There is a wonderful variety of frozen meals for one, two people, four people and more. The taste is homemade with quality ingredients, some can be cooked in the microwave and others in the oven. COOK even cater for toddlers which I love as the food is 'real' and not been loaded with salt or sugars. I've even used COOK for an idiot proof Christmas day dinner- very tasty by the way!

Utter palava. Unable to take payment from my card (with which there were absolutely no issues) so phoned me at work. I said I couldn't provide payment details over the phone at that time and wouldn't be able to until half 7 in the evening. They then appear to have repeatedly called me over the rest of the afternoon but left no voicemail and didn't e-mail. The following day they sent someone ROUND MY HOUSE to state they'd not received payment, like a baliff - which was witnessed to my embarrassment by both of my immediate neighbours. Funnily enough when I did speak to them on the phone they were unable to explain why they hadn't left any voicemail or sent me an email regarding the 'payment issue' and felt it appropriate to send someone round my house. I provided my payment again over the phone with which there were no issues. 10 min later the same bloke returned to my house and went to leave the order outside my house, despite specific (acknowledged) instructions that they would leave it in the porch. I won't be ordering again given the hassle, and this is without even having had any of the food yet!!

Handy place for ready made meals from their freezers. Pick 'em up, take 'em home and whack 'em into the oven. Brilliant!

I have now found the most remarkable place to buy my food although in future I will probably have it delivered. The minimum order for delivery is £45. Delivery charges for this vary according to the area. If you spend £85 or more it is free. On my first visit here I spent £54, but hopefully, this will last me for a little while because the food is so special it is something I could not afford to eat every day. Tonight I had Chicken Alexander with mashed potatoes, one mango cheesecake, and one red berry mousse. Chicken Alexander- 10 Mashed potatoes- 10 Mango cheesecake - 10 Red berry mousse- 10 This was undoubtedly one of the best meals I have ever had in my life, even the mashed potato, as for the two desserts I have the sweetest tooth in the world, I have never had such exquisite, stunningly, beautiful, light, tasty deserts in my life. Trust me when I say if you shop here which may only be occasionally because I know we all have to be careful these days because of cost, you will not regret it. 😋😋😋

Lovely little shop 🏬 with a good 👍 selection of frozen meals. They do meals for one up to big family meals. Also has a good selection of cakes and desserts. The Indian and Moroccan meals are really nice there is a small selection of children’s meals. Staff are friendly and helpful and the shop 🏬 is clean 🧽 and tidy

always loved everything I have bought from here ...I love to cook fresh and honestly the quality and choice of foods here is fabulous. It is quite reasonable price wise but ultimately you get what you pay for here 💜

My go-to place for tasty, healthy microwave ready meals. Caters for a wide range of tastes and needs. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable.

As others have said, COOK offers a variety of frozen meals in particular which are way tastier than frozen food is supposed to be. They sometimes to have deals, like 3 meals for £X. I have recently been offered a loyalty card of sorts as well. Most days when you walk in, the very friendly woman offers you a sample of a delicious dessert.

Staff friendly. Price point is higher than it could be. But the product is a higher quality product hence higher pricing so you don't mind so much. Would be nicer for a couple of quid cheaper here & there or some deals to help it be more affordable for a wider market like ourselves instead of us using it for treats. It'd be nice to shop here a bit more.

Always met with a friendly welcome in Cook and staff very keen to help. Been very impressed with everything frozen we have had from here, whilst it is not cheap, you are not paying for just the food which is to a high standard with quality ingredients, you are paying for the convenience of not prepping or clearing away! Good value on that basis! Kids meals are a big hit with our toddler too!
