Eileen and the clinic really do offer a fantastic service. Her professionalism, care, compassion, extensive knowledge and general can do attitude blew me away. I cannot recommend Solihull Health Check Clinic highly enough, absolutely first class service at a rate that is incredibly competitive - if I could give more than 5 stars I would, no doubt.

She explained, in terms I could understand, why I was experiencing the problems I have and offered very good and sound advice, which I thankfully took. I recently had a well man medical test at the Solihull Health Clinic and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about going. The check-up was thorough and provided me with valuable insights into my overall health. I saw Eileen and she is great. Very knowledgeable and attentive and she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. After the tests came back from the lab, I received a follow up phone call from Eileen to discuss my results she made everything easy to understand. You also get access to all the tests for your own personal records which is great. Overall, I would highly recommend the service to everyone. It will be a valuable experience. It helped me gain a better understanding of where I am with my health and Eileen provided me with actionable steps to improve. The service and support was exceptional.

What can I say that others haven't already said. Elieen is an absolute gem and a wonderful human being. I went to see her for the Well Man Medical Check up and she provides a totally professional service, with a personality, charm and openness that is utterly engaging. Her broad knowledge and relaxed approach, the after appointment follow up and detailed report, mean I can only add to the chorus of praise and 5 star plus rating.

I came in yesterday for a Medical check and I have never felt so welcome and comfortable. I want to say a huge thank you to Eileen. She was fantastic, I am awful when it comes to needles and medical checks but she made me so at ease. My Nan came with me and even she was so happy with the service we got from Eileen. So lovely and chatty which was amazing. I want to say thank you to the receptionist too, I can;t remember her name but she was so helpful through email before my appointment and when I arrived. So today was my first time at Solihull health clinic and I can honestly say I have never felt so welcomed and made to feel so comfortable. From the second my booking was made over the phone to the moment I walked in with a warm welcome from angela. To then having a chat with the lovely owner of the clinic Eileen and ending my experience with Kate who looked after me, each and every second was amazing. Considering I came in feeling so anxious I left feeling like a whole different person mentally after my appointment with Kate and I couldn’t be any more grateful. The appointment was worth every penny spent and I am very happy to say I would pay to go back again for any other future appointments! .. my brother was also looked after by Eileen whilst I was having my procedure carried out and he couldn’t have been any happier and appreciative. Only simple way to explain how they make you feel is like you’re in a secure safe family unit and that’s so lovely as you don’t get that very often. Visited the Solihull health check clinic today, I think this is my fourth visit in total. I must say I’m impressed with the service that was given to me each time I’ve been, especially Eileen. She lovely and very gracious and actually listens to my concerns about my health. Couldn’t be more grateful for the help she’s given me for my menopause issues and getting the right treatment from my doctors. Eileen gets things done, and I’m pleased that she takes no nonsense where my health and treatment is concerned. A warm friendly environment greeted by a lovely lady who made me feel at ease. The overall appointment wasn’t rushed, calm and very detailed. Eileen is a very informative professional lady who also made me feel like a friend who covered all aspects of my general health and worries. My questions were answered followed by recommendations to maintain my general health. I am keen for my results and even if no further investigations are required I shall be going for a well woman check every year to prevent or detect signs of ill health. My husband and two daughters will be having an extra gift for Christmas this year to see Eileen. Thankyou

This is an amazing clinic. Easy book in process. Eileen makes you feel at ease and such a beautiful person. I was having a bad day and she truly made me feel better. I didn't even feel my bloods get taken. The place is immaculate and smells amazing too. The only place I would go. Not surprised with this clinic has 5 star reviews, Eileen and her team have been absolutely superb and incredible. Not only has Eileen taken excellent care of my brother-in-law's health, but she is also a pleasure to speak with during every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such a personal touch and genuine care for a patient with outstanding medical expertise. Our local doctor always rushes through appointments, lacks empathy, and is reluctant to make referrals for necessary treatments. Eileen was able to identify hidden health issues, provide accurate treatment, and make referrals for an MRI scan. Thanks to Eileen and her team, my brother-in-law is now on the path to a full recovery. We are incredibly grateful for their exceptional care.
