Myself and my fiance had a great time at VR Here last week. I booked half an hour solo playing each but easily could have spent hours playing! It's so immersive and the technology is amazing! The staff were brilliant too. Having never done anything like this before it was great to have someone there on hand to help and guide us through. We did additional bits on the day including the cinematic experience, bike and car. When we're in Liverpool again we'll definitely be going back.

Fantastic! Booked for daughters birthday. Went on the Friday night 6-7pm. The lady who looked after us - Laura - was brilliant! Took lots of time to explain everything to my daughter and show her different games. Instructions were perfect! Very knowledgeable! So many different facilities but my daughter wanted to try the headsets first in the normal VR area (apparently there’s PODS and a roller coaster simulator too!) My daughter absolutely loved Laura and the place and wanted to go back! So we went again on the Sunday. Again Laura was fantastic with my daughter and showed her other games to try and helped her when she was inside the game too when she couldn’t find things. She’s an absolute asset to the company and a big part of the reason we returned! Whatever she’s being paid - she deserves double!! Will be back in a few weeks once back from holiday and would definitely make this a regular thing. My 8 year old loved Laura & loved VR-Here. Can’t wait to have a go at the other facilities too! Booked 6 lads in for a super birthday treat. Staff are amazing! Great to support a passionate independent business whose enthusiasm shines through. First impressions are it's no frills but their equipment is top notch, well maintained and upgraded. Price over time is best value anyway. We'll be back!

My child had an absolute ball here!! Laura, Alex and Kier all made the event superb! Perfect with the children offering help at the right times and so accommodating! Definitely recommend these guys! Thank you again guys. 👍

This was my first experience of VR and I enjoyed it vastly. As did my 10-year old boy. He loves his video games but was blown away by the experience. The staff were super nice and helpful as well as patient and I would definitely like to do this again.

This place is amazing. Alex (I think) was so patient, he sat and went through everything with my middle lad, who couldn't make up his mind which games to play. I booked an hour for my 3 boys and it was the perfect amount of time - they all came away happy and wanting me to book it again straight away!

We did the 1 hour VR experience which felt like a good amount of time. It was really good fun, the staff were great; Laura helped us get accustomed with the VR setup and also gave us a bunch of recommendations on what games were the best and how we could play them in multiplayer or co-op. The VR “rooms” are just small partitions with curtain dividers but they were a good size and had no issues bumping into anything. The best games were the zombie horde defence and cooking one which we played in co-op mode. Pistol whip is also great fun, but I found it quite disorienting. They also have lots of other simulators, and some racing rigs at the back but we didn’t have time for it. Overall a really fun experience and would highly recommend it.

Great games and good experience for a non gamer. Good loyalty program too however a bit expensive for an hour considering the demographic is probably largely young boys

Arranged a stag party here and everyone absolutely loved it. Some of the guys hadn’t done VR before and got into it pretty quick. Had the placed booked out for 2 hours and there was so much choice keeping everyone well entertained. On top of that, the staff were really friendly and helpful so this place is highly recommended for VR veterans or newbie’s.

We came here through the Buckt activities and although this isn’t something I’d usually book I was pleasantly surprised. The outside doesn’t look the most appealing as it just looks like a lot/garage but when inside you would be surprised. The staff were lovely and friendly and on hand to help and guide us. Instructions were explained throughly and there are lots of games to play on the VR. Great place to take kids. We had 30mins there but I think that’s enough.

We went to VR Here today with our family and everyone had a great time. From the younger children to the teenagers to the parents, everyone enjoyed themselves. There are a great variety of games to play in the VR booths that will suit everyone. The staff were really lovely and explained things clearly and were very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something fun and a bit different to do. We will definitely be going back soon!

Really deserves 6 stars!! Excellent experience booked 3 hours for me and my daughter and would of happily stayed for longer as there’s a wide variety of games and other simulators to try! The staff were amazing! Alex and joe are worth there weight and more in gold, very attentive, eager to help with any questions and all round nice guys! Can’t wait to book again! 👍

Our first VR experience and it was great. My wife and I were looking for a fun activity to do and stumbled across VR-HERE online. Laura couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Great selection of single and multiplayer games available, plus other experiences. We also tried the rollercoaster simulation which was good fun too. Would highly recommend

Had an absolute hoot of a time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. First time ever doing vr gaming and I couldn't have had a better time. Only downside is I wish I didn't live so far from Liverpool! Will be going again next time I'm in town!

Just got from spending time at VR-HERE and really enjoyed it. I took my 15yr old boy and he loved it. For me it's all about the customer service and Laura was excellent, such a pleasant lady and super helpful. I'd highly recommend this place even if you're not a gamer (like me)

Amazing experience, kids loved it. Fair prices, easy to park, staff are friendly and very attentive and all in all an easy 5 star service as not one thing could be faulted! Great set up!!

Great experience for the kids, loved their time in their own personal rooms. Really good being able to see what they were doing on screens too. They absolutely loved the rollercoaster ride, we'll definitely be back!! Staff were really friendly, and great with the kids too.

Absolutely fantastic place! Staff are super helpful, games are crazy fun and there is so much to do! Honestly could not recommend this place enough! Brought my mum who sometimes struggles with mobility and Kier set up her games so she could sit down while she played! A must visit for everyone!

Tried virtual reality taster session for the first time. The staff were incredible. Talked us through each game with full instructions and suggestions. They were extremely helpful and understanding of novices. Great value for money too. Would recommend it for any age group.

Had such a great time here. My partner and I came here for an hour and we both had a great time. We played all kinds of games and multiplayer. The staff were so friendly and kind. They were very patient with me aswell as I had never done it before so it took a bit of getting used to. 5* great place 👌

Visited here whilst on a trip to Liverpool. I went with my boyfriend, and we booked an hour's session. There were so many games and experiences to choose from, including loads of multiplayer options so we could play together. Everyone gets their own 'room' so they have space to move around safely, but you can easily talk to your friend/s/family with the speaker on the controller. We played an elven warrior game wherein we shot arrows at various foes in different locations, which we loved, a rhythm game, a zombie shooter and spiderman. After our session, we also had a go on a 'tron' style racing bike, which was a lot of fun! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always on hand, keeping an eye on you and able to give you advice and help you out if you needed. The whole thing was run very smoothly, so we got the most out of our time. We loved it and hope we can visit again in the future. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant time at VR here played so many different games and felt so immersed in the games. Went on the Liverpool roller coaster and the Tron bike too. We loved every minute any gamer or non gamer needs to experience it. Staff were so great and helpful when you needed it. Fantastic place and a must do. Sandra 👍

The people there are the nicest you can find, I've been around 6 or 7 times and they are extremely helpful and make the experience easy and fun to enjoy. There are a load of games to play as well, so I never get bored. Would 100% recommend to anyone, any age, its a must have experience!

Came in last minute today with my young son. Really welcoming and the manager looked after us really well for our hour slot. You could tell she was passionate about VR. My son and I didn't want to leave! Thank you for a great hour.

Had my sons 12th Birthday party here, everyone had an amazing time. Fun alternative for a birthday party. All the staff super friendly and helpful to all the kids, not one thing they could improve on. Great venue, great staff, great time had by all.

Cracking little place with lots of VR tech and things to do. Really fun VR pods and VR rooms. Good multiplayer experience in the VR rooms too. Could run in to a very expensive day if you took more than one child. But what isn't today. Great fun and will be back.

Great spot! We arrived in Liverpool for a football match and called up early as a walk in. Matt was very obliging and took us in straight away (out of the rain). My son plays VR a lot and loved the range of games and said the handset tracking was very good. We will be back next time we come back to Liverpool, highly recommended 👍⚽️

Can't recommend this place enough! We paid £25 for my son who is nearly 16 and loves VR for a 60minute experience which you think won't be enough time but is actually more than enough. Then paid £10 for an extra 15 minutes which worked out 3, 5 minute add on experiences using the pods and bike. If your a parent going with a child you can sit at a table and watch what they can see on a screen. Laura knows her stuff and couldn't of been more helpful! We will definitely be returning. Awesome first time experience. Different great solo and multiplayer games and lovely and extremely friendly staff. Highly commendable and will definitely come back for more fun with my friends when I come back to Liverpool.
