Cheap as chips "home store" type of shop. Everything you need for home from food, toiletries, decorating and diy, pet supplies and toys. Some great bargains on some branded items. 3 star as it's a chain of stores. Nothing fancy, nothing bad. Just a good budget store.

Not as large as other B&M stores, but massive compared with Halesowen. Good range of stock and the store is kept clean.

A great b and m store with all the food and home products you could wish for it also has a great garden department the staff are very friendly and great prices definitely recommend 👍

Nice place to shop as always can't find some things such as toilet potties for toddlers recently they have been limited on stock.

I haven't been in B&M for a couple of years but I was in Dudley so I popped in and had a look round. I bought some bread, noodles, cereal etc. The shop was reasonably stocked and priced. The cashier was polite. The store was tidy.

Staff are friendly enough and the store is clean and tidy. One thing let's it down, they have items on the shelves for months at a time, then you go in to stock up and they never have them in again. This includes items that are exclusive to B & M

Spacious and inviting. Everything that you need, and dont need but will buy anyway all under 1 roof. Lovely staff too, always friendly.

Lots of excellent products at very good prices. This particular shop is also very clean and tidy. Twice we asked for help from staff members and each time they were great, very helpful. Stocked well with essentials and a good range of products. We like the chain, but, particularly the Dudley branch. Well done to them 😁

Bank Holiday only one till open queue to back of store, girl (Marie) serving coped amazing everyone got a smile and a thank you a credit to the store,shame the bosses didn't help relieve the situation.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable I have always found what I wanted it's my favourite shop in Dudley.

Best place to shop for your children toys and home deco..and also grocery,the prices are OK.

The check out staff could be more helpful and smile. Is there a reason as to why heavy items can't be scanned when on the flat bed trolley, rather than expecting an elderly person struggle to lift the goods onto the conveyor belt and put back on the trolley when at the check out. Possibly the staff ought to have customer service training!!

Good range of products given the size of the store. Just wish they would do something about the awful smell in aisle 1 but it's been that way for years

Asked a staff member to check in store room for an item. She did and found what I wanted. Very friendly and obliging.

Excellent as usual. Great bargains. Staff are always helpful. I usually go in for three things and come out with ten! Sunday afternoon is the perfect time for me to go.

Love this shop. There is so much to see and buy! The shop is just starting to load the shelves with their garden ornaments and garden lights. The number one place up to to for such items. Good value and good quality.

Store seems okay, large and we'll set out. But it's in Dudley, road closures and lack of decent parking so still expect to walk a distance

Shelfs were empty shop looked untidy and only one member of staff on the tills with big quees down the shop definitely not one of the good ones

There is a B&M store in every town or near every town. It's a great shop for anything. I always spend to much time in there looking at everything. Home ware, garden, for the Grandkids and bargains on the food love it.

Lovely store and usually no problems there. However, we hadn't change for a trolley so decided to get a basket....there were no baskets. Had to wait a while before they brought them out.

Good shop wheelchair accessible 4 stars because they block your mobile phone from working inside the store I can understand why but sometimes you need that second opinion (you know)

Good selection of various products across a range of categories. Foods, pet products, home products and toiletries. If you know what you want then it is a good place to purchase from, if you need advice about different products from different manufacturers then a more specialised store would be useful. Good prices reflect the nature of the business model used extensively nowadays in the retail sector.

I love B&M I spend a lot of time in there always loads of bargains on food pet foods are great as well home furnishings everything is great .

One of my favourite shops has most things you need at a reasonable price very pleasant staff.
