Pretty much does what it says on the tin. Cheap & cheerful, friendly staff, reasonably cheap & most importantly, decent haircuts. Been going there that long I'm on my second loyalty card.

As somebody who usually sticks to one barber, I decided to give Excellent Cut Barbers in Shirley a try as I have recently moved in to the area. One of the main reasons I opted for this place was due to the good reviews online. Be rest assured this is a 10/10 Barbers, the reviews are 100% accurate. From the moment I stepped, I was greeted with politeness, absolute minimum waiting times, within a minute there was somebody to start cutting my hair. The barber who took well care of my Hair was Ali, so a huge shout out to him for a professional job. His attention to detail was superb, he met all my requirements and did so with such care. During my haircut, one of the members of staff offered me a variety of beverages and I opted for the water, at the end of my haircut Ali went and replace the bottle of water with a fresh cold water. The customer service was just fantastic, you guys have gained a new customer and I will be recommending this place too all my friends, family close by Thank you once again !

My first visit here and I've never felt so welcome in a Barber Shop. I was offered a coffee whilst I was waiting and the owner Hemin and Harim both were so welcoming and friendly and looked after me. Harim gave me the best skin fade ever and I felt and looked a million dollars after. I highly recommend Excellent Cut and I will definitely be back again. Dave

My 3 year old son wasn’t very pliant for a hair cut. Rather than try to help and make him happier, they just made me feel bad for bringing him. They did a very very bad haircut just on the edge. It looked really horrible and took 2 mins. They charged me “only £10”. It was some months ago now but I still think about this and get annoyed by the service and bad value for money.

Peshawa did an amazing job with my hair/beard and made complimentary coffee, which was top class. Haimn the boss is a very friendly guy, easy to talk to and an overall relaxed environment. The rest of the boys are very professional and strike up a conversation with a smiling face all the time. Highly recommended, great value and you feel like they're family :)

Highly recommended. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and highly skilled. Harem made suggestions for my cut and made sure I was happy with what he was doing. I appreciated the gown collar which stops cut hair gathering around the neck. Lots of time and care given to my haircut. I will be back.
