind of manoeuvre and the engine would cut out. I complained when I returned it but no one cared. [Update 19/09/21] My original review was just two stars, but after I wrote it, the company got in touch with an extremely pleasant and apologetic email. My family was offered another free ride on a different boat, and despite the weather, we had a much nicer trip on this occasion, and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. I've also been assured that our last boat is awaiting a part to fix the problem. With this better boat 2 hours is probably too long, especially with younger children. It is just about possible to do the full route to both locks in one hour.

I really enjoyed the boat trip and I really think an asset Staines does not exploit. The surroundings are wonderful and a great trip for the family... plenty of swans to feed!

Quick service with a smile. We like the new seating area to enjoy a hot drink or snack. The chocolate chip shortbread are amazing! We had an ice cream the other day which was very tasty and a great sized scoop too! Thanks!

The whole ride was amazing however I have not got my deposit back although I was told this would not be taken from my account at the end of the day. I have no way of contacting the company there is no number for them. It’s a shame as the experience was lovely but turned out very expensive with £45 me not Getting back :-(

Actual cafe is fine but over priced

Great experience with this company both on the boats and with the coffee/food! Staff are friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend - great for family day out or with friends! So glad to have an activity/company like this locally!

We were a bit late they took out deposit. The 1h trip end up being £48 +£85 as we were in two boats the almost £270 for a 1h and 20 minutes!! It eas an amazing experience that end up being a nightmare experience. We are not rich and £85 quid is just a day of work thay they decided to take away. If there was a warning or some of the stuff have told us. The probably we would enjoy less and be more pending of the time. The trip was amazing and for that reason we lost the time we came back 22 minutes late. Cool to pay extra for the mistake. But not 85 quid. ******Shame on them for that is like it was designed to get your money. *******

What a delightful experience with the little green boat company. Professional and friendly staff, offering great services to the community. Will and his team are a great asset to the park, we are very lucky to have this lovely company local for boat rides Tea and coffee.

Had a fantastic time. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable and patient with my questions. ( never used boats before ) and to top all they make great coffee

The jewel of Lammas Park! An epicentre of activity...a pagoda-covered seating area for got and cold drinks, snack food, with river boats to hire and mini-golf to play. Awesome

Very nice. Very clean. Very reasonable. Nice selection of coffees and food.

Sadly I slipped and fell really badly hitting my head on the boat ramp which was very slimy, when u tried to wash off my grandson's tar from his foot. Staff were really kind and supportive, showing great concern.

Inside a cute park, with a playground for children, and fitness equipment for adults. On the bank of the river, there is a very small cafe, equipped with a cappuccino machine. There is even soy milk for vegans. The coffee is very tasty, a real pleasant surprise. Picnic tables with benches all around. So there were still no pastries.

Nice little hut with a selection of hot and cold foods available

Took a large boat out for fathers' day. Really nice way to spend an hour on the Thames.

Only issue is they don't supply for people with allergies but the staff are very friendly
