Amazing massage and some good tips to help my neck pain. Sam was really knowledgeable and friendly. Possibly the best deep tissue massage I have ever had, and I actually left feeling very relaxed and was even standing up noticeably straighter afterwards! The best in Liverpool, don't go anywhere else for a proper massage!

I had a very professional consultation with Sam Cope and was truly pleased with the service I received. Sam was very understanding and knowledgeable; the exercises and tips given have helped prevent injuries from arising since. I couldn't recommend Sam enough and will definitely be returning!

Great service, professional effective and I've noticed a big change

I cancelled an appointment by phone with around a weeks notice just before the first lockdown. This company have since bothered me by email stating I am lying I didn’t cancel and I owe them money. They demand I provide evidence that I cancelled because their system says I didn’t. I’ll have to waste my time jumping through hoops with my old phone provider now if I want them to stop harassing me for fifty pounds. They have never once picked up the phone and called me to speak to me. Their accounts dept just send random emails demanding money. Nobody ever called me on the day to ask where I was which is suspicious. This company clearly put profit before patients. The receptionist is also rude and the building is tired. Avoid

I had 3 appointments with Bryn which have been really helpful and effective. Would highly recommend and I will be going back if I have anymore problems.
