Communication was outstanding, the 2 Dave's ( Big Dave and Little Dave) they revamped my pond they were both fantastic nothing was too much trouble they both went above and beyond to deliver a revamped pond, new water feature along with a complete new filter system to a very high standard. Total cost was also very reasonable, the quality of work was of a very high standard. Our completed pond exceeded all our expectations. Jason and Andy created a marvellous design and executed it magnificently. They worked hard, carefully protecting precious garden plants around the pond. We were consulted on details of the design as the project progressed. Extra materials required for revisions to the original plan were procured swiftly. All waste was removed and the garden was left tidy, with jet-washed hard surfaces. We thoroughly recommend this company for pond creation at a reasonable price.

Well pleased with this long-standing family business. They have rejuvenated our old scruffy pond a treat and at a very reasonable price. Nice people to deal with and, best of all, they do the job properly.

I recently purchased a property with a large pond where the previous owners kept Koi, I called the team from Perfect Pond & Koi come to come deep clean my pond and refit a pump, filter and fountain for me (previous owner had taken them). From start to finish they have been excellent and the fitter took great pride in his work. I'm left with a crystal clear pond and happy fish. Thanks for all your help.

First impressions the shop was very clean and inviting, the fish were well looked after and the staff are very friendly, helpful and very patient we will definitely call again we are so pleased with our fish and the advice that we were given, thank you again. This is my second review and the service gets even better, I had to call Perfect Ponds to arrange a visit to check the health of our fish. Sam was on time and I explained the problem that our existing fish were not eating as usual, Sam checked the water and examined 3 fish he could not find any parasites and advised the existing fish were probably stressed by the new fish which we bought ,he advised us every step of the way what he was doing and now the fish are back to normal, thank you for all your time and knowledge, will call again to buy more fish,thank you for your excellent service .

Dave and his lads have just completed the construction of a new pond and waterfall for us and also successfully incorporated an existing water feature. The design and build was first class and is way beyond our expectations. The lads were polite and helpful and discussed everything as the job progressed and left the site clean and tidy. A great job and much appreciated.

Prices good easy to find very helpful so can't wait till the end of June when they come out to do my pond 😁

Came across Perfect Ponds when visiting Earlswood Garden centre. Paul came out the following week as arranged to quote for a new pond build. It was clear from that initial contact that this company listened & advised appropriately & were the people to realise our vision & dream of our new koi pond. Work commenced early August. Steve & Andy did the bulk of the construction work, assisted at times by Craig & Jason. Dave did the technical work around the filtration system etc. Each & everyone who came on site was a credit to this company. They worked extremely hard, were polite & courteous, always ensuring that everywhere was left tidy. They took great care of our koi, housing them in a temporary pond. Communication at all times for start to finish was timely and appropriate. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for our Perfect Pond, Vicky & Steve.

Fantastic place. Guy who runs it is knowledgeable. He will spend time to explain your options and what may be right for you. My go to pond, fish, supplies place. Much better than shirley aquatics.

Paul worked hard and made a lovely job of the pond. He was very careful with my one geriatric koi. Pond looks so nice that I am spending far too much time looking at it!
