Very easy to order and the plants came very well packed. Lots of helpful information on their website and with the plant labelling when it arrived. Would definitely recommend. I added both plants to my pond straight away and they already look at home. Will definitely be ordering more plants from here. I regularly buy from these guys for work to use in photosynthesis experiments. Plants always arrive in great condition and quickly after ordering which is very helpful. We have a pond renovation project on the go too so we will be placing a much larger order than usual soon.

I ordered a number of pond lilies from Lincolnshire pond plants for my mother in law, they arrived very promptly and very well wrapped and cared for. Built our first pond during the first lockdown last year and had a recommendation for Lincolnshire Pond Plants from a friend. Everything arrived well packaged and really quickly. This year decided to expand the pond and ordered more plants, the plants are really good value with lots of choice, they also arrived very quickly and in great condition. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be ordering more.

Well Lincolnshire (disappearing) Pond Plants, at least my plants weren't dead like your other reviews. Oh, that's because they were non existent!! I appreciate the cost of my order was only around £5, so I can only assume that's why you couldn't be bothered to find out where they were and told me it's up to me to find out? Despite the fact I had tracked the package and the information provided through tracking was wrong, therefore the delivery service YOU chose was wrong. I bought a product from you, it never arrived. That's solely your responsibility. Not mine. Very poor

Small wild life pond up and running, the plants purchased from Lincolnshire Pond Plants were quickly delivered, well packaged and in good condition. I have been in touch with them with a few questions and they have given me very good advice. Just got to wait for everything to grow now. Would highly recommend Lincolnshire Pond Plants

I will admit then when the plants I ordered arrived I was dubious as to whether they would actually survive. But after just a few weeks of being in our little pond they are thriving. Even the resident frogs are enjoying the shelter and shade they give. Don't be put off by how they look when they arrive. We are really happy with how they have grown.

I've purchased two times aquatic plants for my aquarium (Elodea Densa & Java Fern) through Amazon from Lincolnshire Pond Plants Ltd. and both times the delivery has been very fast and the plants look great and healthy. My two goldfish love the Elodea Densa and make the aquarium beautiful and colorful. I will carry on buying from them as prices and quality are of high standards.

Ordered some Christmas java moss for my new aquarium. It came very well packaged. After a quick wash, I put it in the tank where it seems to be doing great. Fantastic service from a smaller vendor after the mighty Amazon messed up the rest of my order. Happy to leave them a glowing review and recommend them to anyone looking for some aquatic plants.

Despite my previous successful purchases from this company, the situation has changed drastically. They switch their delivery services, and as a result , I never got the package containing my plants. Neighter resending the plants nor refunding the money was an option they were willing to consider. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES, AS IT APPEARS THEY SHOW LITTLE CONCERN OVER WHETHER OR NOT THE CLIENT ACCTUALLY RECEIVES THEIR PACKAGE.

Brought some plants the 2 big ones in the back! There amazing came fresh and my snails have attached themselves immediately to them! Very impressed and will be buying again! Hopefully I win the £100 to get some other great plants from this great business!! Cheers guys appreciate the hardwork that goes into keeping these live plants strong and fresh through postage!

I ordered the patio pond kit for £59.99 plus delivery charge from their website, then I found out you can get the same item from their Amazon site for £49.99 including delivery. This is a 20% increase in cost. Did ask the company why there is an £10.00 increase in cost for the same item and was told it’s just down to preference. This seems so wrong as to how they can charge £10.00 more for the same item. Have asked them if they would be willing to refund the extra £10.00… let’s wait and see what they come back with. Does make me wonder how many of their other items have over inflated costs on their website.

The premises are a bit hard to find, but they mainly do online sales, but saying that the plants are very healthy and the prices are very competitive. Just spent a small fortune and got a good array for the money! The staff are really helpful and friendly, giving advice on what/ how to grow certain plants, handy as we're new to the world of ponds. Catalogue and price lists available too so future shopping will be done online.

Having recently moved to a new home with numerous frogs all over the garden but no pond, I decided to create a simple wildlife pond for them. I ordered the plants from Lincolnshire Pond Plants and as soon as the pond was dug and filled, the plants went in, but so were 8 frogs! They love the pond and the plants are thriving. I am currently designing a new area in the garden and will be hoping to get loads of marginals to make a boggy area.

Ordered two small pond plants from you for our new garden pond via amazon and they arrived in good condition in a couple of days. Did not recieve the '20 stems' I ordered, and what stems did arrive had largely melted and were rotting. As a positive they arrived quickly from ordering...meaning they were likely in a bad state before transport. Photo shows my '20' stems after placing them in a tub of water and removing individually to check. Emailed to show state of order, had no response.

The plants I ordered for my new pond arrived a few days ago - and are all now planted. They were carefully packaged, arrived quickly, and are all healthy and strong.
