    started yoga late last year ... really enjoy yinyan's inclusive approach ... whatever level you are at ... all welcome ... also in these recent times the classes are a great social connection ... mark

    Over the past two years I have found Yin Yan Yoga to be perfect for post work relaxation whilst gaining flexibility and mobility. The instructors are all really friendly and keen to look after you and modify the poses for everyones level. Since the lockdown they have been running a series of wide ranging online classes covering everything from mediation through to Pilates. These have been really helpful in keeping me focussed and looking after my well being. Thank you Robin and team!

    YinYan’s classes are great- there are lots to choose from (especially with being online at the moment too for lockdown) and they are all very welcoming. I’ve really enjoyed going to Robin, Emma and Sion’s classes since moving to Liverpool just over a year ago. Highly recommend!

    Brilliant - fantastic, friendly teachers all dedicated to helping everyone be healthier and happier! :-) Love the mix of yoga, pilates, t'ai chi and meditation - great for beginners and people with injuries, aches and pains, as well as those with more experience... There's a real focus on working within your own limits, no pressure - so you can get the most out of each practise to improve strength and flexibility safely, and with a smile! They're keeping me going through the Covid-19 lockdown - thank you!

    Yin Yan Yoga is perfect whether you're a complete beginner, looking to check out your first class, or a yoga devotee. I personally really appreciate the emphasis across all of the classes on looking after your spine and encouraging core strength - perfect if you've ever struggled with neck or back pain. You'll find plenty of Yin Yan classes in Liverpool city centre & the surrounding areas & they're perfectly timed to fit in around work hours. Look out for their new workshops, too!

    The Yin yan retreats have been wonderful - relaxing, fun and friendly - I’ve had an amazing time - home cooked food lovingly prepared - activities and the organisation is excellent - the site is beautiful and great value for money - yin yan retreats are really welcoming and look after you whether you go alone or in a group and the yoga sessions are suitable for beginners and for those more bendy 😊 I wholeheartedly recommend this - it has never disappointed 💕 🌈 🏕 🛖

    I attended the YinYan May Bank Holiday Retreat. The camp is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by woods and encircled by a river. I had a fantastic time, connecting with yoga and nature, taking part in fun activties. Vegan food was delicious and nourishing. It was great to meet such a lovely group of like minded individuals. Robin, Carter, Head of Well-being and the rest of the team created a playful, peaceful, accepting atmosphere. I will cherish the magical memories and cannot wait to go again.

    What a perfect weekend of yoga, mindfulness, nature, music and campfires! This retreat took place in the most beautiful setting, nestled next to a river you can dip in, the food was yummy and nourishing and the people were welcoming, like-minded and a really good giggle!! In today’s fast-paced world this was the perfect opportunity to rest, relax and reset! Thanks to Robin, the team of helpers and special love for Carter, Head of Well-being who brought us all together!

    What a fantastic time we had at the YinYan yoga and dance retreat. Wild swimming, yoga, art and learning the ukelele too. All set on a beautiful site just outside Kendal it was relaxing and so well organised. Lovely Vegan food and such good company. Had Such a laugh singing and chatting round the camp fire drinking wine 😀 Feeling fully recharged and can't wait to go back!
