Always a good shop to go into, and even better when you come out loaded with wine. Staff always friendly and very knowledgeable well worth a visit cos you save so much on supermarket prices.

Could not pick up my case of wine because they were all shuttered up 20 mins earlier than advertised the apology was a meaningless quick email

Brilliant shop, good amount of parking around the back, easy to access off of the haslucks green rd. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, with a massive selection of wine with brilliant prices. Helped me pick out some great wines. Would recommend highly.

Amazing service today. Came away with some great items. Enjoying a glass straight away, amazing to know that the lady serving knew so much about the the wine on offer and the crisps to pair with them. Would highly recommend. And will be back for more drinks and the events! Can't wait!!!

Called in for cotswold cream but had a few tastings whilst we were their (as you do) and will be back to buy some red wine for Christmas

Fantastic service! I had a pretty big party a couple of days ago and ordered all the wine and beer through Majestic, which meant that as I had spent above a certain amount I could get free glass and chiller bin hire. (£15 for each chiller bin and £1 for each glass) The service was excellent – extremely easy time doing the order in the store, very helpful manager there. And all delivered on time, utmost courtesy and very professional. I have just taken the glasses back (Amazingly none broken!) and also the wine that wasn’t opened. The deposits and the cost of the wine were immediately put back onto my bankcard. Can’t fault the service, to consider if if you are having a larger than usual gathering.

Brought case wine whole box was corked staff very unhelpful & became abusive

My fiancée and I were advised by Laura on some selections for our wedding. We could not thank her enough for her expert opinion during our tasting. So generous with her time, she really helped us a lot and made the whole process very enjoyable.

Usual, friendly helpful cheerful team, even though the staff used to change regularly. Plenty of stock in time for Christmas.

Small parking lot outside the store makes Majestic easily accessible without having to park in town. This also makes it easier to carry your boxes to the car. Although the customer service from all staff members is excellent, with all offering to carry your wine to your car. The store is very well stocked with wine and spirits. They have a tasting area which will sometimes extend to the whole store of you are available for a tasting evening. The trick here is bottle price. If you've just popped in for a single bottle you will pay a higher price than the local supermarket, if they have it. However if you're looking for 6 Majestic is much more competitive. It will also allow you to mix a case. Couple that with tasting, excellent service, the car park plus a glass hire, for parties and large orders this is the place to come, forget the supermarket. Customer service is always excellent. Majestic will send out an email if you are looking for offers. They also pair with other businesses like Three Mobile to proved bottle offers. It's well worth a visit if you are looking for a party or just stocking up on nice wine.

Lots of different wines from all around the world, something for everyone in the price range. Staff are nice friendly good knowledge helpful. Great if you havin a party or a big event or you just want to go in for a nice bottle.

Popped in on Saturday to buy a few presents, I know nothing about wine. The gentleman who attended to me, can't remember his name, friendly looking chap with glasses and a beard, took time with me to recommend and select a few bottles and I left safe in the knowledge that my wine loving relatives would enjoy their gifts. He was a superb salesperson and made my experience a pleasant one, will definitely be coming back!
