Went for a coffee at 3.30 pm and although they still served me this was the state of the cafe. Not one clear table. Spoke to someone who said it was due to someone having gone home sick and they were short staffed. I pointed out that their were plenty of staff standing round talking. I was then told they needed special training to clear tables because of the products they use to wipe tables.

Large branch of Dunelm with lots available and free parking. Curtains lights general home products all available. We were particularly impressed by each staff member who tried to go out of their way to assist us make our purchase.

Great place with good quality items and lots of choice.

Carpark not too busy, clean & tidy. Store clean and clear of boxes and debris. Trying to find clear bra straps for friend. Unfortunately Dunelm dont sell them. Asked shop assistant Sarah, who went out of her way to check local stores and on the way home I managed to get exactly what I needed elsewhere. Sarah was chatty and very helpful so big thank you her. Till service quick.

The store itself is pretty good sells great things at reasonable price. Just been to.Warrington branch Junc 9, & was served by a woman called Christine, no hello or greeting (which is fine) but no please or thank you !!! Rude

Lots of choice. We got a rug and cushion covers. Very reasonable prices and loads of parking

Staff member on meet and greet at front of the store 3/7/23 around 9.30am…. went out of her way to go back and forth to the warehouse three times to get me the suitcases I wanted. Great service, much appreciated … wish I got her name but if she reads this, she will know. Super helpful and excellent customer service. Thanks again

It's not often I get excited about visiting a new store but this is one that has definitely peaked my interest. First of all, it's bright and spacious and it has something most stores have consigned to the vaults .... STAFF!! Yes folk's, actual people. Not only that but helpful smiling people!! The range of products is equally impressive, from bedding to electrical, furniture to kitchenware, soft furnishings to food, and by food I mean a brilliant little cafe overlooking the retail park. The coffee is excellent as are the snacks and the price is ... realistic I think is the word. I can't comment on the chain in general but this particular store which I believe is relatively new as the Junction 9 retail park where it is located is still being developed will certainly be a regular visit for anything for our home.

A hot pie with a cold salad is not a good mix in my opinion but the pie was good. I think the pie would have been better served with chips and beans especially in November. Also sadly no wifi hence the 3 stars.

Good service returning and item. Usually feel like a pain returning something but server was really friendly.

Products are fantastic quality but this shop was ridiculously understaffed, claustrophobic and the staff who put our items through wasn’t particularly helpful. Great stuff but bad outlet.

Keep forgetting about Dunelm, normally I would think this store only sell Curtains / bedding. But was surprised when I entered this store that they sell all sort of interesting accessories for your home.

We returned some items which was made easy by a pleasant assistant, no fuss and no nonsense. When we had chosen some other items, the checkout was a let down only two assistants on seven tills and a queue of twenty customers. Great shop and lots of free parking.

A handy shop for a multitude of items you would need in the house. Curtains, blinds, bedding, furniture, cutlery and everything in-between. Considering the items don't cost a fortune I would say the quality is decent. Plenty of parking available as it resides on Alban Retail park. The traffic management getting in and out of the car park can be a bit silly but that's no fault of Dunelm mill so just a friendly warning for those visiting.

Absolutely brilliant. Only went in for duvet cover but came out with curtains curtain pole sheets .2 table lights. table cloth . Girl at the door very helpful. But girl that helped with measuring pole & cutting table cloth Absolutely mega. Thank you Dunelm.

Very refreshing to be served by such a Lovely young lady on the tills this evening at the Warrington junction 9 store. I will be sending an email to the store manager tomorrow, without a doubt the assistant deserves a 10/10 for excellent customer service.

Good for homeware but didn't have the item I wanted. Only online but I want to see what I'm buying first. Good shop though.

Easy access, well set out shop, and we got what we were looking for without paying over the odds. Staff were pleasant and so was the whole experience of shopping. Recommended.

Called in today and got excellent advice from Veronique in the curtain poles and accessory section. Excellent advice and service. This employee is worth her weight in gold !!!
