Had to pick up some items from argos, the store is well signposted for covid measures.

A great addition to Sainsbury's, seem to have quite a good range in stock or you can order and collect. On my first visit to the new store the staff were very friendly and there wasn't a wait to get my purchase.

Useful in the area as most have closed. Nice to see a new shop not a closed one.

Called in to collect items and customer service assistant who served us was rude, abrupt and was in a bad mood despite us being polite to her. After collecting some of the items, we checked through and realised there was another item to collect. The assistant walked back in to the front desk and said "What are YOU waiting for?" as if we were wasting her time. We got the item in the end slammed down onto the front desk. Overall, there was a total lack of customer service and we feel we did not warrant this treatment especially since we were nothing but polite to her. Will think twice before clicking and collecting from here again, had better service when furniture was delivered by Argos delivery drivers who were happy, friendly and delivered earlier than stated. Not recommended.

Came in here to look at wardrobes and was helped by klara. We were ready to ourchase and due to her knowledge we went home to get all our relevant information and promptly came back to make our purchases. Klara was most helpful throughout.

Pathetic customer service. There is a reason why customers buy from amazon. Urmston CS and front desk staff, you are the reason, that people are going away from buying from Argos. Argos - Management please make a note. Will never ever shop from Argos or this particular store. Pretty bad.

This is a small Argos located inside Sainsbury's, so they don't have a huge range of items. I've used this branch a few times and it's been a mixed experience - usually OK, but on two occasions I've bought things only to get them home and find they're clearly used and returned items (internal packaging torn, cable ties loose in the box, parts dirty and sometimes missing). Refunds have been given, but this shouldn't happen in the first place.

Ordered a toaster for my elderly mother on Click and Collect from the Urmston store in Feb which failed a few months later. The store was most helpful in exchanging the item and even ordered one in so my son could collect and deliver to his grandma. She is delighted with the replacement. A big Thankyou !!

Very unprofessional staff members working at the checkouts. I witnessed one chap being extremely rude and aggressive to a customer. A bad reflection on the Argos brand

Thanks to the manager at Argos Urmston and all the team, who helped me with my delivery. They are fantastic there and knew I was going on holiday and worried about missing a package. I have the package safe and sound and am super happy with the service. Good to know that people still go the extra mile for others ;-)

Great little shop...never been disappointed

I would like to say a big thank you to Rosie who works at argos in sainsbury urmston. I had a problem setting up my new laptop(I'm a bit slow in the tech department) but Rosie took the time to do it for me. A lovely helpful young girl. She also managed to serve other customers at the same time. Thank you, I couldn't have done it on my own. 👍

Today I had a horrible experience from Argos Urmston. I went for return a product with receipt after 4 days of purchase .The person I dealt with was V [manager] .She was very rude and was irritable in manner to speak. She was not allowing me to return the item and said I opened the box and she found little dust in top of the item.I felt very upset because of her attitude.

The staff are so so friendly! The gentleman even brought my order to my car for me without a second of hesitation! Really friendly and chatty!

Had to wait a little while to be served but customer service was excellent and helped me to resolve a purchase I had made that needed correcting.

Very convenient location to pick up online orders. Free parking available and staff helpful and friendly as always.
