We've visited about a dozen times over the last few years, and absolutely love it! The staff members are all very knowledgeable, and the variety of species is amazing! I'm genuinely able to say Iv never seen a dead fish in any of the many tanks, and having fish care advice on the bags is a very nice touch. Prices are aligned with expectation, and 5 for £10 etc brings prices down further. Loads of car parking, and a decent website as well.

This company obviously cares very much about the welfare of the fish they send out for delivery. The fish I ordered were packaged so well that every aspect of their well being was catered for. There was detailed information for me to support their integration into my aquarium. Even the delivery driver was respectful of his cargo. Needless to say the fish I received are extremely healthy and now thriving in my tank. An excellent company that I won't hesitate to use again

Lovely place! Staff seem conversational and the ponds are nice. Great selection of product too! I’m almost certain this is the area that they filmed Teletubbies many moons ago - but I could be wrong of course. Lovely place to visit and well priced for the experience!

Amazing knowledge, lots of choice one of the best fish shops in the UK. They have a huge selection of all types of fish. I have bought numerous fish from here over the last 5/6 years, all have been healthy and I have never had any issues, they are always happy to help. My most recent purchase was in lock down and they offered an amazing call and collect service. Would happily recommend to anyone and when your there check out Eric 👍

Sadly this place has gone down hill over the years. It used to have beautiful water gardens full of lillies and you could feed the carp. It had a great selection of pond plants available that you could see and pick from. Today I drove 15 minutes to find that you can't even buy pond plants here in person anymore. Shame, I won't be visiting again.

I spoke to Dan a few days prior to purchasing from this shop I’d discovered and he was brilliant - knowledgeable, patient and clearly customer focused. He promised to fulfil the male/female ratio of the Chailosi and Jalo Reef cichlids I’d ordered and he did so. The packaging was outstanding - heat packs, fish individually packaged with newspaper to stop them seeing each other and getting stressed. Fish were in really good condition. Love this shop. In the middle of the countryside, animals roaming across the road to the shop. So drive carefully! As for the shop, more fish than I've ever seen, and tanks, supplies, great owners and staff. Will be my go to from now on, even at 40 mins away!

I am delighted with the pond plants (water lillies and oxygenators) that I collected from Sweet Knowle Aquatics this morning. You need to order ahead which is fine - Zoe was very helpful and the plants were all ready packaged up for me when we arrived. We looked around the aquariums while we were there and all the fish looked very healthy and well looked after - when I unwrapped my plants at home they were lovely big specimens, much better value than you'd buy in a garden centre. Highly recommended 👍

Visited today and was helped out by the young chap (sorry, didn't get his name) but honestly, he was so helpful and this is the only shop I will return to for any future purchases! He was very knowledgeable and could tell he loved his job!

Very knowledgeable family run business that grows a vast array of aquatic, marginal, and bog, pond plants many of which are indigenous or attractive to hover flies and bees. They also stock both cold pond and tropical aquarium inhabitants.

I can only say great things about them; from their really helpful and nice conversations on the phone ordering fish, to the quality of the stock. I have ordered from rare things like clouded archerfish to angelfish. Great quality fish, good prices. Never a problem. If you are scared about ordering fish online; with them you don’t have to be.

It the best aquatics place I know, the reason for me marking 5/5 is because the owners knowledge is incredible, he has time to help you with any aquatic questions and the choice of tropical and marine fish and accessories is of high quality at reasonable prices. Very clean place with parking right outside.
