Went in to print a passport photo I tried to take with an app on my phone. Unfortunately, the app didn't size the photo correctly for the passport office regulations. But it did not stop the lovely young lady trying to help to get it printed for me to the correct size. She went out of her way to try to help and gave 100% where she could have blamed it all on the app. I was very impressed and very thankful. Her kindness lifted my mood after feeling disappointed about the photo. Thank you so much!

I needed a special gift in a hurry for my friend's birthday and had the idea of a collage of pictures on a canvas board. I was told it would normally take until the end of the week but I needed it much earlier. The attention to detail and the care and consideration I received was second to none. Great experience here. Went in with short notice (for my dads birthday the next day) not only did the staff help us and go the extra mile to get the bits we wanted done. They did it with a smile on their face and were genuinely very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff could have done with a chair in view of my age. They produced excellent photographs for me.

I took an old film (30+years old) just to see if there was anything on it. They developed it without prints, saving me money and later the same day called me to let me know the result saving me a trip back.

Overly priced 30 quid for 30 negative to be put back as photos??? Scanned, not even developing required Had 2 photos blown up on one 10x8 paper, 10 quid, didn't even line pics up, so one slanted, payment taken before its done..won't go back there again, pics blurred, dark, yet original ones good quality Cheaper yo have printed in library, probably better quality too

EXTREMELY expensive for film developing, also not very clear on instructions as just an email of your processed images is the same exorbitant price as prints for the images? but these are seen as separate services so you’ll pay nearly £20 to print or email them & an extra £6 to have them emailed afterwards if you originally print. Quite disappointing value for money, rather go to asda photo where the whole process is £10 max. The prices are exorbitant I don’t recommend and will not be returning.

Very friendly staff happy to help those not so familiar with digital photo taking and printing. They go the extra mile for their customers particularly those not connected to the Internet. Very community minded too.

Way too expensive!! Simply scan two rolls of B&W film.. £30???? way too expensive!!!!
