    My organisation recently moved into the Landmark spaces at Chancery Place and the experience has been great so far. Not only are the offices to a high spec and the location excellent, the support team of Lauren, Antony and Gary are first class - highly recommend this option if you are looking for premium serviced office space in Manchester.

    I booked a co-working space for the day. Very happy with the office, up to a high standard and lovely views from the 10th floor. Staff super helpful and friendly.

    The office space is standard, but well maintained and looked after. The real asset in these offices are the staff who cannot do enough to help. Lisa and Luke has mastered the art of being professional whilst still being friendly and building strong relationships. Always happy to chat and their energy is infectious, cannot thank them enough for the past few months!

    I joined the Landmark Manchester City Centre business lounge to use for meetings and to have a drop in office when I am in Manchester. Having looked at a number of alternatives I found the offering with Landmark was perfect. Not too formal yet not too casual, a perfect setting to meet our company requirements. All the services available are perfect for any business requiring flexibility yet the feel of having your own dedicated team. The front of house team are also first class. Highly recommended.

    This is first experience of serviced offices..the offices are in a fantastic location near bus,train and metro. The offices are modern,light and great coffee, food making facilities...The Landmark team are incredibly helpful and Antony, Luke & Luke & Lisa have been amazing..they will assist in whatever way they can....cannot recommend any higher

    Best office I’ve worked in in Manchester. Clean well stocked kitchens great coffee machine and friendly staff. Our office clock is the town hall clock. Great location!

    The staff here are very helpful and really friendly. We were used one of the meeting rooms for a course for which we have exams coming up in June. On the final day we did a mock exam. Once the staff heard of this they prepared good luck letters for us with a bar of chocolate! Otherwise, the facilities are always clean and stocked and the offices feel very bright and modern.

    We moved into our Landmark offices in Chancery Place last year and have been thoroughly impressed with both the office space and by the client service provided by the Landmark team. The offices are always in immaculate condition, the kitchen facilities are well stocked with tea & coffee etc., and the breakout spaces are comfortable and well appointed with spectacular views across the city. The thing which really sets these offices apart however is the excellent work done by the Landmark team. They are polite, well-informed and always happy to help with whatever is required of them.

    It is always a pleasure to work in the Landmark office. Great location as it is very close to the city centre. The offices are spotless, highest standards of service and Gary, Anthony and Lauren are doing a fantastic job by always being there to help resolve issues arising.

Tom and Antony are approachable, friendly and a joy to be around. They make sure the offices are clean and tidy and the kitchen always has clean crockery and a fully stocked fridge of milk. If you need a meeting room they are happy to accommodate. On a personal level they have helped promote my baking business and really go above and beyond. I would recommend renting office space due the offices themselves being a great location and lovely inside but more so because the staff are wonderful.

    It is always a pleasure working in the Landmark office. Great location close to the city centre. The offices are spotless and to the highest standards of service and Gary, Anthony and Lauren all do a fantastic job always being there to help and resolve any issues arising. Well done to the team.

    The Landmark offices are a great place to work. The office is in a fantastic location and the kitchens/coffee machine are excellent. Lisa, Luke and Antony are so attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble... they genuinely brighten my day!

    Great central offices with transport links all around! Working in the landmark office was always clean and tidy in communal areas, refreshments always available and the excellent team always there is any problems every arose! Extra shoutout to the events Gary hosted on an afternoon sometimes as he always goes above and beyond!

    Moved into our office recently and nothing is ever too much trouble. The team are excellent, great to work with and they really look after the space and their clients. The offices themselves are clean and modern. Location is really central and easy for us to get to. Suits our needs!

    Very happy with the service provided by the staff at Landmark. It is like a small community where we are all there for each other and assist and help others where needs be. Gary on the 10th floor reception always makes sure everything is up to scratch in and around us and we don’t have any issues to deal with. Happy 😁

    We have been at Chancery Place for 18 months now and I can’t speak highly enough of the service we have received from Gary and the team. They are always on hand to solve any problems as well as being absolutely delightful to deal with. We have had similar feedback from clients and candidates alike. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for office space in Manchester! We are very much looking forward to the new improvements building wise too!

    Landmark offices are a great place to work! The staff are very welcoming especially Gary reception, nothing is ever to much of a task. The Manchester office is in a great location and the kitchen/coffee machines are brilliant. They regularly host events in the reception area, coffee morning is my favourite they have a great selection of drinks and breakfast food. Overall Landmark give great service 😊
