Amazing customer service. Jen the duty manager's product knowledge was outstanding, its nice to go in a store where someone actually knows the business that they work for. She is a credit to your company and I hope she is recognised for the service she provides by her higher management.

I had been struggling to find 170 degree hinges for blind kitchen door. The ladies all with glitter and cheerful attitude greeted all with a smile. They know their stuff and sorted me out in no time. I went home fitted hinges and all working well. A great experience and would reccomend. One happy customer

This is a pretty new Screwfix and I have to say I'm impressed with their prices compared to their parent Company, B&Q but that's probably down to their store type. Think along the lines of Argos but for DIY stuff. I'd highly recommend Screwfix if you know what you're after and prefer the no nonsense approach to shopping where you can just drive in, pick up everything in a couple of minutes and leave.

Had to return a product I'd bought online - my own mistake but the service was excellent especially the system in place due to covid - the best organised shop in response to covid I've been into - congratulations to their staff.

Ordered a battery Hedge trimmer on line on Tuesday for home delivery; picked a free of charge delivery slot for Thursday same week; item arrived spot on time and beat all others on price. SUPERB
