My pond pump died one very hot afternoon during lockdown. The fish were distressed and so was I. A phone call to Avenue Fisheries got a very helpful response and, within an hour and a half someone came out to try to repair the pump. Not only did they fix the pump, I was left with a back up aerator, just in case the pump failed again. The service couldn't have been better and, if there were six stars to award, they would get them! I totally recommend this company.

Amazing quality fish, extremely knowledgeable family run business having visited a few times over the last few weeks I noticed that all customers received fantastic service, from someone wanting a small fish for a child or a serious koi enthusiast buying of of their beautiful specimen fish nothing was too much trouble.

An amazing stock of Koi ranging from low price points for quality babies to the higher end individually priced large fish. All incredibly well looked after with all the knowledge you could possibly need from their experienced staff and lots of equipment available to purchase from the store. We purchase quality food here for our koi which have all thrived over the past 2 years eating this, and we have found it also works out much better value for money purchasing food here vs conventional pet/aquatics shops.

I have been customer of Avenue Fisheries for many years. It is always a pleasure too visit Avenue Fisheries for the essentials, a New Koi or just a friendly chat and to see Pam and Steve. A very relaxing environment and Top quality Koi, Products and advice and no pressure too buy. What these guys don't know about Koi or Koi Keeping is very very little.

Always helpful and reasonably priced. Wide selection for all budgets and the small Koi always grow well. I don't buy fish from anywhere else.

Great place. Sooo many beautiful fish in lovely surroundings. You could easily spend a couple of hours hear just looking at all the koi. They go from under £20 to however much money you have. I now have 4 new additions for my pond and will definitely be back if only to look, but probably buy as well.
