If you are looking for information on what it is like to work here you are likely to come across a number of positive reviews being written by current staff. I myself have posted an honest review onto a job site detailing my experience working here at the start of the year, which has since been deleted along with a number of similar reviews - they since have been replaced by 5* reviews written by current staff. Do not be fooled - management are aware of the negative reviews written by ex employees and take measures to get these removed in an attempt to fool yet another job seeker into working at this terrible company rather than try and fix the issues. There is a high turnover of staff with most people (like myself) only lasting a few months. Just do not be fooled into applying for position here it is not worth the stress. Take note of the high number of 1* reviews with deleted text. A decent company would take the critique on board and try and improve NOT conceal the truth from unaware job seekers.

Absolutely horrific experience with this company. Spoke to someone about renting spaces in my local shopping centre. They had me put down as first refusal as I helped them stop a scam of someone subletting. So while I went to get my details to sign the contract, they went behind my back and gave the spacing to someone else. This was the pay back to me after I helped them stop a scam in my community. Google needs to invent a 0 star rating coz frankly that's what you deserve.

Wish I'd read some of the reviews before dealing with this 'company'. Do your own research into locations - do not believe anything you read by Shoppertainment - and think very carefully before booking. Ideally.. look else where!

Avoid at all costs, sell you the dream but retract everything. Once you're in you have 0 support and they find ways to kick you out and keep full payment (against their own terms) Legal robbery is the best description for this company in my opinion - avoid using

I shot a video for this company that was provided quickly and efficiently. They have avoided paying and have even tried to offer me less money then the agreed price for completed work. They are a disgusting company and should not be allowed to operate. I would avoid at all costs.

Absolute shambles of an organised company. No response from countless emails for 3 weeks, with confirming my documents. With no response, I wished to cancel. Then all of a sudden decide to respond, with I cannot. The pitch we had been allocated and agreed, was not informed to the security, so we was at the back exit of the venue, which affected our sales. No response on fixing this issue again and no compensation for their mistakes. Total unorganised company and very slow response emails. Stay away! You'll thank me later

Love working with Shoppertainment. They are professional, responsive, and are happy to talk through anything you’re unsure of via phone or email. Really reassuring as a small business owner, can’t recommend them highly enough.

Sorry, i have to give One star because there is no option of giving ZERO. Horrible experience of 2022, with lady Lyndsey. She don't know how to talk with tenants. Feeling sorry for Eden Shopping Mall High wycombe managemet has to deal with this horrible company. Request shopping malls to please avoid this company at any cost. I have reported to shopping Mall management to look for another out source company. Because this company will push away the busnisesses instead of welcoming busniesses for the Mall..

This company works on behalf of shopping centre owners. If I was a shopping centre owner I would choose a different agency. An agency that knows the shopping centres better than the staff at this place. An agency that knows the needs of its traders . Do not book with this company.

I own a small Photography Business and have worked with these guys a few times and always had an issue , they are very unprofessional. The Management are really all over the place. I am now feeling very stressed , being told I cannot book another centre and they are taking me to court, for a mistake they made. I have emails to prove it was their mistake while I had to cancel my booking at Green Oaks Shopping Centre in Widnes.

Shoppertainment is an amazing place to work. Lots of room for progression for those who work hard. Lots of opportunities to provide your input, be heard, and make an impact that you can see and be rewarded for.

I have to agree with the other people who mentioned the bad attitude of staff and I go further and add that there's some dodgy practices , changed the size and terms of contact and pushing clients . Not recommended and I would not deal with them again
