The amazing team of Peter and Sheila made my engagement ring selection experience absolutely perfect. I was drawn into their shop by a really unique setting design in the window, which I then found out was designed by Sheila herself. Peter was extremely patient with me and my very limited knowledge, meeting with me on several occasions both in-person and via video calls, helping me start from scratch and ultimately design the perfect ring. They were even able to help me source some gorgeous teal sapphires that other shops said would be impossible to find. Every time we met, they were so friendly, welcoming and patient--I just knew I was in good hands. When I took my fiancee to pick up her ring after re-sizing, Peter welcomed us with glasses of champagne and took the time to sit down and chat with us about the engagement, even though it was clear he was very busy. All good preparation and research, that said I gained more in 10 minutes talking directly to Tony that I ever would have found myself online. Tony took the time to explain what I should look for when looking at diamonds, explained the 4 C’s in detail, and showed me a variety of diamonds which helped to illustrate the differences between them. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for in terms of ring/setting etc. Once again, Tony was fantastic and worked with me and my ideas as well as his own to help come up with the ideal ring that was in my head. His attention to detail is incredible, and having something bespoke like this is exactly what I was after. Its quite difficult to explain a design to someone without examples, but he took on everything that I was saying and produced the most beautiful ring. I must add that I came in on a Wednesday, and was able to take the ring away that same Friday. Absolutely incredible turnaround. I was lucky that everything was available when I went in, and realise that this is not a normal turnaround time. We’ve actually just been back to check the size together and to get some information on maintenance etc. It was brilliant to go in with my now Fiancee, and for her to meet Tony in person, and to see the thought process I went through and also meet the person that made her ring. She was very patient and explained everything to me (I knew nothing and my fiance decided it was best for to me to pick the ring I wanted). I opted for a lab diamond and honestly I have not stopped staring at my ring. We spoke about what style I wanted after she showed me numerous designs, we picked all the specs with my budget in mind and at no time did I ever feel pressured into my decision or to spend extra money. A few weeks ago I set off to Hatton Gardens to find an engagement ring so I could ask my (then) girlfriend to marry me. I happened to stumble upon Diamond Palace and am so thrilled I did. Tim has been brilliant from start to finish. I came to the shop with only a picture of the ring that my fiancee had seen in store 2 years ago. Tim was able to replicate the exact same model, taken my additional vague ("make it as sparkly as possible") requests into account and produced the perfect ring. My fiancee was over the moon with the end result and the requests to resize down twice were met with patience and good humour. The service was on point, the price more than fair and we highly recommend using Diamond Palace. You won't regret it!

Highly recommended! I was searching for an engagement ring without much of an idea of what I was really after and little knowledge of diamonds, but Tim was incredibly helpful explaining the different options and helping to find the perfect ring. Very helpful and friendly service and, importantly, there was no hard sell and I was able to go away and think through my options. I have given this place a 3 star because although we met with Tony on 7th May to discuss engagement rings, he never called me back afterwards regarding diamonds he was going to source or look into. He took notes of what I was looking for etc so I thought great, this guy is serious about helping us find the perfect diamond. He was making notes and very informative and impressive with great knowledge about diamonds etc so I was impressed and hopefull. But we never heard back from him. I am sure I even added a 5 star review about him after the visit but strangely can't seem to find it. Anyway...
