Just popped in on my lunch break at work, store was easy to shop and definitely not expensive, I found 3 lovely dresses under £30. 2 girls serving were really friendly too. :)

Both staff members by the changing rooms were super helpful and friendly. The cashier explained really well about the returns policy too. Lovely experience on my first visit at the Merry Hill store

My daughter had a baby 7 weeks ago and need a nice dress for a wedding reception and went to Mary Hill and came across this shop. She told me the staff welcomed her and asked what she was looking for. They made her feel confident and in trying on few dresses. She felt the best she could. She was so impressed ended up buying three dresses. I had a look at the dresses they really were beautiful so I decided to go myself and have a look. I really would recommend going here as they have so much choice with helpful staff. They even took my stuff to the changing rooms while I carried on looking at other stuff. I have never experienced this before and I think it makes this place stand out from other retails. I was helped by Marie Campbell. What a lovely young lady. She helped me zip up and choice which dresses to buy. I ended up with three dresses to. This is the kind of women who would help you choice what suits you and guided you in a gentle way not to pushing. Well worth the money. Amy on the till was great at her job too. Now a days it's very rear to find people who go the extra mile. This place deserves 5 Stars because they do. I highly recommend this shop

Went to this store with my mom, to buy a dress for a wedding in France, well I have to say the young girls staff in this shop were extremely helpful, so nice to see how interested they were in helping and getting what we were looking for.. These girls deserve a medal for how how helpful friendly they approach us.. Excellent service.. An thank you so much.. I recommend this store to all.. Fabulous selection of dresses etc.. what an amazing experience! The staff are extremely friendly, bubbly and very helpful. They definately want the best outfit for you, as I had members of staff helping me find a dress. I decided I wanted a dress that was unavailable on the rails, but one was left on the manikin, so a member of staff got the dress off the manikin so I could try it on. I tried it on and got given a matching handbag and shoes to wear to 'get a feel of the whole look'. The members of staff treated customers excellently ensuring they are comfortable with their purchase and had a great experience. I had to purchase the dress solely due to the extremely cheap prices and quality of customer service.

Perfect experience, treated with respect from entering the shop to leaving. Salesperson was very experienced friendly and helpful All of the garment beautifully made With the best quality fabrics. If this perfect and most delightful shop is closing down! It’s a damned Shame, I was trained as a seamstress And know the best when I see it. I do not know what is happening to The Merry hill centre! We need more Quality shops or no one will be going There anymore, we will be having to travel further to get good quality garments.

The customer service that the staff offered in this shop is second to none. They go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Can’t honestly than you enough. What had the potential to be a really stressful time was made so much easier by the staff. Thankyou. X

I bumped into this amazing place by mistake and am glad I did...quality bargains and staff extremely professional yet friendly. Loved every item and ended up getting a Ted baker occasions dress for only £70! Can't wait to go again.

We came shopping yesterday and loved this new store! The staff were very helpful in helping me find what I needed and answering questions I had. I did not buy anything as I was looking for something exact but the staff were very helpful showing me things and giving me lots of ideas. The manager with the glasses was very helpful in showing me clothing options and I used the changing rooms where the girl in there helped me with her full attention. Lovely girls they are a credit to you. I will be back soon and this shop will keep me coming to merry hill it is the best shop in the mall.

I visited this shop today after walking past in previous visits to Merry Hill thinking it wasn't my kind of shop. Today I was looking for a dress for a hen party next weekend and decided to take a look around. I was impressed with the layout cleanliness and how neat the shop was. All rails organised and labelled to perfection all sizes were in the right place so I could easily locate and browse all my size items. I had chosen a few dresses to try on and still looking through other rails when a member of staff saw I had too much in my hand and offered to take what I'd already chosen to the changing rooms for me to try on when I was ready. From start to finish every customer I saw got this fantastic treatment and it was such a refreshing experience. To top it off I found the dress! This shop is well worth the visit high quality clothes for a very good price.

Recently visited and bought an item from this store for Valentines. Great store, amazing selection, easy to navigate around the store and very friendly / helpful members of staff. Definitely recommend visiting them if you’re looking for designer wear at affordable pricing.
