Took my mum to Makerfield Sofa Centre to purchase a suite. We were left alone to look around the shop which was very refreshing, good selection of sofas & pictures & absolutely no pressure to purchase. Was told the order would take approx 9 weeks & less than 7 weeks later, my suite has been delivered. Fantastic communication from order to delivery. They even moved my old suite into my garage for me after having to remove the feet to get it out the front door, they then took the time to put the feet back on in the garage. Nothing was too much trouble & I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to purchase a new suite. Thankyou for everything. 5* service & communication ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took delivery last Friday, much sooner than expected. Fantastic shop with excellent customer service. Delivery lads were excellent too, nothing too much trouble. They even offered to refit a door i had taken off to make things easier. Will definitely use again in future. Would highly recommend visiting this store before looking elsewhere. Had my sofa delivered yesterday it’s absolutely beautiful quality luxurious sofa as for service 💯best I’ve had kept me up to date as my window had to be taken out to get it in!..no rush getting it in time & care was taken even offered to help put window back in superb service

Had our new 2 seater settee delivered today. Jenny and Paul were a joy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Was able to walk around the showroom at our leisure. Well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for any new furniture.

Sofas delivered early, delivery was painless, very helpful and even painted and supplied the correct feet when manufacturers fitted wrong colour.

Purchased a suite from here, due for delivery in a few weeks. It was refreshing to be able to walk round the store without being followed and mithering by sale staff. The guy there is really lovely and very helpful, no pressure whatsoever and really friendly. They have plenty of stock to choose from and the prices are very good. I have no hesitation in recommending this store.
