Approached these guys for help as I had rescued a beardie with health problems, wouldn’t even give me any advise offered to pay for time and for any help given, I was ignored! I understood you had no space I didn’t want you to take her I wanted help or advice giving her up was my last option! The fact I was totally ignored by whoever was messaging is the part that hurt the most so don’t message me again on Facebook asking me to remove my review it stands because it’s true post the messages I sent with your response if I’m wrong you’ll see the multiple messages of me begging for help.

great little place keep going every time im in the area. staff are friendly and full of great advice. love going to see the little rescues and see if there is any thing we need prefer to put money towards a rescue when possible. going to have to visit again very soon. god help them when we can drive i think we would be there every week

This place is great ....staff and owner do a good job looking after the animals it’s always clean and tidy I couldn’t recommend a better place for reptiles and equipment

Greg, Adele and the team are amazing and very knowledgeable. Our reptiles love going back to them for holiday boarding. Items for sale are reasonable prices and the sanctuary is amazing. Keep up the great work guy’s.

Rescued my new Royal (now named Jasper) from these guys, and they couldn't have provided a better service. The gentleman I dealt with was so helpful, and very informative. I got a Royal python and a corn snake from here (on two seperate occasions). I bought a full setup when I adopted the royal. Greg was brilliant, very knowledgeable and the price of the setup was fantastic even with products from good brands. When I adopted the corn snake I dealt with Neil. I had a setup ready which Neil checked with videos I'd taken. Again, Neil was very friendly and knowledgeable and sorted me out with a friendly snake that fits into my family. I will be back to Cheshire Reptile Rescue in the future, thanks for all your help!

Greg, Neil, and the whole team are fantastic. We've had a few snakes, geckos and whole setups off them and I cannot speak highly enough of how knowledgeable and responsive they have been. Additionally the Sanctuary has been phenomenal for introducing my friends into herpetology. A huge thank you to everyone there!

I messaged very late one evening (10:30pm) enquiring about Giant African Land Snails. To my surprise and delight I had an instant reply, and was sent over a care sheet. After visiting them a few days later they set me up with everything I needed to create the perfect environment for a GALS. Staff were kind and friendly to this newbie! and even carried my enclosure to the car for me. Have been back on a couple of occasions since to purchase fabulously priced substrates and accessories with all profit from the sale of these going back to the animals in their care means I will now not buy from anywhere else. Feel very privileged to have them so local.

Lovely friendly staff great advice couldn't do enough for my son when we went to adopt a tortoise my son was very young and nervous at the time. They were so patient with him and making sure we was making the correct choice because of the welfare of the tortoise. We was the first customers in the new premises we was told about there services from friends who had used their service and have been back again and again. Keep the good work up.

They took my tortoises, that I could no longer care for. Lovely people, said they would let me know when they have been re@homed, eithout breaching data protection of course. Knowledgeable and friendly. So glad I went there I have every comfort and confidence that my tortoises with be rehomed to suitable people..

Went today with my son and his friend (aged 4&5), they both had a great time looking at all the exotic animals. I spoke to both the ladies working with the animals and they both was a great help and knowledgeable. My son loved the, I quote "the big snake the yellow one". Great time and I hope you use their services in the future. Great time for everyone.

Superb knowledge matched only by their enthusiasm. We bought a bearded dragon over a year ago from them. We periodically pop in to hotel our Beardy whilst we go on holiday. They are really friendly and look after our pet well.

I was so lucky to find this place, I rehomed a Bearded dragon from here with excellent help and ongoing advice, every enclosure was beautifully clean and the animals are being cared for perfectly. Excellent rescue has helped me when in need they r so committed to what they do driving all over the country to help reptiles In need they never turn a reptile a way but if they can't take a reptile I'n straight away due to being at full capacity they will add u to a waiting list and help ASAP if your looking for a reptile i highly recommend adopting from here keep up the good work :)

I’ve had a couple of dealings with Greg at Cheshire Reptile Rescue and he is always as helpful as can be, if there is anything he can’t answer straight away for you he will do everything he can to find the answer you need. Amazing work they are doing. Brought a viv a while back. No messing round. All animals in the rescue looked in amazing shape. What they do is nothing short of amazing!

Really friendly team and very knowledgeable. They do amazing work rehoming unwanted reptiles and nursing them back to full health. Definitely worth a visit to the Knutsford site at Treetops Nursery, there's also a lovely little cafe outside 👍🏻

Very helpful when we had to let one of our male Tortoises go. Gave loads of advice about the one remaining with us. Were more than happy to leave tortoise with them to find a new home. Very quick to help us out. Incredible set up in their house for all the reptiles etc.

great service and knowledge, i had to unfortunately decide to take my beardie to them as she was previously neglected and i wasn't experienced enough for her issues, and they straight away knew what she needed and what issues she had, and i trust in them that they can bring her back to full health and correct her diet properly :-) thank you guys for your compassion and empathy, you made a tough day a lot easier for me
