It is a well situated easily available printout place.Its very hard to find a place to get prints

The staff at Mailbox are absolutely fantastic! We have had an account with them for a while and they excel in customer service. All deliveries are carefully monitored and we are always kept in the loop. Max & Bernie handle most of our quotations and they are always quick and helpful in their response with lower prices then any other courier we have tried. Highly recommended to businesses AND individual customers. Thanks guys!

Just thought I mention this place for all your printing went to get something printed off the man sorry am rubbish with names he was so helpful and polite and great at his job as the lady behind the counter too was very nice only £1.20 to print one off .lovely to meet you both keep up the good work

Deception, lies and scam. Staff need to log in to print. When it wouldn't print directly from USB, I was told it doesn't recognise my document (first lie, not what the printer error said) and need to use the computer. Then charged for using computer and told there would be a flat fee for printing anyway if I didnt use the computer (this is not listed with the charges, lie). Was then short changed. When I returned, from her reaction it was obvious she knew what she'd done. Before I'd even said anything she said what coins she forgot to give me. No attempt to chase after me though. 3 lies. Have your wits about you. Just googled and this is franchised so it makes sense, lady is just trying to scam customers for more money in her pocket.

This is the best shop & it is best due to people like Mr. Scott. He is very helpful & welcoming person .. it is really nice to get services done from happy face which makes your day ... all positive .. God bless them ...

I've had a mailbox with the Manchester Piccadilly team since 2006 and the service has always been impeccable. I live and work all over the world and they make sure that my mail reaches me no matter how difficult the location. Nothing is too much trouble for Max and I would recommend them without hesitation.

One of the worst customer service experience ever! The east european lady sat at the front desk has the worst attitude towards customers. She did not even want to help us .. we were stood there for about 20 mins waiting .. when there was no one else in the shop .. when enquired about a certain service gave us abrupt and rude reply . and carried on with her work .. as if she was doing us a favour.. when i wanted to ring my partner to check something regarding the service .. she asked me to move away from the desk ("go there") and make any phone calls.. (there was no one else in the shop!!) .. will never use their services again.. i think the manager / franchisee should certainly look into who they employ and at least give them basic customer service training .. or they will loose their customers ... like me :) good bye Mail Boxes Etc.. never coming back again... Thanks for Nothing..

Good staff. Very useful if you need to send a parcel and don't have anything for packaging. I also find the rented mailbox service very convenient and easy to use.

They are charging £3.60 to print one single page!?!! I just needed to get one page printed and was told that it will be £3.60. Usually it will be £1.00 but because of covid-19, they increased the price to £3.60. 🤔

Affordable printing service and responsive staff

In a similar company in London they were much more organized and have a list of all type of boxes with their weight limits, in addition the boxes were staged for easy reference, here there are no tags so you'll have to just pick any box from the ground to figure out what Is what. Boxes here are only single wall no double wall, while the one in London all are double. Staff are very helpful and friendly though and you'll eventually get what you need ... with little compromise on bic quality

I had a 9 month mailbox, used it a lot at first but I don't think the manager/the older woman? liked me very much, not sure why hardly spoke only used to go in to collect my deliveries. Like 3 months in my deliveries that were tracked said they were delivered when I wet to collect the older woman always said they had not arrived, I had to come in like 3 days at a time consecutively to collect and I found them opened.... I had questioned her about this the response was very vexing "I don't know" after 2 similar experiences I ceased using the services of this branch. So I started using a different branch in deans gate and never had any such problems.

I needed to send a package urgently and did not have the ability to print my own label so walked into this store. They charged £13.45 to send a set of keys within the UK Tracked, Expensive but I thought it gets it off my list, why not. I then called 4 days later to say i hadnt received my tracking number via email, only to be told they havent even posted the keys yet, that the amount I had been charged at the time was actually insufficient (£13.45 for a set of keys!) And was given an explanation that they tried to get in contact via phone and yet I have 0 calls from their number!! I absolutely recommend avoiding at all costs, they didnt even offer any compensation for the late postage, just asked if I would like to pay extra for tracking. £13.45 to send effectively a letter at first class is pure robbery.
