I had an amazing experience at the spa & store! My friend and I got the comforter treatment, and Becca & Aìnoha were absolutely amazing!!! I wished I lived in the UK so I could go every day and get a lovely treatment! Everyone was so sweet.

The treatment received was Amazing. From the moment we got there we were looked after, with drinks of water and Tea After completing a brief questionnaire, Becca went through the products used, and let us choose specific ingredients used. The treatment was lengthy, was very relaxing and didn't feel rushed at all. The facilities were very smart, comfortable, and modern. Would definitely reccomend

The most amazing experience I've ever had. From the minute I arrived until the end the attention to detail was fantastic. I was made to feel very welcome from everyone. This was a gift from my daughter for Christmas which was a fantastic idea. I had a fabulous back massage from Emily who just knew exactly where my aches where. During the massage sea shanty music was playing and made me so relaxed and the smell of the fizz bomb was amazing too. I really enjoyed my tea and shortbread in the kitchen after which was greatly appreciated too. After I was given a goodie bag of goodies to take with me which I love. I returned to the store the next day and they remembered me and asked how I felt after my treatment. I spent loads of money on lots of fabulous products too. I hope to return again very soon.

Had an amazing treatment at Lush Spa today. My therapist was Amy and she was very knowledgeable. My treatment was called Tangled Hair. Don’t be deceived, it was an upper body and head massage, with pressure points and stretching to release tension. Lasted 25 minutes in total. The spa is upstairs in Lush and I’m now sitting in the lounge relaxing before I go home. Highly recommend, you can purchase on line or in store and booking is easy

My Good Hour treatment was gifted to me by my mum and it was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Payment using the gift card was easy, the staff were friendly but professional and the decor of the spa itself was calming. The spa therapist (Hannah) conducted a thorough consultation before hand to check for health conditions and any problem areas I wanted targeting during the massage. The music played during the treatment was pleasant and complemented the theme of the massage well. If I could give my experience higher than 5 stars I most certainly would. Thank you to the incredible team at Lush Birmingham for my fabulous experience 💗

After previously visiting Lush Spa for ‘The Good Hour’, I just had to return for another treatment. This time I had ‘The Comforter?’ and thoroughly enjoyed it thanks to my therapist Sandra. Besides the treatment itself, every aspect of your Lush spa visit is thought out, from your name written at the entrance, to the beautiful floral arrangements, products to try in the bathroom, the pre-treatment consultation, the soundtrack throughout the treatment, the post-treatment treat! Not a soul on the Earth would think a Lush spa visit is not money well spent. I absolutely recommend visiting, even for a free tour. The only thing I wished from it all is a little goodie bag to take away with some products, perhaps samples of the products used during the treatment. However, I thoroughly look forward to visiting again. The smell of the products used has radiated from me all day making it feel like the magic has continued all day too, as well as resulting in me receiving compliments about how good I smell! Many thanks to all staff involved, especially Sandra who took care of me throughout.

Absolutely recommend the tailor made experience. It was something different and we really enjoyed. From the beginning we were made very welcomed, our therapist Camilla and Becca went over and above to make us feel amazing. We could pick the massage bar we wanted and the bath bomb in the pot and then under the bed creating 'fog' was very interesting. We loved the atmosphere in the room, how cosy and comfortable the bed was and lovely cup of tea and biscuits after :) 100% coming back :)

I visited d the store today with my two sons. My eldest is deafblind and uses a wheelchair. The staff were amazing with him, so friendly and bubbly, they gave him an amazing sensory experience with bath bomb and jelly soap and he even received a gift with a lovely message and a random act of kindness card. I was almost in tears after a really difficult week that we've had. We will definitely pay forward the act of kindness card hopefully make someone else as happy as we were today ❤️💕💞 xx

I finally visited the Lush Spa having been given a gift voucher before the pandemic! I opted for “The good hour” treatment and Becca was absolutely amazing! Easy to book in for my treatment, Lush really go the extra step to make everything about you! As a busy Mum of four, it was so good to have some ‘me’ time. Highly recommended and look forward to booking in again!

The amazing team at LUSH Spa Birmingham hosted my mini hen party this last weekend. From booking the party, to being greeted at the store, throughout our stay and leaving through the shop afterwards, every single member of staff was absolutely awesome. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a long time, and cannot recommend this place enough! If you’ve got a special occasion I would highly recommend a spa party, the team made us feel so welcome, we got to try and some beautiful products, and loved all the little small details and goodies we got along with this :) I had a massage with Lydia and she was ace too. Haven’t been so relaxed in such a long time. The only bad part was when it was over!! It’s so nice in there we could have spent all weekend there :) Thank you so much to the team for a wonderful party, I’ll definitely be back for another massage!

I had a lovely experience here, getting the Tailor Made massage by the wonderful Sandra. From start to finish you feel as though you are being listened to, and aren't rushed at all. This was my second treatment at Lush Spa and I will definitely be back for more! Love all of the products, and the friendly staff :)

Had a fantastic 'Good hour' treatment at the spa with Amy and Lindsey. All the staff were warm and welcoming, whole thing was relaxed and unhurried. Lots of discussion beforehand regarding our preferences, product choices etc Treatment room was really lovely, full body massage was amazing. Came away feeling super chilled and pampered. #TheGoodHour massage. Received as a gift. Had an amazing experience from start to end. Greeted well as soon as we walked into the shop and was well looked after by hosts Emily & Sandra. They were gentle and attentive with their approach before to help make it the best experience. A great relaxing massage that left my body feeling rejuvenated. Post massage was still accommodating with refreshments and a calming space to relax before leaving the spa. Thank you for your time, would recommend!

I had a fresh facial done by Lydia. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Lydia took into account all my skin needs, preferences and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left with glowing, radiant skin and feeling extremely relaxed. All of the staff in the spa were super friendly and welcoming. I will be booking in for more treatments soon!

I had to leave a review today. I went in today for a tailor made treatment with Amy. From start to finish I felt at ease and the whole experience was wonderful. Amy listened and respected any preferences I had and made me feel so comfortable. All the staff seemed very friendly and professional and I felt very welcome as soon as I got there. Amy’s massage was amazing and she really took on board everything that we discussed. The spa itself is calming and very aesthetically pleasing with a bathroom full of lush goodies. What a great experience! Thank you so much. Will definitely be back!

Asher served me and was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products. They helped identify what would work best for my skin. Now to try it out. 4 is because not all products were available … not Asher’s fault of course

I was served by Carmen at the perfume section and she’s been so lovely showing me around and guiding me on the different scents and what I was hoping to find that’s similar to my scent preferences. She even introduced me to products that had a similar scent and encouraged me to check out the Lush Spa experience. Might come back again soon to try that out :)

Ainoha was the most incredible therapist to guide me through my first lush spa treatment. I don’t quite have the words to describe the experience but Ainoha just exuded everything you’d want in a lush employee. She explained so much about lush’s principles and ethos that even after being a fan for years I didn’t realise. If lush runs in anyone’s blood it’s Ainoha!! She really was lush personified. She was so calm, welcoming, kind and caring. She fully explained what to expect from the treatment and guided me through the whole process in doing this she took time to ask about me and gave the treatment a personal twist. I felt so incredibly relaxed and would recommend the comforter to anyone looking for a deeply relaxing treatment. One thing I did note was how Ainoha was very respectful of my personal space and checked in at several points asking for my consent to move to the next step of treatment. It felt like the most incredibly safe space!

I love the spa and the shop & have become a regular. I had the Book a Bath: Snow Fairy spa treatment & wasn't disappointed. If anything the experience was undersold to me. Not only do you get to use the snow fairy products you also get to have the best hot chocolate after. Amera did a great job! Almost always very friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely be booking another treatment soon ☺️

I came into Lush last weekend with my partner’s daughter as it was her birthday. Due to work reasons I had to book something special for myself and her to do very last minute ( literally a couple of days before). I thought about Lush because I know that for an 8 year old, the products are completely safe and you know exactly what’s going into it. The lady I spoke to over the phone to help set up the visit had spectacular customer service skills and really helped me by trying to set something up so last minute for the birthday. When we came in we had the most amazing host, who truly went above and beyond to make the experience for our girl, one to remember. I want to say thank you to you both ( I think the lady I spoke to was Sara? And our host Sharah) We had the best time and bought a lot of incredible products to enjoy at home! You guys really are great assets to the company!

Just enjoyed a wonderful massage! Tailor Made by Becca. Worked on my apparently many knots I'd managed to build up, and I feel amazing and chilled out! She was really great, checking in on me throughout to check it was fine and she was just really pleasant and knowledgeable. Loved it!

Walked in without an appointment and was lucky that Sandra was available because she has magic hands! Worked the knots and tightness out of my neck and back. Loved the massage bar explanation as well.

Absolutely amazing service, a worker named sharpie gave me and my friend skincare consultations and she was an absolute angel, so sweet and gave us some samples of the products we tested. Definitely deserves a pay raise she exceeded our expectations and made our experience at lush absolutely divine.

I experienced the LUSH SPA RENAISSANCE today and it was truly amazing. It was like nothing I have ever experienced before. The nice scent and the massage that was in rhythm with the music really refreshed me. My therapist Amy's voice was so soft and gentle, and the music seemed to drag me into a peaceful, comforting movie!

Vegan friendly, cruelty free, worthy causes and excellent smells. What isn't there to like? It's the only place where I will use the shop's own hand sanitiser because it smells, well, lush. Outback mate is my favourite!

Sound of bath was the ultimate in relaxation, from the off set Camilla made me feel totally at ease , loved the attention to detail . The smell of incense in the room was unreal and Camilla gave the best facial massage I have ever had … book yourself in you won’t be disappointed

Lovely large Lush store in the heart of the city. Offers the range of Lush products with measures in place for product sampling/testing with respect to COVID. Always a friendly member of staff at the door to greet you with a spray of hand sanitizer! I've had the opportunity of 2 spa treatments here, the good hour and tales of bath! Both absolutely amazing - enough for me to leave detailed reviews on the Lush website too! Lush Spa treatments are an experience in themselves, pampered through and through! Lovely cup of tea and shortbread after the treatment is done. Really allows for a detox and slow down from the bustle of everyday work and life. Massive shout-out to Russell who literally moved mountains to ensure my 2 girlfriends (who had visited for just the weekend from cities lacking Lush Spas) and I were booked in for the same time on a busy Saturday! ❤️

Had such an amazing time here today. It was my first experience of Lush and I definitely be going back. I was a bit unsure of what colour foundation to get and the gorgeous Reed helped me out massively! We sat and tried on the the colour we thought would match in the mirror and it was spot on first time. We also tried on the Trix Stix and Emotional Brilliance powder. Omg I loved them all. They sat so nicely on my skin and Reed helped me apply them correctly. The products I bought smell so beautiful and they are all vegan too. Thank you Reed, hope to see you again soon on my next visit.

The Tailor Made experience by Camilla was just what I needed in this little oasis in the middle of bustling Birmingham. From entering the store through to walking out the door I could not have felt more valued. It really did feel like the experience was tailored to my needs. A cuppa, vegan biscuits and a nice relax were a nice touch at the end of my relaxing massage. All the senses were given a memorable treat. I will be back!

I only discovered the Spa after seeing the “best kept secret” sign over the scaffolding outside. So I popped in to get a price list. One of the therapists was around and gave we a complete tour and a thorough explanation of all the treatments. After than I of course booked. And interestingly you can pre pay for your treatment by purchasing a gift card. I had The Spell which is essentially a foot treatment with reflexology. When I arrived I was so anxious to get in I completely missed the greeter at the door with my name board on. They settled me in with a delicious flavoured water. Then I met Emily my therapist for the treatment. She talked me through everything that was going to happen and introduced me to the products, this was important at no point did it feel like a hard sell on anything, which you find in some other Spas. The treatment rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The treatment itself was heavenly, so relaxing. I was floating when I left. At the end is a time to relax and drink a tea that has been prepared to match your treatment. Can’t praise them too highly, I have every intention of working my way through the treatment menu.

The massage itself was really lovely, the scents and ambience were amazing. Relaxation for all of the senses. Highly recommend and can’t wait to try out the other treatments!

Lovely, relaxing experience! We've had a Hard Days, Hard Nights experience with Amy and Becca today. Absolutely loved all of the attention to details and the treatment. The massage was very nice, but we wished for a little bit more of a stretch, but it was very good nevertheless! ☺️ Would make a great gift for someone.

I had a fantastic tailor made massage today with Camilla. Often I find massages very “let’s rub you with nice smelling stuff” and not really getting into the muscles, so I asked Camilla to not hold back….and she didn’t. If you are looking for a more in-depth massage then definitely would recommend.

Thank you for the amazing Renaissance spa experience I had last week! I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was great, peaceful and calming and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The massage I received from Amy was absolutely incredible and magical. I can't wait to come back and experience it all again.

I did have the good hour and the spell! OH MY GOSH… that was quality time spent for myself, and I did feel so good and relaxed. The music, the smell and whole therapeutic experience is a must feel and live. Amy, is such an angelic human being with magic hands and energy . If I was a billionaire I will take her at home because she did bring me so much positivity and good energy. Definitely I will repeat the experience as a soon possible. Also the product smell so good and special, I am addicted now by “good karma “ perfume and shower gel.

This was bought as a gift, but I will very much be treating myself again. Wish I could have stayed in their spa area all day.

I had a surprise lush party and The Spell treatment for my 30th. It was a beautifully magical experience that my girls and I enjoyed. The spell is such a wonderful treatment that leaves you wanting more. I will be definitely going again and hope to experience different treatments in the future. Our host and my practitioner, Lydia, was brilliant! Very friendly, considerate and great at her profession too. If you like your head and feet treated, I would recommend The Spell.

Had the “Book a Bath: Snow Fairy” treatment today and WOW. It was honestly so beautiful. Mel was an absolute dream and walked me through everything, tailoring everything to my skin and problem areas. The bath experience itself was just divine, the lighting, products and atmosphere were perfect and so relaxing. The hot chocolate at the end of the treatment was a delicious touch! Left feeling amazing, my skin is feels so beautiful and refreshed and I’m super relaxed. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming, would recommend this to everyone! I will most definitely be popping in to purchase some items from the treatment and will revisit the spa too 🥹💖
